I research this ssd "Samsung - 850 Evo 500gb Internal Serial Ata Solid State Drive For Laptops" for a longtime on very different web-pages and asked my friends for there experience.
I chose it over cheaper versions because of the lifetime and speed. It is not as expensive as the PRO version (10 year warranty) because I need it only to last 5years as an upgrade in my old laptop.

It holds exactly 1000 custom favorites which I filled up in an year, what is too less for me, a 40,000 miles a year traveler. To make space for my new events, I had to go through all saved favorites and delete the double once and the place I am sure I do not need. That was quite some time and also fun, because I got to remember were I have been, all over the place, a thousand places! ... So I gave it one star less for that.
And YES, I have also a Smart Phone with GOOGLE MAPS which could do the job, but think about the data that would eat, and what about the places without cell reception? I save the data for tracking my hiking adventures and use the Garmin - nüvi 2689LMT 6 GPS for my Touring Van.

I used it for some time. BUT I should have listened to the sales person who warned me that it does not fit perfectly on my SAMSUNG GALAXY S7 Cell Phone. It had a 2mm ring around the whole display, where it did not attach to the glass screen, which is curved backwards.
I wanted some protection against scratches, so I left it on until these edge, which did not bend to the form of the glass, collected to much dirt and i removed it.
So, 2 points for the time it worked.
BUT: Do NOT use it for the SAMSUNG GALAXY S7 !!!

I got this "Pocketjuice Portable Charger" for charging my cell phone while tracking my hiking and making photos. The GPS and the photo making killed the battery of my cell phone much too fast. THAT'S NOW FIXED thanks to the 7800mA extra-charge.
1. I wish the product would be a little smaller, but I did not find anything else with the mA I needed (above 7000mA). Its like having 2 cell phones with you.
2. It fast charges my Samsung S7, which not all portable power-packs can do.
3. It lasts for 3 charges (not 4 like in the description).
4. Comes with a very short usb cable at home, which is very practical.

If money is no problem, take the "pro" version of this hard-drive. Otherwise the "850 EVO" last long enough until you have to upgrade your whole computer (every 5 years!!!). (5 computer years is like 72 human years!)
There are 4 important ways to speed-up your computer:
1. Upgrade the ram to the maximum (I did)
2. Upgrade the Video card (I did Nvidia 1080)
3. Upgrade to SSD (now I did for my Laptop)
4. Separate the OS system from the data storage (Have 2 SSD's, one for data, and one for the OS).
BUT to make it clear, the biggest impact is the SSD upgrade for the OS.
OS = Operating System (like Windows 10, or ... )

Difference between ssd and ssd pro
SSD pro has a longer warranty, so should last longer.
Since I would replace/upgrade my computer every 5 years, I would put the OS (Operating system on a regular SSD and the data on a SSD PRO. When upgrading to a new computer, you can remove the old data SSD and place it in the new desktop or in an external drive compartment. In this way you save yourself time to transfer the data. Samsung lets you choose in the SSD setup between "Performance" and "Data-security."
So, choose "High performance" for the Operating System (like Windows 10) and "Data-security" for the DATA-Drive.
Since I would replace/upgrade my computer every 5 years, I would put the OS (Operating system on a regular SSD and the data on a SSD PRO. Is this wifi adapter any good for PC gaming?
YES, very fast and reliable! Just make sure that you are not too far away from the router, also, this is the strongest receiver I ever had. Of-cause you need the right router with it which deliverers 5000MHZ.
