GREAT USE

These are quite simply great ! Double sided COLOR envelopes with a clear window, appropriate for storing and protecting any CD's and DVDs you have laying around, or for replacing those bulky plastic jewel cases for more efficient storage.
We had a number of piles of DVDs and data CDs cluttering our house when we were producing backups--these plus a "CD vault" (essentially deep CD-sized drawers) helped us immensely in cleaning up the clutter

Great Album

Tweet's long awaited third album entitled: Charlene is brilliant! Every song on this album is composed and arranged with excellence, including her vocals. Charlene plays like a continuation of her debut album: Southern Hummingbird, but with superiority. After a 10 year hiatus, Charlene is well worth the wait, and more.I hope the music industry, radio stations nationwide will air play and promote this fantastic album, and give it the recognition it deserve, because Tweet's new album is awesome. I thought Southern Hummingbird was a good album, but Tweet had outdid herself with Charlene.

Already Own It But Purchased For The Short Film

Off the Wall is one of the most successful and influential R&B albums ever released, and home to some of Michael Jackson’s greatest hits, so I’m going to steer clear of reviewing the album itself and focus my review on this specific edition for those who may already have a copy of the album in their collections and are wondering whether or not it’s worth the upgrade.
First, let's get the album itself out of the way. Off the Wall sounds great, although I didn't notice any difference between the sound of this (2016) edition and the Special Edition version released in 2001. I was only listening on my laptop and headphones, but listened carefully going back and forth between the two versions and could find no difference, even in volume. Although, truthfully, there's nothing wrong with that; the 2001 Special Edition sounded fine and I imagine any further remastering would have probably just been limited to brickwalling (an artificial boost in volume).
Unfortunately for completists, the 2001 Special Edition had several bonus tracks, including interviews with producer Quincy Jones and early demo versions of “Don’t Stop ’Til You Get Enough” and “Working Day and Night,” that are not included on this release. The opportunity was also not taken to deliver new bonus tracks, or include Off the Wall bonuses that appeared elsewhere (such as the cut track Sunset Driver that Michael included in his 2004 Ultimate Collection release). Instead, this is simply a release of the 10 tracks that originally appeared on the album, using the same master as the 2001 Special Edition.
So, if you’re going to buy this release, it’s going to be for the new documentary that is included with it, “From Motown to Off the Wall” by Spike Lee. If you saw Bad 25, you’ll know exactly what you’re in for. Lee’s documentary is comprehensive, telling a story of Jackson’s drive and determination that began looking over the shoulders of Motown greats Berry Gordy and Stevie Wonder, and culminated in the release of what many people still believe to be his finest work.
After the story hits the point of Off the Wall’s release, Lee dives deep into each track on the album, dedicating time to their inspirations and their respective impact on the R&B and dance genres. Much like Bad 25, no stone is left unturned as even deeper cuts like “It’s the Falling in Love” are given their due time. The documentary wraps with a look at the success of Off the Wall, and moments like Jackson receiving his Grammys for the album off air during a commercial break, a painful reminder of the times, and a teaser for what comes next as Michael makes a promise that his next album will be so big, no one will be able to ignore it.
For fans interested in watching the documentary, this edition of Off the Wall is highly recommended. The film is well worth your time (although a reliance on 1970s televised clips makes the Blu ray version recommendable only to those who can take advantage of the uncompressed audio options). The package itself is attractive, with a chalkboard surface for you to draw your own album art (and, yes, the chalk is included).
If you’re new to Off the Wall, I’d like to think this is a great version for you to pick up as well. The bonus tracks on the last edition are probably only of interest to Jackson’s biggest fans and the documentary helps to put it into a greater context. I might have normally given this four stars for removing the bonus features, but at the end of the day, this feels more like a release of the documentary that happens to also come with the album.

When I found that rapper Kirk Jones aka Stickey FIngaz would be replacing Wesley Snipes I myself was a skeptic of this series, because I enjoyed the movies a lot and didn't want the series to ruin that.e I watched it for the first time last night and it was awesome. Watching this show is like jumping into the comic, dark and twisted. It is very different because you don't hate the bad guy Marcus, you almost feel for him, and there is a mystery about him because he has sympathy but is very powerful and strong. It great because it has a little of everything plenty of action, blood, skin and good plots. So everyone should give this show a try, once you do you will be sucked i

A must see for those interested in the inner workings of a restaurant kitchen and the world of high end chefs. Most people have no clue what it is like to be at the top of the restaurant world or how difficult it is to be in this type of a service profession. The intense pressure they put on themselves to be "perfect". Is the movie a bit disjointed along the way, yes but the acting is stellar and its worth it just to see the food prep and get the overwhelming inside experience. Bradley Cooper is fantastic! Very good supporting actors. Many of them are unknowns. The kitchen scenes are the best. Watching the process and the artistry is a unique peek behind the kitchen doors.

Harmless Fun

"Stephen King is no slouch," commented a member of the Movie Fan Facebook Page staff. The man has published 60 books, which have sold over 350 million copies. "Wait a minute," you say. "Why start a review of a movie based on R.L. Stine's books by talking about Stephen King?" Fair question. Well, Stine has been called "the Stephen King of children's literature." Beyond that, you may be surprised to learn that Stine has bested the famously prolific King by publishing hundreds of books, which have sold over 400 million copies! Think about that. It's enough to… give you goose bumps. That, of course, is the name of Stine's most popular series of books, brought to the big screen in the film "Goosebumps" (PG, 1:43).
Fans of the series may wonder which of the books is the basis for the movie. The answer is none of them – and all of them. Rather than adapting any one of Stine's books, which are, admittedly, relatively short (as Stephen King exclaims, "Ah-HAH! See?"), this film imagines a world in which Stine's monsters come to life and terrorize a small town, while R.L. Stein himself, along with a few local teenagers, attempt to recapture the creatures and save the town. I won't spoil the movie, except to say that, in the end, we Movie Fans get a film that is as exciting and delightful as any of the books that inspired this story.
The film has Jack Black portraying Stine as an unfriendly recluse in the tiny (fictional) town of Madison, Delaware. Showing Stine as a movie character which we get to know as a man, but is only a fictionalized version of the real person recalls movies like Charlie Kaufman's 1999 fantasy comedy-drama "Being John Malkovich" or Matthew LeBlanc (starting in 2011) playing himself as an adorable jerk in the Showtime comedy series "Episodes". Black's Stine calls himself Mr. Shivers. He's a widower who lives in a big house with his kind, but mischievous 16-year-old daughter, Hannah (Odeya Rush), whom he homeschools.
Moving in right next door is Madison High School's new assistant principal, recently widowed Gale Cooper (Amy Ryan), and her teenage son, Zach (Dylan Minnette), still grieving the loss of his father. Gale's sweetly clueless sister, Loraine (Jillian Bell) greets them with open arms, but Zach and Gale simply have a lot of adjusting to do – and new people to meet. Gale is almost immediately hit on by shy fellow educator, Coach Carr (Ken Marino), while an awkward nerd ironically named Champ (Ryan Lee) traps the new guy into a friendship. It's a good thing for Zach that Hannah is such a pleasure to be around.
One night when Zach looks towards his new neighbor's house and thinks he sees Mr. Shivers abusing Hannah, he calls Champ and they steal into the house. Zach and Champ see that Hannah's okay, but not before they find a key and open a locked "Goosebumps" manuscript among many on a shelf in Mr. Shivers' study. The book is "The Abominable Snowman of Pasadena" and unlocking the manuscript allows a large, furry creature to literally jump off the page. The three teens run after him, Hannah telling them that the monster can only be re-captured by sucking him back into the book from whence he came. The Abominable Snowman wreaks havoc on the town until Mr. Shivers shows up to save the day.
In the destruction that the creature caused in the study, all the manuscripts fell to the floor and one of them popped open – one releasing the evil Slappy the Dummy. Slappy unleashes complete mayhem in Madison – on the night of a big high school dance nonetheless. The police (a hilarious Timothy Simons and Amanda Lund) are no help, but few people would be. That ventriloquist dummy serves as the ringleader of a gang of dangerous and destructive creations including a wolfman, a maniacal clown, a herd of garden gnomes and a gargantuan praying mantis. They all want revenge on their creator for keeping them locked up so long. And Stein is the only one who even has a chance of stopping them.
When Stine's creations come to life, besides clear memories of Robin Williams' 1995 hit "Jumanji", this situation reminds us of Emma Thompson's author writing Will Ferrell's character into existence in 2006's "Stranger Than Fiction", or the underseen 1979 thriller "Time After Time" in which the character of H.G. Wells (author of the sci-fi classic "The Time Machine") uses profits from his writing to build a working time machine which one of his friends uses to escape the police and continue a killing spree when it is discovered that he's Jack the Ripper. "Goosebumps" deserves a place among these other great films.
This film's story may not be completely original, but it feels fresh and it is fantastically well executed. All of the actors are perfectly cast (even Jack Black, who, in our opinion, seems to have had more misses than hits in his career). With the help of a story by Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski, a script by Darren Lemke and the direction of Rob Letterman, this cast and this story hit the perfect balance between frightening and fun – just like the "Goosebumps" books themselves. The script is very funny and the dialog and character interactions are charming from the very beginning to the very end of the movie. The interesting characters, the story's danger and adventure, along with the excitement and humor all seamlessly contribute to a simply wonderful family film that will appeal to kids of all ages, even if they don't know their goose bumps from their speed bumps or their Kings from their Stines. "A+"

I am intrigued that they used the album version of "No Vaseline" in here, with the introlude, and the entire thing is unedited too, unlike the version from "Death Row Compilation" (I think that's what its called) which edited the anti-Semitic slurs. It is also not like the version from the "Rap G Style" compilation which is the explicit version but omitted the introlude. I am surprised that the song is included, since it was a diss track but since it part of the flick they had to add it.
The version of "G Thang" is the one from "The Chronic" too, similar to the one from all Death Row compilations, so it is not the clean or video version.
They also used the original single version of "Boyz N The Hood" and not the Eazy-E remix version, so it starts with the "Cruisin' down the street in my six-fo" line.
This also contains a modified version of "F Tha Police" without the "Right about now, N.W.A court is in full effect" intro, so it boggles the mind that they used the album version of "No Vaseline."
I already own all these songs, even the classic jams that N.W.A sampled, but I guess I got this for the fact that their all compiled in one retail CD. I know I coulda just burned a disc or made a playlist on my phone but I just had to purchase the disc.
