Phenomenal Sound in a Single Package

The Devialet Dione Dolby Atmos soundbar is a phenomenal all in one solution for theater type sound if you have the space and the money. The Dione is fairly wide, but can be placed flat on a shelf or mounted upright on a wall. In order to do this is you rotate the center channel ball and flip the soundbar around so that the left becomes right and vice versa. You can then setup the orientation in the Devialet app. The rest of the Dione setup is very simple and only takes a few minutes through the app. At lower volumes it hard to tell just how well this soundbar can sound. In my setup, the Dione soundbar comes alive around 40-50% volume to get that amazing theater sound. Most other soundbars I've tested out usually sound the same at all volumes. While it does have good bass, it requires volume and just doesn't sound quite as good as a dedicated subwoofer, but if your short on space, this is definitely an all in one solution to consider. One minor issue I have been having is that sometimes the soundbar will not turn on with the TV. I must power cycle the soundbar to get sound back. At this price point I expect it to just work. Another issue I have is that you can not customize the sound at all. You can't adjust the center level, or even the bass. I think these are basic things you should have access to. It would also be great to have quick access to Night mode or something like that. There is an option in the app to reduce bass to "smooth" the sound out, but it's not the same. It would also be nice if it came with a remote.

Great as a fitness tracker

The Google Pixel Watch is a great watch for tracking your steps, heartbeat, and other exercise activities. This watch has Fitbit pre-installed. Setting up the watch out of the box was very easy. It paired automatically with my S22 Ultra when I turned the watch on. It asks to install certain apps that are on your phone and other than having to do an update on the firmware, it was ready to go after that. You also have an option to add this as a stand alone communication device, basically a phone on your wrist, but check and make sure your LTE provider supports it, and of course it will cost you a bit extra on cellphone plan. One thing I noticed immediately is that even the largest watchband is on the small side. I'm 6'2", 220, not small, but also not huge, and I have to use the watch with the largest band and last hole, and it is kind of tight. The watch face is also smaller than a traditional man's watch. Also battery life could be better in my opinion. Just using it like a normal watch, putting it on in around 6 in the morning and basically just wearing it until about 7-8p, the battery usually goes down to around 20%. There is a battery saver mode, but makes the watch much less friendly to use.

An excellent choice for a smart lock

The Yale Assure 2 WiFi smart lock is a welcomed addition to my home. Not only is it a very functional smart lock, it is visually appealing too. Installation is fairly simple with basic tools if your door already has a dead bolt. If it doesn't, there are very clear instructions on how to make the necessary holes to install the lock. Fortunately my door was already provisioned with a dead bolt so Installation only took a few minutes. It actually took longer to setup the Yale smart lock in the app then it did for me to install it. This smart lock doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but it does everything you really need it to do, and it does it very well. The WiFi part allows you to unlock the door from anywhere, as long as you have your smart phone. One minor drawback to this lock is that there is no key for this lock. If your battery dies, Yale gives you and ingenious way you can unlock it from the outside if you run into this situation by using a 9 volt battery. This does allow you access, but how many of us carry around a 9 volt battery?

I can not recommend them...

I was really excited when I received the Jabra Connect 5t earbuds. Setting them up out of the box was fairly easy. Especially because I already had the app installed from a previous set of Jabra earbuds. After getting everything dialed in how I like it, I was able to use these earbuds for a few hours. They sounded petty good in that short time, but one thing I noticed right away is that if you had a phone call and had noise canceling on, after the call, always one earbud, but sometimes both earbuds would no longer be in noise canceling mode. I would have to manually set it back after every call. Very annoying. The reason I mentioned a few hours is because that's how long they lasted. Just a few hours. The left earbud would start hissing if you had noise canceling on. It sounds like white noise playing through just the one earbud. I have gone back and forth with Jabra support over about a month with no resolve at this point. I received the generic email responses you expect about re-setting and re-pairing with my phone, which I had done previously to contacting them. At one point they flat out stopped responding. I'm not impressed with tech support at all. I was finally able to get in contact with someone that was able to send a replacement pair of earbuds, and they have the same issue with the noise canceling not returning after phone calls.

An excellent alternative to k-cup machines

The Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista System is a welcomed addition to my kitchen. I previously had a k-cup coffee machine, and had been considering going back to a paper filter to lessen my waste on the environment. This machine fits the bill. It takes a number 4 paper filter, which is perfect for a single serve portion of coffee. And if you need an extra kick, it does have a built in espresso maker via a pod. It also has a built in milk/cream frother which can also be easily cleaned after use. Another option I really enjoy is the timer/delay option. You can setup the coffee maker the night before to run a single cup, or up to a full carafe of coffee in the morning. I like waking up to the smell of fresh coffee. Also, the way this machine is setup, it's very easy to clean for the next use.

The Razer Basilisk V3 Pro wireless optical gaming mouse with Chroma RGB lighting is the ultimate gaming mouse. It's one of the most accurate gaming mice I have used. There is absolutely no noticeable difference between using it wirelessly vs using the cord while charging, zero lag. The charge cord is extremely flexible. So much so that it feels like you're still using the mouse wirelessly. I really like this about this mouse. This cord also connects to an included adapter that can hold the wireless receiver, so you can easily switch between the two modes if you need to charge the mouse. This is a very smart design in my opinion. This mouse has a very ergonomic design. I do not get any hand fatigue while using it. All the buttons are easily accessible and have a very satisfying click so you know you've pressed the button, giving you excellent positive feedback while gaming. You can also tilt scroll wheel left or right for added button presses you can customize which seems to be rare in todays gaming mice. The Synapse software is easy to navigate and use to customize the mouse buttons the RGB. It Also has Bluetooth connectivity, so traveling without your wireless receiver won't be an issue with most of todays laptops including Bluetooth.

Perfect travel/everyday charger

This Insignia 45 Watt compact USB-C charger kit is a perfect charger for traveling or brining along with you on the go.This an excellent alternative to my OEM Samsung 45 watt super fast charger. It is definitely more travel friendly. It has a smaller more compact profile, and the plug part fold up into charger making it even more portable. The cord is heavy duty to support fast charging, but the downside to this is it's definitely on the stiff side. Even though it's stiff, it looks and feels to be high quality, so you should be confident that this cord will last. The cord also has a cable management tab, so storing it will be easy and you dont have to worry about it getting tangled up. This insignia 45W compact charger charges my Samsung s22 Ultra extremely fast. My phone immediately recognizes the charger to enable super fast charging 2.0. I would definitely recommend this charger to anyone looking for a travel charger or just your basic everyday use.

Portable Powerhouse

The HP Omen 16.1" gaming laptop is a compact powerhouse. The 16" 1920x1080 144hz screen, AMD Ryzen 7 6800 and the Radeon RX 6650M is an excellent combination for this laptop. I have not had to undervolt it because it does not thermal throttle while gaming. I believe this has partly to do with the excellent cooling system on the bottom of this laptop. The inlet vents for the fan are large and setup in such a way that they can not be easily blocked. The fans can get loud while gaming, but when I have my headphones on, I do not hear them. The HP Omen 16.1" easily plays everything I have tried. Since you are locked into 1920x1080 resolution, every game that I have tried plays at High/Ultra settings with ease. Speaking of the screen, the brightness, color, and black levels are all very good in my opinion. I've tried quite a few gaming laptops this past year, and this one has an excellent screen. The RGB backlit keyboard feels good, and has very good keypresses. You can customize the lighting using HP's Gaming Hub software. Another thing to note too is that the laptop speakers actually sound pretty good. In most situations you probably wont be using them, but they are there just in case. I can't comment really on battery life because, this is a gaming laptop, used for gaming. Any real gamer would never try to game on just the battery. The only thing I don't like about this laptop is all the bloatware that it comes with. Luckily, Windows 11 makes it easy to uninstall just about any software you don't want/need. If your looking for a portable powerhouse for gaming, look no further.

A great sounding soundbar

This is a great sounding soundbar once you get it configured to your TV. Setup is fairly easy by following the on screen directions. You can also go back and easily adjust settings, which you can do via a menu on your TV screen when you press the "HOME" button. I really like this feature. I'm not going to lie, when I first hooked it up, I was like, really, that's all? But then I went through the settings on my TV and found that my audio was set to PCM. Once I set my TV audio to pass through, The Sony A3000 soundbar came to life. You have three options for surround sound virtualization: Sony's in-house preset, Dolby Virtualization, and DTS:X. Having tried all three options with the Top Gun movie (86), I have found the DTS:X mode to be my favorite. The Sony mode was surprisingly a close 2nd. Strangely, I found that the Dolby Virtualization mode seemed to cut the volume of the soundbar in half and didn't sound as good as the other two modes, even with the volume set to match the other modes. This could be just a software issue that could be addressed via an update. You also get Alexa and Google services built in, which does come in handy. Another nice feature about this soundbar is that it can be expanded. You can add a wireless powered sub and wireless rear surround speakers to get a more authentic home theater experience. I would highly recommend getting the powered sub that this soundbar supports. It makes a world of a difference in my experience. This soundbar can get fairly loud if you want it to. One thing I didn't like was the the lack of inputs on the soundbar. There is only one HDMI input for your TV. This means that if you have your TV on the wall, like in my situation, and run the wires through the wall, you're going to have to run extra cables through the wall which can be a pain.

An excellent air fryer.

This is a high quality air fryer, and very efficient. It is also stylish and modern looking. It looks great on my counter top. The touch screen is simple to use, and you have plenty of options for cooking food. This air fryer is also the perfect size for my work cabinet. I've cooked chicken breast, nuggets, breaded cheese sticks, french fries, reheated steakn etc. It cooks everything thoroughly and quickly. Sometimes too quickly. I've found that you have to be careful with the cooking time. It seems to cook food faster than the larger airfryers I normally use. The cooking time seems to be a bit shorter in most cases. I found out the hard way, lol. Just set it on the lower end of the recommended cook time and check it a minute or two prior to it finishing. Clean up is a breeze with the non-stick coating. Just use some soap and water and sponge or brush to clean after it cools down. Don't wait too long, otherwise the grease/oil can be difficult to remove.

Unfortunately, no. It has an integrated Intel HD 520 with no dedicated video RAM. If your looking for a laptop to play those titles, look for one that come with at least and Nvidia GTX 940M. I believe to upgraded version of this laptop comes with that option.
