Excellent and Easy to Use

I have both this and a Dyson air purifier fan. Between the two, I actually prefer this one. The Dyson is much more focused on being a fan, but you don't always want a fan running in your room. While the Dyson does have "smart" features allowing you to adjust settings from your phone, the Instant Air Purifier just works. Plug it in and don't worry about the rest.
Controls: You can set this up to run at different speeds and have the lights at different levels, but all in all, this is really just a set-and-forget system. I set it for "auto" rather than any particular speed. It detects when there is more particulate in the air, and increases the filtration when needed. I don't have to worry about filling the apartment with smoke when cooking bacon or other meats, because this kicks right on and cleans up the air as we go.
Between a Dyson fan and this, definitely save yourself some money and just go with this air purifier unless you are dead set on always having a fan running.

Great sound but doesn't work with all phones

This microphone has great sound, and the directionality definitely cuts down on background noise. I find that the sound is a bit quieter than the built in mic on my phone, but definitely clearer.
A few points to be aware of: 1) The windscreen is definitely required if you are going outside. I went outside on a mildly breezy day and almost all of the audio was wiped out by wind noise. The puff-ball cover completely eliminated this wind noise. 2) You probably have to take your phone out of any case it may be in. Only the most minimal of cases can be used if this min is connected. 3) This does not work with all phones with USB-C ports. I tried it on a OnePlus 6t and it didn't work at all, no matter what settings I tried adjusting. Plugged it in to my Pixel 4a and it was immediately recognized and functional.

Premium with an asterisk

This is a premium feeling device, which I find to be rather awkwardly positioned. Looking around the $500 price point, you can get a better spec’ed Windows laptop, which is going to be much more powerful and versatile since you can install software that’s not from an app store. That being said, let’s actually go over this device.
Body (positives): This is a premium feeling laptop shell. It is all metal which feels very nice and cool to the touch. There is a tasteful polished beveling to the edges which enhances this and adds some visual interest while also making sure there are no sharp edges. The keyboard feels nice, and each key has a very minor concave shape which provides a nice feel when typing.
Body (negatives): The screen enclosure is very slightly smaller than the main body/keyboard enclosure. This, coupled with stiff hinges, makes it actually quite difficult to open this laptop. If you’re not moving around too much, this may not be an issue, but it is worth noting. Also, the “acer” logo on the back of the screen enclosure is raised, rather than etched into the metal, which makes me think it is actually just a sticker that will peel off at some point.
Ports (all positives!): This has all the ports you could want, including 2 USB-C ports that will allow you to connect a hub and added monitors, and 2 USB 3.0 ports for anything else on the go. There is even a micro-SD card reader built in – and the obligatory headphone jack.
Screen (all positives!): This has a beautiful screen. I’d say it is on par with high-end laptops (similar to my HP Spectre that I use daily). The bezels are slim all the way around, though a little fatter at the bottom than I’d expect on a premium modern laptop. Video playback is beautiful.
Sound (all negative!): There are speakers. That’s about all I can say. They are very tinny sounding and somehow always sound like they are pointing away from you, no matter how you position the laptop. If you want to use this for media, invest in some headphones.
Camera (all positives!): The camera appears to be very sharp on this laptop. This also lets you see that the graphics work very well (on top of the smooth video playback) as there is no fuzzing or distortion even with reasonably fast movement.
Who is this good for?: Chromebooks are good for two or three sets of people, broadly speaking: (1) students who don’t need anything beyond web-browsing and basic document editing for school, (2) tech people interested in the sandboxed security and an easier way to code in Linux than Windows can offer, and (3) people who aren’t comfortable with computers and just want a simple point-and-click interface to get to what they want and are intimidated by even looking at the file explorer on a Windows or Mac machine.
For the student, this is a high-end feeling machine, but if they get interested in video or audio editing, or anything requiring more specialized software, this isn’t going to work in the long run (better to get a Windows or Mac machine that will have more RAM and storage anyway).
For the Techie, they know what they want and probably already have it.
For the profoundly not-tech-savvy, this is a nice machine for browsing the web, having video calls, etc. But, if they are interested in even uploading photos from a device that doesn’t automatically upload them to Google Photos, things will get very complicated. Add to this the premium appearance and price, and you’re looking at a very small subset of the population that this seems targeted toward.
For the student, this is a high-end feeling machine, but if they get interested in video or audio editing, or anything requiring more specialized software, this isn’t going to work in the long run (better to get a Windows or Mac machine that will have more RAM and storage anyway).
For the Techie, they know what they want and probably already have it.

Great for an outdoor party, probably not much else

This is a nice little speaker. The battery life is amazing. If I'm not regularly using it outside, it will last just about forever. The water/dust-proofing is also very nice for any sudden inclement weather, or if you just want to take a shower without interrupting your favorite podcast.
The only point of contention that I have is the sound quality. It is good, don't get me wrong, but I'm not sure that it is up to par for Bose. I have a pair of their wired headphones that I've used for years, and also an older soundbar/stand that the TV sits on. Both of those sound amazing (particularly the TV speaker), but this is definitely not as full of a sound.
If you do have an outdoor gathering, it is nice that it has a screw-socket so that you can set it on a tripod, and have it elevated, and the sound is fairly even all the way around - there are a couple of directions where it isn't quite as loud, but this is a fairly narrow range of it's 360 degree projection.
Overall, this is nice, but I'm not sure that there is much use for a product like this other than outdoor gatherings. If you are looking forward to entertaining once we are out of this world-wide nightmare, by all means, jump on this.

Slim and Portable, but not much battery

I've cleaned my apartment with this a few times, at this point. I live in a small, one-bedroom, and only the bedroom and closet have carpet. The battery lasts just long enough for me to vacuum the bedroom and closet, go over the couch with the upholstery attachment, and hit a few corners with the narrow attachment.
Cleaning: This is nice, portable, and very maneuverable. It is small enough that I can stick the entire thing and my arm under the bed to get all the way under.
Battery: Definitely a small battery. This lasts for 20 minutes, tops. Then takes about 4 hours to fully charge. I would not recommend this if you have more than two carpeted rooms.
Overall, nice and effective, compact, but bad battery life. I would not recommend this if you need to do more than 15 minutes of vacuuming at any time.

Great power and battery life

Overall, I really like this! I've been using the base model of Waterpik for about six months, and while I've liked it, I wanted to try something new. Going from the base model to this is like going from a garden hose with a spray nozzle to a power-washer! You can adjust the pressure from 1 to 10 on this (no adjustment on the old one), and I don't go above 8 without actually hurting my gums. I'd say the old one runs at about a 4 on this one.
The battery life is also nice. This is just going to sit on the bathroom sink, so I would actually not mind having to plug it in, but it is still a nice feature. I wouldn't travel with this given the size.

Best in-ear headphones I've ever used

AMAZING HEADPHONES!!!
I’ve tried numerous in-ear headphones, and these are by far the best. This style of headphone can often come loose in the ear, or even pop out completely if you’re running or being more active. These are the first that I’ve ever tried that stay put, and are reasonably comfortable for hours at a time. Sound quality is excellent as well, and the Bluetooth has stayed connected perfectly whenever I’ve used these, even running outside or standing next to a microwave (these often introduce interference, I’ve found).
Noise-Cancelling: These are the best in-ear headphones I’ve ever used for noise cancelling. Firstly, they actually stay in the ear solidly, so NC is possible. With the app, there are several different NC settings, including indoor and outdoor. Indoor does a great job of blocking out a lot of inside white noise like air conditioning, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc. Outdoor actually cuts out all wind-noise from the microphones. This is amazing! Even my Sony 1000xm4 doesn’t do this. I’ve never had NC that didn’t get wind-noise.
Settings: There are a lot of EQ settings you can choose, so these are very customizable to how you want things to sound. There are also adjustable touch-controls which, while they work, are a weakness to these headphones. You can only double-tap or hold for 2 seconds. This makes it fine if you want to set the double-tap to volume, and holding for skipping forward or back. This doesn’t work well for podcasts though, where you may want to skip forward 5-10 times just to get past advertisements. So the utility is very dependent on what you are listening to.
Overall, I’m incredibly happy with these headphones. They are definitely worth the investment over the more ‘budget’ headphones like Skullcandy or any other brand I’ve tried. Even at the asking price, I think they’re worth it.

Nice looking, and great working

First off, this is a beautiful appliance. I like all of the stainless steel over the front.
One difference from my old toaster oven is the display. With this oven, the controls are very simple, and the settings show up on the screen. This is a great advancement as text tends to wear off of metal over time. I have no idea if that will happen here, but my old toaster oven, while still fully functional, became very difficult to use as almost all of the text wore off.
Time will tell how it holds up, but thus far I'm very impressed!

Premium feel, better than a laptop keyboard

This keyboard has a premium look and feel which definitely makes it a step up from using a laptop keyboard. I got this to go along with a desk set-up that I'm making, and am very pleased. It feels much better than the laptop keyboard, and has a number pad as well!
It is excellent that it connects with a USB dongle as well. With my set-up, I'm using a docking station with my personal computer, but also my work computer when working from home. Security settings on the work computer wouldn't allow for a bluetooth connection, but connecting through the hub works perfectly.

Better than an old antenna

We replaced my parents old antenna (not sure how old, but old enough to be getting some corrosion on the connections) with this antenna, and they do get a few new stations that they didn't get before. The signal also tends to come in better than it did before. They had one of the major networks pixelating and cutting out before, but now that only really happens on windy/rainy days. Everything seems to be working better.
I do want to mention the Bluetooth link to see how many channels you are getting. While this might save you a little time over setting the antenna and scanning for channels on the TV, you can't really trust what the app is telling you. When we were setting it up, I tried the app to see the channels coming in, and you can just see a number for how many are good, moderate, or weak. Based on the app, we should be getting 90 channels. The TV sees about 40... Don't trust the numbers. Further, it doesn't show you networks, just a number of channels, so if you are trying to get a particular network to come in better, you'll still have to go with trial and error.

I only have the designer, but my understanding is that the designer series is supposed to be quieter than the regular. There may also be some stylistic differences.

If the walkman has bluetooth, you should be able to connect. You can also use a wired connection and still turn on the headphones for noise-cancelling.

I have both headphones, and both have the same metal headband. I don't see how it would crack, but if it's a problem you experienced with the prior version, I don't see it being any different here.

It sounds like it is having a hard time maintaining the connection to the receiver. Try having the receiver plugged in as close to the mouse as possible (I have a USB hub built in to my keyboard, which works perfectly). When I plug the receiver in to the back of the computer (less than 3 feet away), the connection becomes choppy and the pointer will skip around on the screen quite a bit.
