Safeguard your home with this Arlo security camera system. Its 4K resolution provides maximum clarity so you don't miss a single detail, and a siren is integrated so you can fend off intruders either remotely or while at home. This Arlo security camera system is weather-resistant, so it's functional rain or shine.

-=First Impressions=- You are treated to the typical Arlo presentation. Prepare to open a well presented and secure packaging to protect hardware from damage. Looking at the camera, it's a bundle of glossy white and black plastic, reminiscent of a piano key. They updated the design for the camera housing to a sliding sleeve-like implementation offering a more weather-sealed design by eliminating any ports on the back. Overall great design but I hate the proprietary charging port underneath.
Looking through the box you get a magnetic mount, a nice magnetic charger (proprietary… whomp whomp), some screws, and literature. I am not a fan of the new wall mount versus the ball mounts of past models though. The proprietary cord is short and adds another disappointment early on for me. I'm going to have to shell out more cash to find a better solution that currently isn't available for purchase. For now, I will only be able to run this camera in battery-mode which won't last long.
The Arlo Hub has also been updated with a new and sleek smaller footprint that eliminates all ports you have on previous models. Way too minimalistic if you ask me since you lose the 2 USB ports in the older base station and get only a micro SD for video recordings in return (whomp whomp). The Ultra base station is backwards compatible with previous Arlo models, but the camera alone is not. If you wanted to save some money and just get an Ultra add-on camera, you are out of luck when trying to just add it to your old system.
The app/software is still a bit clunky but it works more often than not. Syncing the cameras to the new base station was quick and painless. The time it takes to connect to the feed seems hit or miss. This could be my network but I doubt it. Even still, I would expect connectivity issues and timing out to have been worked out in the alpha phase of an app. They are still around, but Arlo is doing a great job working on patches. Although many of the major issues have been worked out through firmware updates, I still get annoyed when I try to connect and get a timed out message.
XX||- FIX for BASE_STATION_ERROR_4403 -||XX I received the base_station_error_4403 when upgrading the firmware on an Arlo Pro 2 camera, but I resolved this by removing the camera battery and putting it back in. This forced it to resync and it took the firmware update. I also restarted my router and Arlo base station as part of the trouble shooting process before removing the camera battery. Hopefully this will help some of those who are weary of Arlo and these bugs.
-=Build=- (8/10) Everything is made of plastic, but still solid. Bright. White. Shiny. Plastic. They are built with affordability in mind. The camera lens bulges out like a frog eye, so just hope you don't drop it when trying to change a battery with the new button release feature. I guess camouflage and blending in wasn't important and still isn't by camera manufacturers. The cameras all yell, "Look at me! Look how pretty I am! I'm watching you…" Hopefully, nice skins are made for this one that won't cause it to overheat. The provided magnetic mount is NOT good for outdoor use since someone can just walk up and snatch your camera. To rectify this, Arlo has included a threaded mounting option for which they do NOT provide. You will need to shell out more money if you want to use these outdoors. Overall, I do not question if these will last. Above average build quality but I do worry about how hot the camera can get recording 4k all day in a high traffic area. Not worried about it blowing up or failing, but heating and cooling rapidly cannot be good for the internals.
-=Setup=- (9/10) These cameras were up and running in 10 minutes. If you can install an app on your phone or press a button you have all skills needed to make this work. Mounting where you want them takes the skills of creativity and planning to make sure you are getting the view you want most. All you do is give power to the base, plug the base into your router, and sync the cameras… that easy. The longest part was creating a login for Arlo which took all of 3 minutes. Out of the 10 minutes to get the cameras online, 3 of them you will be making an account unless you already have a Netgear account. If you want to use the Alexa skill, add another minute to setup because you have to link the skill to your Netgear account. I easily integrated my older Arlo 2 Pro and Arlo 2 cameras with the new system. Just press sync and name your camera.
-=Things I Love=- +180, 155, and 120 FOV - I love the wide angle options available. I have Arlo Pro 2 and I set the Ultra to 120 for a better match of other cameras. +Audio recording quality - sounds full and realistic. Has noise cancelling built in as well. Nothing records audio better than this camera. +Ease of Use/Setup - this is the fastest camera system I have ever setup. I have use ALL of the other competitors out there. +Spot light - A great addition to a security camera. +Arlo App - this app is the best! I can monitor ALL my cameras live if I want to as if I am in front of a security room with screens for each camera. You can have 2way conversations through the app, make camera adjustments, and zoom all in app. +Video file size - I have over 2 weeks of footage with 4 cameras recording just coming in around 70GB. I predict easily 1 month of recording space on this card before it overwrites. +Third Party Integration - the camera seamlessly integrates with Alexa. I love the ability to say Alexa, show me the backyard and I get a full screen (ON TV!) through my FireTV. It works with the Echo Show and Echo Spot well also. It also supports SmartThings, IFTTT, and Strinfigy too. +AI Arlo Smart - the camera is smart enough to know the difference between a person, animal, vehicle, etc to reduce the number of false alerts. +Doubles as Unmonitored Security System - the Arlo system includes a siren that can be triggered automatically if you set the rules to do so. It offers geofencing so if you are away and it detects you are not in your home, you can set rules to sound a siren much like ADT systems with ear piercing decibels. This could make an intruder think you have an alarm and force them to leave. +Secure Offsite Storage and Easy Downloads of Videos - if someone steals or disables your cameras, the recordings don't go with them. You have them stored online and easily accessible to upload or email to someone in the cloud. Options if you don't like the cloud for your privacy.
-=Things to be Improved=- -Lack of outdoor mount - for the price of this system, you should include at least one outdoor mount instead of charging over $20 for one. -New base required - if you are an existing Arlo customer, you will need to buy an Arlo Ultra with base station to get in on this awesome camera. The new base is backwards compatible so you will not be able to just get an Ultra addon camera. -Proprietary cord - NO WHERE can I find a cord that is longer for a hardwire install. I am forced to use battery because I am a few inches short of where I have a plug nearby. Very disappointing. A 6-7inch cord to charge… REALLY ARLO? I am sure we will be able to purchase this one soon from Arlo. -Video quality - you get 1080p when streaming outside of your WiFi meaning your recordings. The actual footage on the SD card is very compressed. It has more dynamic range but I really see 4k in great lighting. Low light I question 4k quality. It looks more of the 1080p quality. It is still very graining in low light situations. -Battery life - isn't the greatest. To test I used it in my living room to see what a very high traffic area would do to the battery life and it only made it 3 days before I recharged it at 10%. -Mount - not a fan of the included mount. It makes it hard to charge your camera while mounted. I recommend using the threaded mount (you will buy). -Alexa Skill - it would be nice to be able to do other functions besides just showing the feed. Features like 2-way communication and maybe zooming in from the remote or voice commands would be great. Maybe asking battery levels/connection strength of the cameras as well would be useful too. -High gloss white exterior - I would like to see other options rather than having a bright white camera as the only one. White is not a great color to conceal a camera and will attract attention of someone who wanted to steal the camera.
-=The Verdict=- If you are looking at this, you probably are or have already researched the other names in the game. In my opinion, this is THE BEST system out there overall. If provides the most options and you can scale it to grow with you. I can foresee this becoming a part of every security systems. I like where this is going. Not a must buy now that the Arlo Pro 2 is cheaper with this release.
Cordless cleaning made easier. The Dyson V11 Torque Drive Cord-free Vacuum intelligently optimizes suction and run time to deep clean everywhere. Real-time reporting on the LCD screen gives you total control of your clean.

I must say this vacuum is impressive and nothing short of amazing! From the moments spent unboxing to the ease of use, this Dyson oozes sophistication and innovation. Dyson vacuums are the gold standard for a reason and the V11 takes the crown. With this latest rendition incorporating a color LCD screen, it takes the guesswork out of battery life and/or troubleshooting. You will enjoy long cleaning sessions with the wide array of cleaning tools provided. From the pesky and annoying stair jobs to dusting and clearing sofa cushions, I find myself vacuuming more making this my new workhorse. My wife likes it so much she gave away our old cord vacuum. The motor automatically calibrates in real time depending on the different attachments and tools. It is mobile and lasts long enough to vacuum my 2600sqft home with 40% battery to spare including the stairs. This has truly replaced our traditional corded vacuums. Be prepared to be shocked and in awe of the power and efficiency of this cleaning powerhouse.
Most notable features Display-the color display makes the vacuum. It clearly communicates to the user what is going on. Powerful deep cleaning-it is shocking how much your old vacuum has left. I am still getting stuff after vacuuming. Battery-offers more than enough time to make it through the day on a single charge. Intelligent suction - automatically adjusts vacuum speed to clean any surface while optimizing battery consumption. Build quality-you know this is quality when you hold it. It is built like a weapon made to last the many wars on dirt.
My recommendations and comments Weight-one handed extended use is taxing on the forearm when using to spot clean. Two hands will become the norm for extended use. Using the Torque Drive head reduces fatigue by distributing the weight across the tube. Ergonomics of the grip-I found it a bit uncomfortable after long periods of use on my inner part of the grip between my thumb and index finger. No true on switch-this is a well documented request for a while now. It would be less taxing if you didn't have to said a trigger for long cleaning sessions. No removable battery-another innovation that needs to be made. I have a competitor vacuum who does this already. Charge time-I think it averaged maybe 4 hours to go from completely dead to full.
Verdict If you have money to buy the best, then this is it! Although the price is up there, you get what you pay for. This is not for everyone due to the price, but it IS for everyone!

|First Impressions| Nice! When I opened the box and took out the laptop from the sleeve, I was excited. It felt like Apple quality but not heavy. It is beautifully made from a solid aluminum body. This could replace my tablet and laptop. It is thin with 16GB of RAM and the latest i7 processor. Snappy and fast to setup after the long initial boot. I think I was done with setup in less than 20 minutes including plugging it in and setting up Windows. The pen is a nice addition, and it feels a lot like an Apple Pencil but with Wacom performance. The charger is a proprietary plug, which I am not a fan of, but they do include USB C/Thunderbolt 3 which can double as a charging port. Speakers are bottom firing and very weak so I recommend headphones.
-=|Love|=- +Integrated Fingerprint Sensor - LG has incorporated a reader into the power button that performs well… GENIUS! It works with Windows Hello and makes unlocking your computer super simple. +Design and Build Quality - This laptop oozes elegance and minimalism. +Pen and Touch Screen - I really appreciate the touch screen and note taking ability with this computer. It truly can replace your tablet and current laptop. +Snappy Performance and Boot Up - If you never experienced SSD, you will be in for a treat. This is really fast and you will be spoiled. +Battery Life - I got about 15 hours of confirmed battery life with a bit to spare. +Minimal Bloatware - There isn't much bloatware to speak of. Just LG software functions that link to the keyboard and that is about all.
-=|Not So Much|=- -NO GPU - At this price point not even an intel cheapie? -Charger - We are in 2019. You make a laptop with an old charge connector while offering a C/Thunderbolt port? Eliminate the old chargers from 2005 and add another Thunderbolt port. At this price point I would expect at least 2 type C connections. -Pen Battery - With AAAA being their choice, you better hope your replacements are nearby when it finally does go. -Lacks volume buttons - Since this is a 2 in 1, it is trying to replace a tablet or feel like one. When in tablet mode, I find myself looking for volume rockers but there are none. You either have to fold the keyboard into laptop mode and use keyboard for volume, or you can tap the volume icon in the notification area to adjust volume. Not efficient to me. -Speakers - These speakers just sound so weak. Being they are bottom firing doesn't help, but they sound good when you can hear them. Buy yourself a good set of headphones and that is fixed.
-=Verdict=- Overall, this is a great laptop that doubles as a tablet. My recommendation is to skip this if you use programs that are CPU intensive and require GPU to work properly. If you are the average user who wants flexibility and function without sacrificing on build, this is for you. This is NOT a gaming laptop so don't even try. This can do Photoshop well but video editing/rendering is a struggle. Content creators look elsewhere since this is lacking in the graphics department.

These radios are an excellent addition to my outdoor kit and also for keeping family together in rural areas. These are also great for indoor communication on job sites or areas where cell phone signal is weak. You get the typical clam-shell packaging from the 80's and 90's so be prepared to avoid cuts if the plastic breaks when opening. I can see survailance and fast paced work environments benefiting from these. Nothing spectacular to report about the presentation and unboxing so we will move right along.
To me, these are built for retail customers who take care of their things. With the cheap feeling plastic build and the holster clip being flimsy, I would not trust this at a job site and I wouldn't want to drop test them to see if they will survive. These small pocket sized radios that last all day (8 hours for me not really interested in testing for longer). The battery is small and secured by two screws that hold the battery door in place. The battery reminds me of the old cordless phones from the 90's. You are provided with a micro USB port to charge them in case you are away from the charging station.
Range is something a bit concerning as I couldn't get 1 mile because of where I live. I would say this isn't normal and your results may vary. If you live somewhere that does not have tall buildings or a somewhere like a construction site with line of sight, you can get better range. I am unable to provide any helpful info on the range.
I am not a fan of the button placement for PTT. It is a circular button right above the little screen that says what your parameters are for comms. I naturally was pushing on the side thinking it was a button, only to find out it was a flap to protect a USB charging port. The mic port is on top which is great for me but if you have a 90 degree jack it may be a concern. Overall, these are good but not the best I have seen in this price range. My 5 year old and I use them to play and pretend we are on a missions to safe the world.

Pro: • Dual recording in cabin and front dash view of 170 degree FOV. Both audio and video are available and both can be turned off or on. It records dual channel (front and rear) in your choice of 720p and 1080p. In single channel front camera you get the options of 720p, 1080p, 1440p, and 2196p. • Great for drivers in the taxi or driving businesses because it can record both the road and the people in the car. Also good to capture your side of a traffic stop. • Day picture quality is very clear. Its crisp and smooth footage at any resolution from 720 to 4K. • Audio recording is clear and mics are sensitive without much distortion. I can hear my kids talking from the 3rd row seat. • Setup is a breeze. The hardest part is routing the cables if you want a professional setup. I was up and running in maybe 30mins after hiding my cabling.
Cons: • Night footage is just good enough to show what happened. Quality is TERRIBLE if you need license plates or want to identify faces. I tried various resolutions and have come to the conclusion this sensor is very small and terrible in low light. • Wi-Fi "feature" is a beta test to me. TimaCam is buggy at best. You can do very basic things like view and download. It disconnect and fails too much for me to even consider this a "feature". • Does not include SD card for this model. At least 8GB is given for most things I have seen. • Lack of GPS for the size of the unit. This thing is HUGE! I just find it hard to believe they couldn't fit it in the dashcam. The GPS function is available for $30. A lot for the ask. This should be free or integrated in the board. • Bright blue LED lights that stay on all the time. There is no way to turn them off that I could find. I ended up using black electric tape to block it.
Overall, I love this dashcam because I can view both front and passenger in high quality. Audio recording is clear and some of the funniest videos happen while we as a family are driving around town. This is an above average dash cam but value wise this is a nice package.
Embellish your device with a functional attachment by using this black Speck GrabTab phone accessory. It’s compatible with most brands and cases, and the card-sized, flat design slips smoothly into your pocket. Use the hanging loop on this Speck GrabTab phone accessory as a grip for a secure hold or as a kickstand for hands-free viewing.

If you are not the type of person who wants a wart on your phone like a pop socket, this may be for you. It is a bit thick but it looks no different than a stick on card holder to me.
My main thought on this is that functionality is available only when you need it on the GrabTab. You can close the loop and open it so you don't have an ugly pop socket wart sticking out. It allows for me to wirelessly charge on the OFFICIAL Samsung wireless chargers I've tested in the flat position. The flat design is smooth and allows you to put in your pocket nicely.
One thing I have found is if you have a larger phone (plus sized models), you will need to find your sweet spot to place for your comfort. Open it and put your finger in it without peeling the backing and slide it around until you find the spot for your hand size. I found with my iPhone X MAX I had to attach this all the way to the bottom of the phone in order to have the most comfortable feel for one hand use.
You also can use this as a kick stand as well for added functionality in landscape movie modes. It is not strong enough to hold the phone in portrait mode because it will engage the sliding mechanism to close it flat. I love having this without needing a bulky case with a kickstand built in.
Overall, it's a great alternative to the mainstream pop socket attachment but not as comfortable as a pop socket. This has sharp edges that will not be comfortable to many.

Right out of the box, my first thought is… this looks exactly like last year's Huntsman keyboard. This isn't just a repurpose of a previous design though, this keyboard has more features than the Huntsman lineup for less money. This is a solid board for anyone. Gamers, creatives, and enthusiasts alike will all find something to love about the BlackWidow Elite (BWE). You will receive the typical Razer presentation of high quality materials and well thought out presentation. The cable is braided and thick to be easily gripped by the cable routing options provided. More on the cable routing options to come. I am immediately struck by the amount and quality of the light produced by these RGBs. The body is a marriage of matte aluminum and plastic that doesn't sacrifice quality. Solid like you would expect for a board in this price range.
The BWE is just beautiful to look at. I love the brush aluminum top plate and the look it gives with the RGBs reflecting off of it. The keys are a soft plastic that are a delight to work on. The build quality is never in question on these premium keyboards. The one downside is they are fingerprint magnets. You will see oils from your hands and the actual switch/hinge mechanisms end up on these keycaps. Not a good look for me and my OCD, but this still offers so much more I can look past this. You get dedicated media controls and software customization is endless. You get a USB passthrough and headphone/mic combo jack.
The overall typing experience is great but these keys require a little muscle. 50g to actuate the switch and you can tell the difference, but you will adjust quickly. The only thing I worry about is the holes in the switches and dust and debris getting in the board. only time will tell if this gets clogged and effects performance.
The keyboard is overall well-constructed. Plastic reinforces with The feel of the key caps and the switches are a perfect match for me. The 50g actuation force may be a bit laborious for some, but I love them. Other switches I have used in the past have a 45g force and it didn't take long before I found myself adjusted. The sound is very clicky and loud, just how I like it.
The wrist rest is a made of soft memory foam that magnetically attaches itself to the keyboard. The RGBs do not go into the wrist rest so that is one differentiator in their Chroma line. If you attach this, you lose the RGB Razer logo on the front. Very nice to have so you don't have to worry about them separating. In my experience, it is too soft to me and doesn't offer support like others I have tried. This may be perfect for you, but I like a denser foam as a wrist rest. The key caps are made of high quality material and feel really soft to the touch. Here are some bullet points I want to share:
Don't Like -Keys are fingerprint magnets. They are a matte plastic and your finger prints shine on these caps. -Software. Synapse has good and some bad. Customization is not very intuitive or user friendly. I ended up just sticking with the basic onboard profiles. I didn't want to dedicate the time to actually trying to learn the software to make my own profiles. You can, however, easily drag and select keys to color and customize, but again not really interested in that. -3.5mm jack hums with my speakers. I've verified using my MoBo that it isn't the speaker connector. They may be that the impedance of the speakers is too high for the jack. -RGB secondary key functions go dark. You better have a great memory because you will be hunting and pecking in the dark for function keys and multimedia keys. Anything you need to press shift or media key is not lit. No big deal for me, but a missed opportunity to stand out with the content creator community. -Cable braiding is thick and frays easily from cable routing channels. This is disappointing for a keyboard in this range. -Wrist rest is too soft for me. This is just personal preference, it may be a fit for you.
Like -Hybrid on-board and cloud memory. Never have to reset your keyboard or create your profiles again. -RGBs and Switches. I absolutely love the key/cap combo here with the best RGBs in the biz. The RGB quality of this keyboard just really impressed me. I have and tested many premium mech keyboards and this lighting is top notch. I personally like the "RGB under glow" or light bleed but this just looks intentional. It is just something to see. -I/O on side. I love the location of the I/O ports on the side (USB @2.0 and 3.5mm jack). You can reduce connectivity issues with wireless transmitters that way and keep things tidy using the integrated cable management system. -Cable Management. You have three options to route the keyboard wire rather than being stuck with it in an odd location. -Aesthetics and build quality. I shared my thoughts on this in my intro. I just love how this looks on my desk. -Stabilized keys bars on larger keys. This means no more wobbly key caps. -Hypershift allows you to assign individual macros and key functions without losing basic functionality. -Media controls are always welcome. You can customize the function of the dial per application using Synapse.

Overall, this keyboard is a buy for me. The function and customization brings value unseen in the keyboard space. Anyone in this price rance should be looking hard at this. It is only a matter of finding the switches you like.

This device is a must have for anyone participating in competitive or professional sports. There is a learning curve with this but you can do it. In the hands of a seasoned vet (or someone who learned on themselves), this will work wonders! You can accidentally learn how to use this on yourself by finding those tight spots and instantly finding a nice ahhhhhh or ooooooh of relaxation. It is great for pre and post workouts to loosen up or warm up your muscles. After using this, my legs felt revitalized after my half marathon training sessions. I just can't say enough about this device's healing properties.
The unboxing experience was premium! Everything was well packaged and presented as a showpiece. This box is built as if it should be the place where you store the Hypervolt when not in use. Everything stays put in a nice dense foam and nothing shifts around the box. In the box are 4 interchangeable heads, the Hypervolt, the power charger, warranty card, and "instructions".
I must say I am disappointed in the literature provided. Instead of providing information on what each tip is and what it's used for, they provided a product/sales brochure and a 1pg quick start guide. This device is something you can sell more of if you educate the customers who are interested in it. This is your more affordable entry level device to the Raptor and you provide ZERO tips & tricks or tutorials on the device and its attachments. HUGE miss! Go to the Hypervolt support page for better instruction and use information. READ THE WARNINGS! You don't find info on the 4 interchangeable heads so DON’T LOOK FOR IT.
On another note, I don't worry about the build quality on this at all. It is built like a tool! Solid like a tank, this thing feels like it's built to survive a nuclear holocaust. It weighs 2.5lbs and it has a big battery that will last a few sessions. It has a tough plastic shell to house the professional grade internals. There are 4 different heads to use and they all serve different purposes (which you will have to learn on your own if you aren't a Physical Therapist). I'm just glad I own this thing!
Battery life is 2+ hours so you can get in some work and not have to charge it. It has LED indicators that tell you battery level so you are not caught off-guard with a dead device. There are three intensity levels, each gets faster as you go up to level 3. I'd recommend mastering level 1 without hurting yourself, then step up as needed. I like the switch is there to shut off the device and protect from accidental start ups.
Overall, I LOVE this device and recommend it to ANYONE training or competitive athletes. You can work out so many of the common problems with this device and get warmed up faster to train. If you are serious about training, this is a MUST BUY! I guess I will find out if it is durable in the future.

Dell Inspiron 2-In-1 14" Touch-Screen Chromebook - Urban Gray Model: C7486-3250GRY-PUS SKU: 6299820 UNBOXING and PRESENTATION I really wanted for this to be something special from Dell since this is their first premium Chromebook, but you get the standard Dell treatment. Nothing spectacular… just a brown box with plastic bags protecting the finishes. It seems Dell has the same packaging for you whether you spend $300 with them or $3,000. In the box you find the charging brick, the Chromebook, some instruction manuals, and plastic with your cardboard. I was immediately struck by how solidly built this is though! It has some heft to it. More to follow… - BUILD, PERFORMANCE, and DESIGN This is Dell's 1st premium Chromebook and they did well for their first build. It's beautifully designed and follows the Inspiron design language. I would say this is better construction than the XPS line. Here you get a beautiful matte gun metal gray hefty aluminum chassis and you can tell when you pick it up. It tips the scale at almost 4lbs which may be a deal breaker for some users. Chromebooks are very light in this price range. I found it a bit heavy to take with me after I have used my PixelBook. There are some sharp lines that take away from the overall feel of the device in your hands, but otherwise perfect.
The processor is top notch not a Pentium or Celeron chip. You get an air cooled 2.2GHz 8th-gen Intel® Core™ i3-8130U chip. That means efficiency and performance BOTH! With 4GB you have plenty for productivity, gaming, streaming, etc all while multitasking like a boss. If you are buying this to run a bunch if Linux applications you may want to get a model with more RAM.
Wireless performance is great. It supports up to AC wireless. Connections are solid and speedy. I feel this device provides just enough connections for external devices and for the price it is a top contender.
The screen is the best you will find at this price point offering a bright and crisp picture. It is a FullHD 1080p IPS touchscreen display in the more recognizable 16:9 aspect ratio we are used to seeing. Nothing special as far as touch responsiveness, it is just average.
The keyboard is black lit and may take some getting used to as far as key spacing. The strokes are smooth but a bit mushy for me, and have a nice tactile feel. The trackpad is above average in build, but I don't find it as accurate as I'd like it to be. I have to swipe multiple times to get it to move where I want it be and I find myself tapping on the screen a few times.
Unfortunately because of design choices, you will need to use two hands to open it. Don't think you can use two fingers to start opening it, these hinges are super tight. Again, attributed to the solid build quality. The screen half of the device is very light and the two parts lack a cutout for finger placement. I can tell you the build quality is excellent if you can deal with the weight. The hinges are tight and do not wobble and wiggle with slight pressure like cheaper built laptops.
I do have a testimonial concerning the durability here. This laptop fell from my kitchen counter to the hardwood floor and nothing major happened but a small dent in the corner of the body. It landed on the corner of the screen while closed and it just separated to absorb shock. I quickly snapped the bezel to the body and it was good as new. No screen crack or internal damage. An unintentional drop test that passes with flying colors. - USER EXPERIENCE AND FEATURES The experience on this Chromebook is on par with the PixelBook. No lagging and it works great. It runs ChromeOS and that means you get Chrome Webstore and Google Play Store access! That is something I love… OPTIONS! Now there is no need for an Android tablet if you have this. One less thing to charge.
Battery life is excellent netting me around 7 to 7.5 hours of my heavy use. This means with video streaming, gaming, email, and some Microsoft Office work. The average user will not get this battery life, they will see closer to the 8-11hr range. I love that updates are handles directly by Google and this does not have Dell bloatware you find on Windows laptops. THANK GOD! As a result, this thing is snappy and very responsive while being power efficient. It boots up very quickly in under 8 seconds. The screen is very bright with accurate color and excellent viewing angles. The touchscreen is just average to me. The provided stylus is an added bonus I use for note taking. When I don't have my Note 9, this will be the fill in. The stylus itself is constructed well out of plastic. It does not need to be charged A compelling overall package put together by Dell.
SPECS -4GB DDR4 Memory one slot available only. -128GB EMMC Flash Memory -Air Cooled 2.2GHz 8th-gen Intel® Core™ i3-8130U -Built-In Webcam and Backlit keyboard -14" 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) LED IPS Touchscreen - this is a nice display. Colors close to accurate but a little on the cooler side. There isn't any oleophobic coating (like smartphones) to guard against fingerprints so be prepared to clean this screen a lot. -3.5mm microphone-in/headphone-out combo jack, 1 USB, and 1 HDMI out -Intel® Wireless-AC connectivity (2x2, 867 Mbps) and Bluetooth 4.0.
Lots to like... -Chrome OS - Auto updates and software patches from Google directly! Nothing better than that. It is a hybrid OS that blends Android and ChromeOS together in perfect harmony. Not all apps are optimized yet, but there has been great progress. -Stylus Builtin - This is just a nice to have. It isn't spectacular like a Wacom but it is functional. -2in1 Design w/ 360 flip & fold - this is a plus for a 2in1. They offer options but cannot completely separate from the keyboard.
Not to like -Lack of Options - If you want more ram or a different chip in this frame factor… oh well. There is no option to upgrade RAM or storage. This is not your typical Dell build-a-product. There are no options. Take this or leave it. -Bluetooth 4.0 - Why are we still releasing 4.0 devices? It's almost 2019, we need BT 5.0 for more range with wireless and power efficiency. -Sharp Edges - This is just my preference, but I would like them to refine the edges and smooth things a bit. -Weight - I'd like this too be .5lbs lighter to be more comparable to other Chromebooks in this range. -It is kind of an awkward aspect ratio so it feels big for no reason. Tablet mode isn't close to a true tablet experience. It is big but weight is distributed evenly. -Non-upgradable RAM! Enough said. No option for them to or you to DIY it. Very disappointing.
SHARE MY THOUGHTS GO/NOGO If you can deal with the weight, this is for you. 4lbs isn't much but compared to other Chromebooks this is on the beefier side. I would say this is great for a student or person invested in the Android ecosystem. Professionals can look here too for a portable work device. Lastly, this is built to last. This one is the best overall package on this price range.

I really wanted to like this and hope things were improved over their last attempt at a tracker, but I was mistaken. Samsung is onto something here but they are FAR from perfection. This is more of a proof of concept to me rather than a product. The lack of an app or even customer features/functions is appalling. You can gain access to the device on the "SmartThings App" but then once you tap it you are taken to a website similar to Google Maps where you can see tracking history and interact with the GPS. You get basically 3 options: Check Location, Live Tracking (10mins), and Travel Path. "Live Tracking" is not live at all since you only get data once per minute. "Travel Path" just shows you plots on the maps where data points were sent. Of the 3 functions, the "Check Location" is the mainstay. It refreshes within 3 seconds and you get info you want. The "Power Save" feature is the most helpful for scenarios the tracker is idle for hours you set and you don't need to know unless it moves.
Recommendations -Integration with Samsung's Find My Mobile should be a feature but is not. Even though this is a Samsung device, you cannot track it or register it to your Samsung Account. Terrible deployment of a decent product. -A dedicated app or integration with the existing Samsung ecosystem is a given and is a big miss on Samsung's part. -Add a way to download or export data to difference accounts like cloud storage (yeah Samsung you have one of those), CSV, or other GPS data formats. You have no access to the data you track but to only see it. -Add integration for other assistants like Alexa and Google. SmartThings is the only ecosystem you can use this with. I have not even tried to use the clunky IFTTT app which I have not had success with in the past to unify my home. There is no clear marking on the packaging that states compatibility with anything but SmartThings on the box.
HIGH POINTS -Battery life is actually close to advertised on high frequency updates every 10 mins. I am at day 4 and the battery reading in the map says moderate. I can see this easily making it longer than a week with power save mode and lower frequency updates. -Build quality is typical Samsung. Solid ABS plastic body will take a beating and weather a few storms. IP68 rating protects from rain and the elements. You don't have to worry about this… just worry about losing it and the battery dying. -The tracking is very accurate in the scenarios I have tested. In buildings, cars, backpacks, and just about anything I could think of. It runs on GPS and LTE from the AT&T network so it is serviceable coverage. You get one year of data with your purchase then need to pay after that. -There is the option to add 2 "Safe Zones" that will automatically alert the owner of an arrival or departure using geofencing technology.
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT -There is no app, no way to download data and locations sent/marked, and the overall experience is just a patch job to me. Not what I am used to from Samsung. The actual device works great outdoors/indoors and build quality is a good enough plastic. -The tracker isn't going to help much if you know it is just in the house somewhere. There is no speaker or noise that can be used to help you actually find what you are looking for. Think of this as basically a "Find My Device" app from Google but no ability to create audio alerts. -Not going to gripe about USB-C because there is absolutely no reason to have that type of port besides making things easier for their customers. -Cost for data is way too high for such a lack of features. No real value here if you are looking functionality. There is no pay as you go option. It is annually or nothing as far as I could find.
VERDICT If you only want a decent tracker to know where something or someone is, this is good if you don't need a second by second live feed of data points. If you want to now when your kids come home, this is good. If you want to track where you were for some reason this is good too. Otherwise, this is an unpolished product not ready for primetime.

Enjoy a simple, no hassle solution for superior oral health. Without switching products, you can choose to brush, water floss, or brush and water floss by pressing a button. With brushing and flossing modes, achieving white, fresh teeth is simple, while the 10 settings make it easy to achieve the desired amount of pressure. This Waterpik Sonic Fusion flossing toothbrush can be recharged quickly for added convenience and has a sleek appearance.
On the Sonic-Fusion is the water flosser as good as using the stand alone water pik flosser??
In my experience it is not. I ended up just staying with my original waterpik flosser stand alone and not this. My Sonicare toothbrush still does a better job so the brush part isn't even worth the trouble if you have a sonic toothbrush already.
