MacBook Air features fourth-generation Intel Core processors with stunning graphics, all-day battery life*, ultrafast flash storage, and great built-in apps. It's thin, light and durable enough to take everywhere you go — and powerful enough to do everything once you get there.
I love this laptop. I was looking for a thin and light portable computer I could take anywhere and I made a great choice. The flash storage drive option is the way to go - incredibly fast and low power consumption - this machine boots in seconds. From what I can tell, the estimated battery life of 10 hours per charge might be totally realistic. It has a nice array of business applications that are attractive and fast. It doesn't come with a DVD/CD drive - you can buy one as an add-on but that's not what I got this machine for (my Windows desktop can handle all my disk-related stuff). Really, the only negative thing I can say about the MacBook Air is that the graphics are not as good as the more expensive Retina display graphics - but those notebooks were SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive. I would recommend this notebook to anyone and everyone. Even on sale, it was a little more expensive than the entry-level Windows notebooks, but the weight, performance, and applications more than justify the slight additional cost.

What's great about it: Easy to set up, very fast, great price, flash storage boots up lightning fast and applications run very smoothly.
What's not so great: Graphics are very good but not as nice as the MUCH more expensive Retina displays.
