Provides a quicker recovery, comfy to wear

The Therabody RecoveryAir PRO are designed to help you recover after a workout, the pneumatic compression system has been a huge benefit to me during my pre-work out routine and after a workout.
At first, I was a bit skeptical about these things, they look awkward, feel a little funny when you put them on, and my kids get a kick out of them when I have them on. However, the 4 chambers of pneumatic pressure that starts at my feet, calves, knees, then upper thighs are designed to overlap and provide pressure to move blood in your legs up back to your core. This promotes a faster recovery, and they are very comfortable to wear. The material the boots are made of are a very high-quality material that is easy to clean and a strong zipper that zips down to the feet.
The pump for this unit has a few presets and a customize setting that you can use. Interval, Recover, Warm-up, Isolation, and Custom are the options you can choose from. Each one will have different Pressure, time, and release time that combined provides a different type of therapy to meet your needs. You have the option to increase the pressure up to 100 mmHg and up to 90 minutes or have it stay on. You can cycle the pressure in a few ways such as sequential, wave, ISO (Isolation), and flow. You can charge this, and I am not sure on how long the battery is rated for, but I have used it 5 times while on the battery with at least 30-minute cycles and I still have a little battery left. This is a nice feature so you can travel with it and not have to worry about having to be right next to a power outlet to use it. It is about 5 lbs. so it is not that heavy either. In the box they include plug incase you want to only use one boot at a time. I do also want to mention that when you are using this, it is not very loud at all. I am very impressed with it overall, and I look forward to using it. You do want to wear some comfortable pants such as sweatpants or just shorts though, other material may damage the boots or you might feel some discomfort from that material bunching up and pressing against your skin, so be aware of that.
Therabody has an app for this, and you can easily control your experience from that. The app is called RecoveryAir in the google Play store and it works great. It makes the customization of your recovery easier to use then the pumps buttons. However, to connect to the pump each time, you must launch the app (with BT on) and then click the OK start/stop button on the pump itself to finish the connection. It does not connect w/o doing that each time. The app will allow you to easily target certain areas so say you just want to focus on your knees, it will fill up the feet, calves and then knees. If you just wanted to do your feet, then just the feet will fill up. This is because it will always fill up the lower chambers first to promote that blood flow back to your core. My only complaint about the app is that the branding of it should be in line with the Therabody products. Different apps for different devices from the same company just confuse things, in my opinion.
This is a very expensive unit, but from what I have read, it is priced lower than units that do not do as much as this does. Unfortunately, this does not come with a case to carry it either and that would be a nice addition to have.

Step up your gaming streams

The Elgato full HD Facecam has upgraded my gaming streaming sessions to a whole new level from where I was before. I was using a regular HD webcam from another brand that works well in good lighting situations, but when the light is not perfect, it looked pretty bad. I don’t always have the right lights set up and this Elgato Facecam has a Sony Starvus CMOS sensor that is great in low light conditions and the noise in the shot is minimal and I am very impressed with it. I don’t always think of my lighting and this helps with one less thing to worry about. This camera will shoot full HD at up to 60 fps, but you can step that down to 30 fps if you like and there are also 780 and 540 resolutions that you can set to 60 or 30 fps as well. The Camera Hub application is where you can make all of your adjustments. You can set your Zoom/FOV, contrast, saturation, sharpness, white balance and noise reduction. Thera are also settings for exposure and setting the shutter speed. All these settings can be saved to the camera itself and that will allow you to bring it with you and use it on another PC for a quick and easy set up elsewhere. The camera is also compatible with a wide array of video chatting/meeting software such as Micro$oft Teams, skype, Zoom, FactTime, Google Meet, OBS, and SLOBS. I was able to test with Zoom, Teams and Skype and had no issues and each time the person on the other side was impressed with my video resolution and clarity. One thing I should point out, is that this does not have a built-in microphone. They have focused purely on a great video capturing device and I think they did a great job of that. Still, it would have been nice to have a build in microphone but for me it was not a deal breaker.

Good clean power with many features

The APC gaming 1500VA battery back up is a rock-solid APC device that I have had great luck with other products in the past. This device simply keeps power constant without any dips or spikes in the power delivery. That is important to me as I want to keep my gaming rig and other electronic devices protected from power issues and this has an automatic voltage regulation system that helps with that. The over-all case design is slim and has a footprint that easily fits under my desk.
There are a total of 10 power plugs on the back, 6 provide power + surge protection and the remaining 4 provide surge protection only. You can also protect your network Ethernet cables with surge protection and there is also built in Coax (Cable) protection. Rounding out the back of the device is a very welcome customizable LED light so you can see where the plugs are. This is probably my favorite feature that it has. This has a very cool looking display that you can quickly see the current load on the battery and the remaining run time. The reactor circle will also change depending on the current state of the battery or what is going on with it. A few USB ports are also on the front of the battery that will allow you to plug in two USB Type A and one Type C device to it.
Another great feature is the fact that you can easily replace the batteries on this without much hassle, but my biggest gripe was the plastic panel that covers the battery. It was very easy to remove, but near impossible to get it back on. I tried multiple times to get it to fit back, but I was not able to accomplish this, so it sits halfway on, but I have that side of the device facing the wall, so I don’t have to look at it. It does not affect the functionality at all, and it is purely cosmetic as far as I can tell.
Now on to how this performs, the display has been accurate to my power draw on it, for example, I can see the remaining run time hang around 63 minutes when my Pc is just under normal load, but I fire up my games and the GPU is working, and I see that drop down dramatically. I also have every piece of my networking and streaming gear plugged into this and I have tested unplugging it from power and everything stayed up and I had plenty of time to power things down if I need to. I did leave it unplugged for 25 minutes (was able to mute the beeps) and no issues to report. Power was constant and consistent, and I have no fear of this not protecting during a power surge or outage. You can install the PowerChute software that will power down your PC in the event of an outage, but I did not install it, but I have used it in the past on previous APC battery back UPS. This is a little on the pricy side, but it does offer a lot for what you get. Protection is good and if you are looking for a good UPS for a gaming Rig, then you should give this one a look.

Very good quality and no fees

The Eufy 2k video doorbell with chime takes the previous version a step further and adds the ability to use the battery option or use the wired option to your existing doorbell. I chose the battery option for my install, and it has preformed well for me. Installation was a breeze, and it only took me about 30 minutes from start to finish. If you are going the wired route, it might take a bit longer, depending on your set up. Using the battery option allows you to place the video doorbell where you want it. So, if you have a doorbell that faces the side and you want to capture the walkway up to your door, then you have that option and having options right out of the box is good. I found the battery life was still around 96% after a full week of testing and hundreds of notifications.
Inside the box you are given different mounting brackets so that you can angle the video doorbell and some mounting screws and wires to hook into your existing wires as well. Also included is a 16GB SanDisk MicroSD card for local storage (which is also an improvement over the previous model that only had built in storage, and you can expand that storage if you desire. This local storage allows you to control your video and not have to upload them to a cloud and it is also no extra cost. This is a big win in my book and the monthly subscription model that everyone else uses are an added expense that I don’t want or need.
Video quality is great, and I have no complaints about that. Night quality is good as well and I am happy with that too. I do wish the field of view (FOV) was larger though, the image does not allow me to see the whole porch so if a package is on there it is out of view, and that is really my only complaint about this device. Video calling is loud and clear and both parties can hear each other. Notifications are quick and it only takes a second or two for my phone to connect and to be able to start speaking to the other person. There are also some canned responses you can send if you can’t talk. The Eufy security app is built for a whole home security set up with cameras, floodlight cameras, smart locks, and other sensors. To take advantage of that you would need to purchase the additional devices. Otherwise, the app is set up very nicely and it is easy to use and understand. Configuring the devices to your liking is easy as well. I really like this video doorbell and I find it easy to use, set up, and the quality and notifications are great.

The level bolt is a very ingenious device that gives you the benefits of a smart dead bolt lock and the discreteness of no one knowing that you have one since when you install it, you use your existing lock and lock handle. The lock is essentially invisible to the outside world, but the internals are smart. Level is basically the internal part of the lock, and it comes with attachments to fit most locks out there. They do have a list on their website of exact locks that are compatible out of the box and for the others, they have a few different pieces that will fit your lock. My strike plate was not the correct size for what was in the box, and I am currently waiting for a replacement from them. Once that is done, I can complete the installation, but I have it 90% installed and “working”. Overall installation was very simple, and the app set up was easy as well. The lock is responsive with using the app and only takes a few seconds after a command is sent to lock or unlock. I do not have the Amazon Alexa feature set up since my devices are not sidewalk compatible and even if they were, I do not think I would turn on that feature. So, for now, I have it installed on a side door to my garage, and it has come in handy when my kids decide to try and lock me out and it has worked great, but as I mentioned, due to a strike plate size issue on my door, it is not very secure for me right now, but for testing purposes I decided to keep it installed on my door. If you are looking for a smart dead bolt solution and your wife does not like the look of the new fancy keyboard locks, then this is a great solution.

This little tweezer set makes it easy for my wife to take care of our daughters’ little finger and toenails. She is 4 years old, and these are a little small for her since they are designed for the smallest of digits out there. They work just as well on her so you can get these when your baby is an infant, and it will still work when they are toddlers. They are nice and sharp and have a big handle that is easy to use, and the file works well to get those nails nice and smooth so they won’t snag on anything. Simple, easy and effective and I recommend this to my friends who are all having babies now.

Clean air at a reasonable price

If you are looking for a quiet and efficient air purifier that is inexpensive, then check out the Pure Enrichment PureZone 4-in-1. This slim tower device can cover a room up to 190 sq ft and is packed with 4 filters and a UV light (life rated at 20,000 hrs) to provide clean and fresh air in your space. Some of the best features that I like about this filter is how quiet it is. There is a three-speed motor, although I think 5 speeds would be better, it is very quiet on speed 1 and only slightly louder on two, even on speed 3 its is not that loud. The air being pushed out feels significant. The buttons are laid out in a logical manner and are easy to use. There is a night mode that you can activate as well so if you are sensitive to lights in your dark room you can turn them off. The filter is light and has a carrying handle that makes is easy to move from room to room. On the bottom of the tower is an indicator of how clean the air is. Blue means clean, then there is also orange and red, this allows you to quickly see how the air is in your room. Filters will need to be replaced about every 6 months depending on your usage and it will indicate when that needs to be done. Replacement filters are around $40 from what I can tell, so they are not that expensive. There are no smart features or Wi-Fi or app connectivity, but I do not mind that much, but it would be nice to be able to power this on/off with your phone or favorite home assistant. The included 5 year warranty really sweetens the deal and combine that with the price and how clean your air is going to be makes this a very good product for the money.

Do not let the size of the Sony SRS-SB13 fool you, this waterproof, dustproof and UV protected speaker may be small, but it has big sound. I was amazed by how much this little thing can fill up my garage with sound. Sony has some magic inside this thing for sure.
Battery life is a big thing for me, and this also delivers big time. Sony says expect 16 hours, I was getting around 20+ hours though. Charging took less than 3 hours when I ran it all the way down to zero. Sony says it takes 4.5 hours to charge though. There is a charge light on it that will come on when it gets around 10% and my android phone (Note 10+) displayed that it only had 10% left on a dropdown notification. Sony includes a noticeably short USB Type C cable and not power brick, however, most modern computers have power USB ports that you can use to charge, or you can use a power brick from your cell phone as well. I like that Sony is cutting back on stuff like that, still be aware of that fact.
I do not see a way to connect this to the Sony music app with my other SRS Bluetooth speakers. There is a microphone that this has as well and you can use this for speaker phone calls, and it worked well. However, you can set up a second one of these and set up stereo sound, I was not able to test out this feature though. Also, this speaker has a carrying strap that you can attach it to various things, I have used this in the shower hanging on a shower head and it worked out well. Sony keeps making these things better and better and this is one of the best little speakers that they have made so far.

I am a big fan of Lorex and their camera’s and this Wired 4K surveillance system is a high-quality system with great video and is easy to configure with the Lorex Home App. My biggest grip is having to wire this up, but to be honest, that is the best way to do things in the long run. You do not have to worry about batteries dying and you can mount these in places that you only have to get to once. The 4k video quality is great and provides a nice clean and clear picture on my 4K TV. I used my existing monster brand 4K HDMI cable and not the one that was included in the box.
Setting up the system is easy using the included instructions. At first, I felt a little overwhelmed by the number of cables and connectors that are included, but you just need to follow the steps and you will have it set up in no time. Minus the time it takes to run the cables of course, but you should hook up each camera and set things up BEFORE you install them just in case you have a faulty camera or wiring. After you get the cameras hooked up, you can run through the setup of configuring the device to your home network. You can label your cameras, customize your recording options (motion areas, schedule) and customize your smart motion detection settings. The system can also recognize vehicles and people, which is a nice feature to have, and you can act upon what the alert is rather than just having motion alerts and having to keep checking the app. I have some high traffic areas and I was getting a lot of push alerts on my phone, so I had to play with the settings more to cut down the motion detection areas. Lorex has created these cameras with their Active Deterrence system, which basically means that they have built in lights and sirens on them, neither is very loud or bright, but they do the job.
There is a smart search feature that you can filter out the motion events. The filter allows you to search by date and time, person or vehicle, and area. I found it to work well as I tested it out. They claim up to 35 days of storage but with certain criteria for that. I do not think it will record 35 days at 24/7 though.

A 2-year warranty is included and there are a lot of features on this system. Local storage, in my opinion is a great advantage over a cloud-based system since you control the video. The only real downside, in my opinion, is having to wire up the system, but once you do that, you will not have to touch the cameras again, pending some damage or failure.

This is a fantastic addition to the arsenal in my mission to keep my floors clean. I have two dogs and two little girls. The constant state of messes that engulfs my floors is staggering and I am always looking for something to help make the fight easier. The LG CordZero A9 is a big leap forward for me and preforms a lot better than my older cordless stick vacuum (another famous brand). This vacuum is definitely in the top of the preforming ones out there and unfortunately, the price also reflects that. However, at its premium price, it also is packed with a lot of value and features.
This is geared more towards regular carpet and hard floors (tile, wood, etc.). However, the main vacuuming head is built more for carpet so it does struggle with picking up big pieces on hard floors at time, a soft roller would be better. There is a model that has a soft roller that comes with it and I think that would have been a better fit for this model since the mop attachment does not suck up anything so you must vacuum first, and the soft roller head would seem like it belongs with this set up. Despite that, cleaning the floors with the mop attachment is easy and does a great job.
LG provides just about two of everything here. You get two sets of mop attachments, two sets of filters so you can clean a set and have one on the ready. Speaking of twos…you are given two batteries here and with the floor stand, you can charge both at the same time! That is one of the greatest features that I enjoy. You will always have a battery ready for the job at hand. Running time ranges between 60 minutes down to 7 minuets per battery depending on the power setting. Normal mode gives you the longest running time, but the suction is just about average. When you step it up to Power mode, you get about 13 minutes for each battery, and I feel this is the mode I use the most. Turbo mode is what I kick it in when I need to hit the high traffic areas and I never ran it down to zero in that mode but estimates around 7 minutes per battery is what I have seen.
Another great feature I like is that there is a power button that you can toggle on and off, so you do not have to keep holding down a trigger button some my older stick vacuum. The placement of the power button could be in a better spot, I feel. I found my self accidently hitting it when placing the A9 back on the charging stand or when I am emptying out the dust bin, not a big deal but something to think about. There is no auto mode and that seems like a feature that all the other premium vacuums in this price range seem to have now. To manually shift between the power modes, you just need to hit the + and – buttons below the power button, in order to activate Turbo mode, you must hold down the + button for 3 seconds. This vacuum also has Wi-Fi abilities built in and you can toggle that by holding down the – button for 3 seconds.
The LG ThinQ App will connect to the vacuum and you can run diagnostics on the vacuum, it will show you usage duration that is broken down into the different modes and how long each mode was running. It will also display if the attached battery is charging. I like the LG ThinQ app and I find it useful since it can also connect to other LG products, for example, my TV and my refrigerator both connect to the app as well, so I did not just have to download it for one device.
Despite all of the good with this, there are a few things I feel that could improve this greatly. A more accurate battery indicator would be great, this only has three bars of power and other premium devices have an actual percentage or even an estimated time remaining. A larger dust bin would be nice, and the kompressor built into the dust bin will smash down the debris, but it would be nice to have more space. The last thing on my wish list would be some LED lights on the main vacuum head. It comes in handy when you are vacuuming dark places or under furniture. I feel at this price range, those features should be included as well. I will still recommend this to my friends and family though since it is not as expensive as some others out there, but its performance overall is really good.

you need a tiny star bit to remove it, it will void the warranty if you did a security sticker is installed. IMO, just get the non-heat sink version for your laptop. I was not able to install this in my Asus G15 2021 model due to the heatsink making it too thick.

Elite 85T or Elite 7 Pro? Calls and ANC aren't important. I just need bass heavy sound for music. So which one is bass heavy and better? Is 85T better because of big drivers?
not sure about the 85t, I had the 65t and I feel that the 7 Pro has less bass than those.

Is the Elite 7 Pro "vented" like the AirPod Pro and 85t? I returned the 75t becasue I didn't like the plugged ear feeling.
no, they make a seal that does not let sound in. It requires using the "hear through" so you can easily carry on conversations. Your ears will be plugged.

you just need an HDMI connector and it will use the laptop as the source when you select the right HDMI input, there are two to choose from.

Yes, the right dial works as a temp/timer and you just press it to toggle between the two modes.
