Excellent Steam Mop. So versatile.

Bissell Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop
The Bissell Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop came well packaged with form-fitting cardboard inserts to stabilize the steam mop during shipping. Included in the box were: handheld pod; extension wand; floor or large surface foot with 2 pads (regular for delicate surfaces or everyday use and scrubby pad for heavy duty use on non-delicate surfaces); a tool bag; a snap-on tool box containing a bristle tool, grout tool, angle tool, and flat scraper tool; a wall mount with hanging screws and anchors for mounting it; an additional bristle tool; a fabric steamer tool; a flat surface tool; a pad to fit the flat surface tool; a pad to fit the fabric steamer tool; and a measuring cup to measure the water to fill the handheld pod.
Wall Mount: The wall mount comes with screws and anchors for hanging. It includes a place to mount the steam mop with or without the extension wand attached. It also includes a clip for attaching the extension wand if it is going to be hung separately, a clip for attaching the snap on tool box, and a hook for attaching the tool bag and power cord. (The power cord comes with a Velcro strap so that when you wind up the cord, you can wrap the strap around the cord loops to keep them in place. Then you hang the cord loop over the hook on the wall mount.) I will definitely be using the wall mount once I decide on a permanent place to keep my steam mop.
Preparation: The steam mop is easy to use. Flip open the top of the handheld pod and use the measuring cup to fill the water tank. The instructions say to fill the measuring cup twice and the cup has a 200ml mark near the top, but the user guide says that the water tank has a 350ml capacity. I filled it with the cup twice (using 400ml) and it filled it to the brim. I had no problem with the steam mop with using this amount of water. I used filtered water because the instructions suggest using demineralized or distilled water to prolong the life of the mop.
Use: This steam mop can be used in so many different ways. First set up your handheld pod with or without the extension wand and attach the tools you want to use. Plug it in and the steam mop is ready to go in under a minute. Once you choose your steam setting (Hi or Lo), you use the trigger to release steam. There is also a pause button so you can pause the steam unit if you need to set it down for a minute.
First, I set up the steam mop with the large surface foot and a regular pad on the extension wand and steam mopped my kitchen and breakfast room floors. I switched back and forth between using Lo and Hi steam and they both worked well. Next, I used the angle tool followed by the grout tool to clean the dirt that had gathered in the track of my sliding glass door that leads to the back yard. This was amazing. After I steamed it with the grout tool, I used a paper towel to wipe up the wet dirt and it looks like brand new. Next, I used the handheld pod without the extension wand and used the angle tool and steamed behind the faucet of my kitchen sink and that also did a great job. Next, I used the bristle tool to scrub and steam up some dried-up liquid soap that had fallen on the counter from its dispenser. This did not work very well. It was easier for me to use the scrubby side of the kitchen sponge for that job. It did clean up some of the dried on soap, but not all. Next, I used the flat surface tool and its pad to clean my granite kitchen counters. Before cleaning, I could feel some sticky substance on the counter which would have normally needed some scrubbing to remove, but it came up easily with the flat surface tool attached to the handheld pod.
Clean up: As can be assumed, unless you are using a pad with your steam mop, you will need to wipe up the mess something once you clean it. For example, if you clean your grout in the shower, you will need to at least rinse the dirt down the drain. If you use the angle tool, you will need to wipe up the dirty water after cleaning. If you use the flat surface cleaner or the large surface foot, those have pads attached. The pads absorb the water so you don’t need to wipe up the dirty water, but you will need to wash the pads after use. They are machine washable and reusable, so this is a plus.
One thing that surprised me about the steam mop was the weight of it. The handheld unit is not that heavy but the cord attached to it weighs quite a bit. It is a very thick cord and it is very long (25 feet), so I can understand why it weighs so much. If you are using it on the floor, it should be fine. Even on the top of a horizontal flat surface will be fine. However, if you have to hold the steam mop up while using it (vertical surface for example), you may need to use your other hand to help support the unit so your arms don’t get too tired to finish your job.
PROS:
• Steam has 2 settings – Lo and Hi and the Hi setting puts out a good amount of steam
• Unit can be used with extension wand to allow cleaning the floors while standing or reaching up high
• Unit can be used without the extension wand for countertop cleaning or steaming fabric
• The water tank holds enough water to use the steamer for a long time before having to refill
• The water heats up in under a minute so it’s ready to use quickly. (Mine takes about 30 seconds.)
• Multiple tools for different surfaces and different needs
• Snap-on tool box to keep tools handy during use. I was able to switch out tools while cleaning without having to go get them from the tool bag.
• 180 degree swivel capability
• The Wall Mount keeps everything organized and you can hang it in a convenient location.
• Sanitizes while you clean
CONS:
• None

Great device to automatically back up wirelessly
on September 15, 2017
Posted by: MarilynB

The WD My Cloud Home 2TB drive came well packaged with form fitting inserts around the device. The box included the 2TB drive, a power cord, an Ethernet cord, and instructions for setup.
Setup was easy. Just attach the power cord and plug the device into a wall plug, then connect the Ethernet cord from the device to your wireless router. Then go to the website written on the setup instructions and either sign in or create an account. It also gives instructions to install an app to your smart phone or tablet. Once this portion of setup is complete, you have access to the complete User Guide in a PDF format. Of course, if you have any problems, customer service is available to help. Also the User Guide is available on their website.
As soon as I setup the device, it showed up on my laptop as an external drive. It was easy to drag and drop my files and folders onto the My Cloud Home device to back them up. For my initial set up, I backed-up all of my documents, videos, photos, and music from my laptop onto the My Cloud drive. By keeping the My Cloud Home drive plugged into my router, it will continue to backup everything wirelessly as I edit or create new files.
During the initial backup phase, due to the wireless connection, the transfer time was slow and tedious. I had approximately 1.25 TB of documents and photos to transfer. Just transferring the smaller “document” files (10.8GB) took hours. When I began to transfer the photo files, my first folder had about 162GB of photos and it showed a transfer estimate of “more than 24 hours.” My data was transferring at approximately 2mb or less per second wirelessly. Since wireless takes so long, I decided to use my older WD My Book external drive, so I plugged that into the USB port of my laptop and it transferred at over 20 mb per second with some peak periods up to 80mb per seconds. Since the initial transfer time was more than 10 times faster, I got the files copied over to the My Book drive in a reasonable length of time. (You could use a jump drive to do this as well, but I already had the 4TB My Book.) After I transferred everything, I plugged the WD My Book into the USB port on the My Cloud drive and told it to copy the contents of the My Book to the My Cloud Home drive and that worked. It was able to transfer everything “in the background” without bogging down my laptop. After transferring everything over, it put it in a separate folder, so I just moved the folders into usual backup folders. Now I have a copy of everything on my laptop as well as on my backup drive.
I also downloaded the phone app which not only allows me to see my files “on the go,” but I could turn on the Auto Backup feature and any files or photos on my phone will automatically be backed up into their own folder on the My Cloud Home drive. Then I took off in my car to see if I could access the files on the go and they were all present. You can save everything from your computer and/or laptop, and mobile device onto this storage device and access it from anywhere.
Another feature that I like is the ability to share the My Cloud device with other users. I can send an invitation to other users and they can back up their files on the device as well.
PROS:
Keeps everything backed up and you don’t have to rely on remembering to do a backup.
Allows you to keep multiple devices backed up on the same drive and keeps those backups in separate folders.
Allows multiple users to make their own back ups.
Has USB port for attaching jump drives or hard drives and allows you to copy from those to the My Cloud Home
Allows access to your files while on the go using the smart phone app
CONS:
Initial backup is slow if you do it wirelessly, as in the instructions (but read my review for another way)
Doesn’t allow you to connect directly to a computer or laptop for the initial backup
When using the USB port on the My Cloud Home, you can’t look at the files and folders on that drive in order to pick and choose what files to copy over. It’s all or nothing. However, once copied, you can delete unwanted files from the My Cloud Home drive.

Great phone

Verified Purchase:Yes
I previously had the S6 so I already knew that I loved the Samsung brand phones. My main reason for wanting this phone was because it has the micro SD card slot. I was going to upgrade to the S7 when my previous lease ran out, but the S8 came out before my lease was up, so I checked the specs and bought it instead.
First the cons:
(1) Hate the Bixby button. All you have to do is swipe from left to right to open Bixby, so the button is unneeded and I’m constantly pressing it by accident since that is where I hold the phone when I press the right button. Now I am trying to learn to hold the phone differently. What would have been great would be to have the button programmable so that I could assign its function.
(2) The SIM card/microSC card slot.
(a) The SIM card and the micro SD card slot are the same slot! Whenever I open the slot to remove the micro SD card, I am also removing the SIM card. They are both delicately balanced inside the holder so you have to be extra careful that the SIM card doesn’t fall out when you are removing or reinserting the micro SD card.
(b) Speaking of the holder for the micro SD card, it is sometimes hard to fit the micro SD card perfectly in the holder. My Kindle also holds a micro SD card and it is a simple matter of pushing down on the card and it pops up. It is covered by a rubber stopper kind of covering, so there is no concern about losing it, so it would have been nice if Samsung had done the same thing.
(c) Having to carry a special pin around with you so that you can access your micro SD card. You have to insert the pin in a small hole and push down to open the card slot. I tried using a paper clip and it didn’t seem to work. I didn’t want to force it, so I gave up and started carrying the little pin that came with phone. Now I’m afraid I might lose it since it’s so small.
Pros:
(1) The camera is superb. I loved the camera on the S6 and this camera is even better!
(2) The micro SD card. I use mine for storing photos and movies. I travel a lot and watch movies on the plane. I used to use an external flash drive for the movies, but I couldn’t plug in the movies and charge up the phone at the same time. Now I can. On a 10 hour flight, you’re going to run out of battery! So now, my movies are already on my phone via the memory card. I have a little over 100 movies on my phone as well as my entire photography portfolio and the photos from my last couple of vacations. I still have plenty of room left for more.
(3) Apps screen. You can still use the apps button if you want, but since you can just swipe to open the apps screen, you can now put another app in that spot.
(4) I often had problems with my calls breaking up on my old phone. This is not a problem with this new one.
The Pros for this phone far outweigh the cons. I’m sure I’ll get used to the hated Bixby button eventually and I will probably not need to access my micro SD card very often. However, I really only upgraded to the S8 because of the micro SD card. I would have kept my S6 otherwise. It was a great phone too!

Very impressed with this computer's performance
on August 18, 2017
Posted by: MarilynB
from Texas
Packaging: This desktop computer came well packaged with excellent padding. The box itself came with handles for carrying and the keyboard, mouse, power cord, and paperwork were packaged separately inside the box in another sturdy box. The front of the desktop tower came protected with removable film. The top of the mouse was also protected with removable film.
Tower: The design is sleek with rounded edges, but it is a tower so there is a typical size and shape to it. However, it weighed a lot less than I would have expected. My last tower was pretty heavy and this one was easier to move around. It wasn’t light-weight to the point where you might knock it over accidentally, but it was easier to carry. The silver finish looks like stainless steel and fits in well with my studio décor.
Ports: One thing that I’ve always sought in a computer is enough ports to handle all of my devices. This computer does not disappoint there! On the front of the desktop, there are four 3.0 USB ports, an SD card reader, a headphone and a microphone port. On the back, there are two USB 2.0 ports, three more USB 3.0 ports, and one USB 3.1 port. (That makes 10 USB ports on this computer.) Also on the back, there is an Ethernet port, a USB 3.1 Type-C port, an HDMI display port, another HDMI port, and 3 more audio ports (these are front L/R surround sound, rear L/R surround sound, and center subwoofer). In addition, there is a DVD/CD drive on the front.
Set-up: Set up was a breeze. The fastest I’ve ever encountered in a new PC. It took approximately 6 minutes. You answer the basic info such as your country, keyboard layout preference (I used United States), naming your computer (such as Dell XPS8920), attach to your network, and sign in to your Microsoft account. If you don’t have a Microsoft account, it lets you create one at that point. I wanted to use a new one, so I set up a new account. I chose an email name and password and I was done.
I initially set this up by attaching it to my 55 inch Smart TV because I wasn’t sure what type of display port to expect. Since it ended up being an HDMI display port, I may end up keeping it on an extra 32 inch TV that I have instead of buying a new monitor. I did have to tweak the screen settings, but that took less than 15 seconds to get it set right for my TV. In case you run into this issue, you right click on your Desktop, choose “Intel Graphics Setting”. Then click on “Display”. Then click on “Maintain Display Setting”. Then “Apply”. If that doesn’t look right, try changing your display size. Mine started out at 1920 x 1080 (which is a 16:9 ratio, but was too large for my TV) so I changed it to 1600 x 900. That worked great! I could have lived with the other setting which was just slightly larger than my screen, but this fit exactly right, so it looks wonderful! You can also right-click on the desktop and choose Personalize, then play with whether you want your background on “Fit”, “Fill”, or something else.
Software: The computer comes with Windows 10 loaded. In addition it has Microsoft Internet Explorer so you can immediately get online. It also comes with a one month trial version of Microsoft Office 365 and a one-year subscription to McAfee virus protection.
Specs: It comes with a 1TB hard drive, 16GB RAM memory, Intel i7 7700 processor (4.2 processor speed), Bluetooth 4.2 for wireless transfer from another device such as a cell phone to your computer, built in SD card reader, and Intel HD Graphics card.
Performance: I decided to put this computer to the ultimate test: an all-day session of processing large sized files of photography images. This computer is very fast and was able to handle all-day editing of large images without showing any lag in performance. Normally after too much work with graphics, my computer would slow down causing a need to reboot to refresh the memory in order to get up to speed again, but this computer never showed any signs of slowing even though I really put it to the test with hours of graphics processing. I would definitely recommend this computer to someone interested in gaming or heavy use of large images such as professional photography.

Easy set up, excellent quality, great features
on August 18, 2017
Posted by: MarilynB
from Texas
This printer has printing, copying, and scanning capability. It can connect wirelessly to your network or you can print to it without connecting to a network using Wifi Direct. In addition, you can get the free "HP Smart" phone app which enables you to send photos directly from your phone to your printer. Another great feature is that it has the capability for you to send a document to print via your email by attaching the document and emailing it directly to the printer’s email address. You can also change the printer's email address to something easier to remember. A feature that I really like is adding your printer to HPConnected.com. You will need your Claim Code which can be found in one of the menu selections in the display on the front of the printer.
Packaging: The printer came well packaged with Styrofoam molded to fit precisely around the edges to ensure the printer was not jostled during shipping. All of the moveable parts in the paper drawer were taped in place. Included in the package were the power cord, a small package of photo paper, a color ink cartridge, and a black ink cartridge, as well as set up instructions.
Set up: It was a breeze to set up; much easier than my last printer. All you have to do is go to 123.hp.com and download the app and your computer will search for your printer. Since I had my other printer still turned on, the app found that printer first, so I turned off that printer and then the app found the 7155 printer immediately. During the set-up process, it calibrated my printer and also let me print out a 4x6 image from my computer. This step can be skipped if you don’t want to use your photo paper, but I didn’t skip it and the photo quality it printed was top quality.
Paper: The printer has a main tray for copy paper and a 4x6 photo tray. There will be a small package of 4x6 glossy photo paper included with the printer to start off with.
Printing via the printer’s private email address: To change the printer’s email address, first go into the display screen on the printer and turn on hpeprint under “Web Services Settings”, then print out the Web Services Summary. That will give you a copy of the original email address and the Printer Claim Code. The original email address will be a bunch of random letters and numbers and will end with “@hpeprint.com.” Next go onto your computer and go to the web site “hpconnected.com.” Create an account if you don’t already have one. (I did because my last printer also used HP Connected.) Then click to Add a Printer. It will ask you for the claim code, which should be on the paper you printed, but it it is not, you can use the set of letters and numbers shown before the “@hpeprint.com”. Then click to change the email address to something you can remember. Of course, you can just print the normal way by pressing the print icon on your computer and choosing your new printer, but occasionally you may need to email your document directly to your printer. I found this to be very useful with my last laptop, because it kept disconnecting from my old printer and I couldn’t print the normal way. Thankfully, that issue was resolved when I got a new laptop, but in the meantime, I just emailed whatever I wanted to print to my printer and it printed immediately.
Scanning: When you scan, you have a choice of scanning directly to one of the computers on your network or you can scan to an SD card. Also, you can choose if you want the scan to be PDF or JPG.
Copying: Lift the lid on the top of the printer, place a document on the glass, and choose “Copy.” You can choose black or color and you can also tell the printer how many copies you want.
Ink: The printer takes one black and one color cartridge.
Display: To use the many choice on the menu, either press one of the buttons for printing, scanning, copying, or apps. Also you can swipe down from the top to show more menu choices. Ink level, Web Services, and more!

Very good juicer, Easy to clean
on July 29, 2017
Posted by: MarilynB
Packing and Assembly: My Philips Masticating Juicer arrived very carefully packed and each piece was in its own plastic bag. It was all inside a formed egg-crate type container to keep everything safe from any bumps or jarring. I was impressed with how well it was packed. The “Quick start up guide” assembly instructions were slightly confusing. Step 3 did not show which direction to insert the filter basket but there were better assembly images in the back of the “Always here to help you” booklet. Also, Step 4 and Step 5 looked alike to me in the Quick Start Guide (so I thought it was just a different viewpoint of the same step at first,) but I realized that Step 4 was showing how to insert a piece onto the front end and Step 5 was showing how to insert a similarly-shaped piece onto the back end. After that, it was quite easy to assemble. The assembly instructions in the back of the booklet are much more detailed and easier to figure out than the Quick Start Guide.
Food Preparation: Regarding the preparation of the fruit for my first use of the machine, I removed the banana peel, the stem of the apple, the stem on the grapes, and the pit of the nectarine. I did not remove the skin from the apple, nectarine or grapes and I did not remove the green leaves from the tops of the strawberries. All of that ended up in the pulp container so it was not necessary to remove it. I also cut up the pieces into sizes that would fit into the feeding tube.
Using the Juicer: The machine comes with a pusher to push the food down through the feeding tube. After feeding all of the fruit that I wished to add, I turned off the machine and pressed the pre-clean button to get the last of the juice into the collection container. (The collection container is a quart-sized acrylic container with measurements on the side. The rubber/plastic lid can fit on the container two ways. One way completely seals the container and the other way allows you to use the pour spout with a pulp filter that is built into the lid. ) If you don't wish to use the collection container, you could use any cup, glass, goblet, or bowl as long as it fits under the spout.
For my first attempt at juicing with this juicer, I added one each of a banana, nectarine, and apple, plus a large handful of strawberries, a small handful of red grapes, and enough fresh pineapple to bring the amount up to about a quart. All of my fruit was freshly purchased and not yet cold, but we were anxious to taste it, so we all immediately enjoyed a delicious glass of juice. I made another quart using the same recipe and put it in the refrigerator after juicing it and it was even better after it got cold. It was amazing to me to see how dry the parts of skin and pulp were that fell into the pulp container. After seeing the contents of the pulp container, I realized how thoroughly this juicer was working.
When you have finished juicing, there is a drip-stop button to push to keep extra drips from falling on the table or counter-top after you remove the collection container. However, the spout of my juicer already had some thick drips waiting to fall so pressing this button wouldn’t have kept the table clean unless I wiped the end of the juicer first. But it does prevent any additional drips from forming.
Cleaning: It was very easy to disassemble the parts that needed to be cleaned. After doing that, I rinsed everything to remove the juice and some of the pulp. Even though these parts are dish-washer safe, I hand-washed the pieces with dish soap and laid them on a drying mat to dry.
Safety: The instructions tell you to unplug the unit before assembly or disassembly. Also, the unit will not work if the parts are not properly assembled. This was not an issue with me, since it was easy to assemble it properly.
Footprint: The juicer is narrow (4.33 inches/11cm) and does not take up too much counter space. Also, because of its narrow size, I could easily fit it in the cabinet space without having to rearrange much.

Excellent sound quality, easy to use
on July 3, 2017
Posted by: MarilynB
These wireless in-ear headphones worked great on every device I tried them on. Out of the box, you need to charge them up a bit first. They come with a micro-USB charger and I plugged one end into my laptop’s USB port and the other end into the port in the headphones. As soon as you plug it in, a solid red light comes on to let you know it is charging. When it is finished, the red light goes out. I didn’t wait for it to get a full charge before I started to try it out. In order to turn the headphones on, you hold down the center button on the wire for a couple of seconds. If you have your headphone buds in your ears while doing this, you will hear a voice say “Powering On” and when you turn it off, it says “Powering Off.” After I paired it with my smart phone, the next time I tried that, the voice said “Powering On”, then “Connected”. To connect, I went into my smart phone’s Bluetooth menu and saw the headphones listed and clicked on the icon for them. Later to connect to my tablet, I went into my tablet's Bluetooth menu, then I pressed the “scan” button and the headphones popped up on the list. I'm not sure if I needed to disconnect with my smart phone and the instructions did not say one way or the other.
Next I tried the other buttons on the wire. I pulled up a movie on my tablet and played with the volume buttons, then I pulled up a YouTube video on my smart phone and did the same. On both devices, the sound quality was superb. Absolutely the best I’ve ever had on earphones. Then while watching the video on YouTube, I had my husband call my phone. I was able to answer the phone with the center button and I was able to disconnect the call with the same button without having to turn off the video I was watching. I had him call again and I used the “long press” feature on that same center button which enabled me to reject the call. Lastly, I connected to my MP4 player and to Pandora and used the “Next Track” function (which is 2 short presses with the center key) and that worked perfectly.
I also tested the distance I could walk away from my phone and when I had walked about 25 ft from my smart phone, my music started to break up a bit.
This device comes with 3 sizes of ergonomic ear hooks and 3 sizes of mushroom ear tips. Changing them out is easy and you can keep the extras in the ziplock bag they come in. It also comes with a cable clip which can be used to adjust the length of the cable in the back. I didn’t find this necessary, but it is nice as an added feature.
The headphones came in a box that is custom cut to fit the headphones precisely.
What comes in the box: Headphones with 1 set of ear hooks and 1 set of ear tips attached; Ziplock bag with 2 extra sets of ear hooks and 2 extra sets of ear tips; Micro-USB to USB cable; instruction booklet and various other FCC and assorted warning and info booklets (written in multiple languages.)
I found 2 minor “cons” with the product.
(1) I wish it had come with a small bag to keep everything together. I’d at least like to keep the extra ear hooks, ear tips, USB cord and the headphones together (along with the quick start guide until I get used to the controls.)
(2) The instruction booklet was very lacking. If I hadn't known enough about setting up Bluetooth already, I would have been completely lost. A search on the Internet did not find a better instruction manual. I suppose you could take your item into Best Buy and ask for help setting it up if you didn't know how. Another possibility would be to search for information on the Internet about your phone or tablet and how to use them to scan for available Bluetooth devices.

This modem lasted far longer than expected

We bought this exact model of modem several years ago and it finally went out this year. And that was only after a huge thunder and lightning storm that tripped the circuit breaker. We never expected our modem to last so many years so we were not upset at having to replace it. We went online to find a modem and could not decide which one to buy, so I decided to just check and see if I typed in the brand and model name, then maybe I could find the newer model that replaced the one we had. I was happily surprised to find that Netgear still offered the same model that we had before. We were very pleased with its performance and never experienced outages or any issues during the many years that we had it. Also the price was almost half of what we had expected to pay.

I love the features of the Charge 2

This is my 3rd activity tracker. The other two were a different brand and had bands that broke within a few months and no way to replace them. My husband had the same brand and 2 of his broke too, so we decided to look at the Fitbit. The price was higher than our previous trackers, but "you get what you pay for" and this tracker should more than pay for itself if I were to continue to have to buy new trackers in the other brand because of broken bands. But there's more: First of all, I like being able to use it as a watch as well as a tracker and being able to see my progress on the screen without having to open the app. Also, I like that I can customize what shows on my activity tracker's screen as well as customize the order of the items that I include. Also, since the band is replaceable, I can buy a new one if this one wears out. Name brand bands are available or you can find compatible bands in different styles and colors if you look on the Internet. The tracker is nice looking too. It looks more like a watch than my previous trackers and it is thinner (in height) on my wrist.
Some of the other features that I like are the heart rate monitor which lets you know if you are reaching your desired heart rate while exercising. Also, I like that the tracker knows when I've climbed a set of stairs. I tested this feature and it was very accurate. I also like the reminders that softly vibrate on your wrist. They have gotten me up and walking on several occasions. They can be customized (or turned off). You can set the beginning and end time (5 to 14 consecutive hours.) It is only set to remind you to walk 250 steps every hour during the time range that you set, but once I get a reminder, I walk more than 250 steps.
The only con would be having to recharge it more often than the other brand, but Fitbit has come up with a tip for that. Whenever you take a bath or shower, plug it in to charge it up a little. Even if you're only in the shower a few minutes, it will decrease how often you need to charge your Fitbit completely. Great idea! Since one complete charge lasts for 5 days and takes 1 to 2 hours to completely charge a drained Fitbit, this means you would need to charge it for 12 to 24 minutes every day . However, they don't recommend letting your Fitbit drain completely, so I charge mine during my shower and whenever it gets down to about 20 to 25 percent.

Versatile and easy to use

The DeLonghi Coffee Center (Coffee, Espresso, and Cappuccino Maker) came well-padded in Styrofoam with extra bubble-wrap around the carafe. There was tape on the machine in key places to keep everything stable. The machine came with an espresso filter holder and 2 espresso filters (1 cup and 2 cup sizes). The filter will also hold E.S.E. pods. It also comes with a coffee measurer/presser tool that measures out the correct amount of coffee grounds for a single cup on one side of the tool and a coffee presser on the other side. For the drip coffee part of the machine, it comes with a gold-tone mesh permanent coffee filter. There is also an anti-chlorine filter included. The water softener filter is optional, but I didn’t get one since my home has a water softener already. The stainless steel design is elegant and looks good sitting out on the counter top.
The machine comes with a manual which is very easy to understand and the sections are clearly marked for whatever you want to do. Of course, it has the installation and “first use” sections. Other sections include drip coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cleaning, descaling, and troubleshooting. Everything is very clear and easy to follow.
Once you set the clock on the display in front, you can program the machine to start brewing at the time you choose. You can program it for up to 24 hours in advance. When your coffee is brewed, the default for the machine is to keep the carafe warm for 2 hours, but you can reset that time to anywhere between 1 minute and 11 hours and 59 minutes.
A great feature that I love with this machine is the “1-4” button. You can use this feature even when using the AUTO function. The water will be released more slowly into the filter basket, thereby saturating the coffee grounds a little at a time and extracting the best flavor and aroma from your coffee. You cannot use this feature if making an entire carafe of coffee (10 cups.) The name of the feature “1-4” means that it is to be used when making 1 to 4 cups of coffee.
Another feature that is convenient is having the drip coffee filter and water tank accessible at the front of the machine so that you don’t have to move the machine to fill it. The espresso tank is at the back of the machine on the top, but the tank comes out and can be filled at your sink and then replaced into the machine. However, I placed mine within reach of my faucet's spray hose and I just don't press the "spray" button when filling.
The top of the machine also doubles as a coffee cup warmer to warm your coffee cups before you pour your coffee - or to help keep your coffee cup warm after pouring while working on frothing your milk. This feature works on either side of the machine. You can place the cups on the espresso side of the machine when using the espresso and on the drip coffee side of the machine when using the drip side. Only the side you are using will be warm because it is the hot water in the machine that is heating up the top of the machine. It isn't too hot to touch, so there is no danger there.
Also, I tested it out to see if I could use the espresso side and the drip side at the same time and it worked. I started making a carafe of coffee on the drip side and then made an espresso while I was waiting for the drip side to finish.
I would recommend this machine to either a novice user as well as an experienced one. Whether you've used espresso machines before and can quickly run through the steps, or if you have to read the easy to understand instructions step-by-step, this machine will work wonderfully for you.
My only other comments that I could add is to make sure your coffee is the right grind when making an espresso or cappuccino (fine grind) and that your milk is cold enough when making a cappuccino so that it will froth properly. If your espresso or cappuccino doesn't turn out right, it's probably one of those factors and not due to the machine. If your coffee is the right grind and you are grinding it yourself, make sure you are using a burr grinder rather than a blade grinder. Pre-ground coffee from the grocery store will actually give you better results than grinding your own coffee with a blade grinder. We own a burr grinder but our grocery store has a huge assortment of coffee bean flavors that I can grind in the store using their burr grinder. I cannot emphasize this enough in the importance of having wonderful flavorful coffee as your end result. Your espresso grind should be fine. It should like the consistency of a mixture of sand and sugar. Too fine and your water will not filter through properly. Too coarse and it will run through too quickly.

Boost nutrition with this Nutri Ninja blender. Its FreshVac pump eliminates oxygen from beverages, enhancing their texture, flavor and color, and the Auto-iQ technology combines pulsing, blending and pausing patterns for dazzling results every time. This Nutri Ninja blender preserves freshness so you can store and enjoy smoothies up to eight hours.

Is this product compatible with the Ninja BL480D? I ask because I have cups for my old juicer, which is the BL480D, but someone stole the base.

No. This is an Immersion Blender, not a juicer per se. Even though it does emulsify, it works like this: Put your ingredients in a a container and put the blender down into the container to emulsify. You can also put it into a sauce pan on your stove. When I make my squash soup, for example, after I add the cooked butternut squash to the sauce pan along with the other ingredients, I can put this into the sauce pan and move it up and down and all around the pan to blend everything together. The only part of this that comes in a self-contained container is the chopper part. Yesterday, I put some yogurt, a banana, and some sweet potato into a bowl and used the blender attachment to blend those all together to make a treat for my dog. (Spoon the blended treat into a rubber dog toy that is meant for this purpose and freeze.) So I guess you could make smoothies with it if none of the food was too hard. For ice or frozen fruit, the blender attachment wouldn't work, but the chopper attachment might.

Move essential data across devices efficiently with this Western Digital My Passport Ultra External Portable Hard Drive. The drive uses USB 3.0 technology for quick read and write speeds, and the USB-C connector offers effortless plug-in options while boosting transfer rates. Abundant storage space for all types of media and applications. The backup software lets you automatically save works in progress at your preferred intervals. Password protection and 256-bit AES hardware-based encryption for added security.

Amazon lists this a a USB-C with a USB-A adapter, but BB does not list either though one of the pictures shows what looks like a USB-C port on the drive.

Mine came with a cord that has a USB-C type plug on both ends. It came with a USB-A adapter. You can take the adapter and plug it into either end of the cord and that end will plug into any of the USB ports on your laptop or desktop. The other end plugs into the USB-C port on the external hard drive itself.

Is the face recognition the only way to get on the tablet since the home button is no longer there?

There are 5 security set up options: Password, PIN, Face Recognition, Iris Scan, or both Face Recognition AND Iris Scan. I chose the PIN option.

Clean your home with voice command or app-based programs by using this Samsung robot vacuum. Its digital camera and nine sensors let it find its way around, avoiding obstacles and mapping the most efficient path through your home. Wi-Fi connects this powerful Samsung robot vacuum to your smart home systems.

Do you have an instructional video I may watch?

I just wrote a lengthy review on this vacuum which explains how to use it. I don't know if you ever found your instruction video, but if you haven't purchased the vacuum yet, I can tell you that the instructions that come with the vacuum are not very long and are very easy to follow.

Basically, you charge the vacuum on its docking station when it arrives (first you have to turn on the on/off button on the bottom of the vacuum). Make sure you have things picked up in your home so that the vacuum won't roll over cords and things. You can download the app to your phone if you want, but it isn't required to use the vacuum. If you download the app, make sure your Bluetooth is on and then link to the vacuum. It also comes with a remote control and batteries for the remote. When the vacuum is charged, press the auto clean button. There are 3 locations where you can find this button (1) on the top of the vacuum, (2) on the remote control, (3) on the app. The vacuum will maneuver itself around and will return to the docking station when it has finished. You may need to empty the dust bin before it finishes vacuuming. If so, just press the pause button on the vacuum, the remote, or the app and remove the dust bin. Empty it and replace it and press the same button to start it back up again. I had to do that and I had vacuumed my house the day before with a regular vacuum, but this vacuum was able to get under my low tables so it picked up dirt that my other vacuum hadn't gotten.

Enjoy Ultra HD content in 4K resolution with this 75-inch LG smart TV. Its a7 intelligent processor delivers lifelike pictures, and its Nano Cell Display technology lets you enjoy a vivid display with reduced reflectivity from any viewing angle. Turn this LG smart TV into a hub for your connected devices via its ThinQ AI feature and Google Assistant.

What are the dimensions of this tv above listed? Also how big of a tv stand/cabinet would I need for it to sit on? Ty

Information from the Spec sheet:
75SK8070PUA (74.5" DIAGONAL) DIMENSIONS/WEIGHTS/UPC
Without Stand (WxHxD) 66.2" x 38.3" x 2.6"
With Stand (WxHxD) 66.2" x 41.1" x 13.8"
Shipping (WxHxD) 72.4" x 45.9" x 9.1"
Without Stand Weight 85.9 lbs
With Stand Weight 91.3 lbs
Shipping Weight 114.6 lbs
UPC 719192621077

We have ours temporarily sitting on a long coffee table which is long but narrow (about the size of a sofa table but not as tall) and it looks great. Since the coffee table matches the other furniture in the room and since we weren't using it as a coffee table anyway, we may just keep the TV there. I think as long as your TV stand is longer than the TV, it should be fine. Just look for one that is at least 66.2 inches long and can support at least 91.3 pounds of weight. I included 3 examples of ones sold at Best Buy that meet the specs.

Power up your laptop with this Insignia 90W Universal Laptop Charger. The overvoltage, short-circuit and overheating protection reduces the risk of damage to your devices while several included tips enable compatibility with most laptops. This Insignia 90W Universal Laptop Charger has a super-long 10 foot cord to allow convenient placement of your laptop while powering up.

i n eed a charger for my Toshiba C55-a laptop

It will power up a Toshiba C-55, but the end of the cord that fits in the computer port is so loose that it easily falls out at the slightest movement. We had to put a rubber band around the laptop, just above the F keys and use a twist tie to tightly attach the cord to the rubber band. It works, but only until we get a better power adapter.

Samsung 28.2 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator: The Twin Cooling Plus System inside this Samsung refrigerator maintains optimal conditions in both the refrigerator and freezer compartments, so you can easily keep your groceries fresh. If stored containers accidentally leak, the 5 spill-proof, tempered-glass shelves make it easy to wipe away the spills. And you can access filtered ice and water right through the door, so you always have beverages on hand for guests.

Does the Door display monitor the internal temp of the frig. Once the temp.is set, will the display show the variation in temp when the frig. doors are opened. How accurate is the thermostat? What notification is given if the frig. temp rises too high?

I can only answer one of your questions. The door display shows the temperature inside the main refrigerator and the freezer. I do not know the accuracy and I don't know if there is any notification if the temperature rises too high.
