Only Gets Better From Here!

First things, first…
Know your local laws regarding radar detectors! If you get caught with one of these and you are in a place where it is illegal, they will confiscate it and ticket you. In short, VA and DC are the only states where radar detectors are completely illegal. If you are a commercial vehicle, it is always illegal. Know your laws as I would hate to have someone lose such a great device to a police officer. This doesn't tell you where police are… it tells you where police who are running radar are so you can be aware. This does not give you a license to drive like an idiot either. Combine this with Waze and you will be the ultimate road warrior.
I own the Uniden R3 and many other radars out there in this same price range over the years, but we are here to talk about the R7. The legendary "R3 with arrows". I loved a LOT of things about the R3 and adding arrows to it is all I ever wanted. A larger screen with dual antennas and a future with auto GPS lockouts make this worth the upgrade FOR ME. Since Uniden is great with firmware updates and database refreshes, I expect this detector to only get better with time!
My favorite improvements:
-Arrows
-Screen
-BSM Filtering
-Ambient Light Sensor
-Future Auto GPS Lockout Update
-Power Cord Relocated to Right Side and Micro USB
-Suction Cup Mount
This detector is built on the Uniden R3 platform, which is already a top performer in the space. Uniden was listening to us when we asked for upgrades under the hood and we got faster signal processing, better visuals, and dual antennas. I find BSM is better than the R3 and it runs quieter to me running them both side by side. I find the R7 to be a bit more rangy and first to alert vs the R3 in my testing. The redesign and relocation of the physical buttons will take me some getting used to but nothing I can't adjust to.
Build quality is good but isn't that great. If you drop this thing you are probably screwed. It creaks and squeaks when you press on joints and the body itself is super susceptible to scratching and scuffing. This maybe why they included a neoprene sleeve along with the hard case. The front faceplate seems unfinished as it moves too easily when pressure is applied. Size is definitely on the larger side and more comparable to the V1. If you are looking for a discrete detector, this one isn't for you. The power cord has been moved to the right side now so you don't have to worry about it when mounted near a visor. The speaker seems lower than the R3 but it does sound better.
The mount has been improved significantly. No more wobbling and bouncing while driving and the angles have been increased. Feels really solid and more secure. There is only play when you try to wiggle left and right which isn't a real problem. I am reaching here for something to nit-pick on the mount. It is almost too good to be true for something so big.
Arrows are helpful but not necessary for most. The R3 is more than adequate for most. There are two camps… "if it beeps just slow down" and the "where is it coming from" teams. If you are looking at this… this was something you have always been waiting for… an R3 with arrows. It is a nice to have so you can be more aware of the road and surroundings.
The screen isn't better than the R3 to me (brightness-wise). It can be difficult to see for some people and the colors are not accurate, just like the R3. I do love the size of the display which makes it easier to gather intel. R1 and R3 power cords are interchangeable and compatible with the R7. All function is there to mute/mark. BSM filtering seems to be slightly improved on Hondas/Acuras. 24.199 and 24.200 can be blocked in the options. Auto GPS lockouts will be added upon patent expiration via a software update. This will make the detector smarter around town and quiet known false alerts using GPS automatically. Basically teaching your radar to ignore things just by driving around town.
My recommendations:
-Create an app
-Add Bluetooth to update wirelessly
-Add Remote Screen for this price point
.: The Verdict :.
Why would I buy? A larger screen with dual antennas and a future with auto GPS lockouts make this worth the upgrade FOR ME. Since Uniden is great with firmware updates and database refreshes so I expect this detector to only get better with time! This isn't for everyone at this price point. This is for someone who wants the best!

I really wanted to like this but I just don't think it is good enough to replace my sonic toothbrush or my original Waterpik Flosser. It doesn't do either task well in my opinion.
The cleaning is just ok. I don't think it does a really good job as a sonic toothbrush and it definitely doesn't do a good job as a flosser. The tip is flexible so it bends and gets blocked by bristles and I find the "sonic" toothbrush rather weak. When you look at the "brush action" and compare it to others in the space, these bristles do not really move. It gives more of a "vibration" sensation. I can't seem to find the details of strokes per minute but it can't be high.
I love the design but it just doesn't work for me. The build quality is excellent and I like how they tried to combine two things into one. For me, I will just be using my original Waterpik and my current toothbrush.

There isn't much to this here but to say this cord works! I have seen some of the fastest speeds my laptop has ever had for my memory card transfer. It charges things and also can be used with a monitor if it is supported. Finally ONE CORD to be used for anything I need.
It is a thick high quality cord with solid connectors but my only grip is that is it like 82cm in total length. That is a little more than 32inches. This is great for data transfer and docking stations mostly in my opinion. A must buy for all future devices as we make a shift to USB C.

CordCutters dream... Start Harmony Help for others
on May 15, 2019
Posted by: nkpstudios
from Frederick, MD
I want to preface this review by saying this remote has a lot of potential! Logitech is onto something here with Alexa integration and I really can't wait to see the Harmony Express v2.0. You must be patient with this if you are buying it right now as there are always things that get improved with software and firmware updates. If you are an early adopter of tech, you know this is to be expected while bugs are discovered and improvements are made. I will tell you my decision later…
Here are some good things I liked in the time I used it. It has a quality speaker that is clear and loud that doubles as a remote finder that gets pretty loud. Since Alexa is built into the remote, you don't need to rely on TV speakers and it's always close by. Setup is easy but could be faster if they created some sort of Harmony cloud syncing so you can import previous devices.
By using this remote, you will have almost full access to Alexa from your remote if you don't own a Fire TV already. It makes a TV smart and adds voice operation if you have a TV pre 2018. This device futureproofs your setup. The Express App is excellent for learning how to use this device. It is key to learning voice commands and unlocking a full understanding of the product. There is limited "remote" functionality with simple input buttons should you be already using your phone. The Harmony Express phone app doesn't do much if you want to use your phone as a D-Pad to navigate. You can however press an input icon and it will switch everything to it for you all from your phone.
Some of my disappointments were the sharp edges that need to be refined so it is more comfortable to hold. Its shape is a bit odd and the layout of the buttons/D-pad require weird shifting in the hand to transition between them. Actual accuracy of the commands were not that great working with app based content.
Specifically when using the FireTV devices, voice commands do not work well for app involved voice commands. For something with Alexa integration I would expect better reliability when partnering with Amazon. I found myself troubleshooting more than using the remote the more I tried using it. Often you will get the remote to default to the TV remote rather than the cable box for instance. It could be the Harmony Express skill is not well developed too. To fix this I selected use Smart TV to launch apps. It integrates well with Samsung TV I have tested. I cannot ignore the connectivity issues, it says devices have become unpaired and the hub and remote lost connection.
I have found it is not smart enough to switch between devices intuitively. It will default to the TV controls from FireTV, in my experience after being idle a few minutes. The fix for this is saying "Start Harmony Help" and going through the questions like in other Harmony remotes to confirm things are on and correct. This is all done by voice which is cool. It often lags at times too. You will get a few spams of a button which is frustrating. This will happen in a home with much wireless interference like mine.
Verdict
I really want to love this remote but it just isn't advanced enough for my setup. That doesn't mean it isn't good, it means it doesn't work for me. Most cord cutters and cable ditchers who stream will be fine with this. If you use multi-color buttons to work with your DVR, Satellite TV, or even basic SmartTV functions, you will not want to put away your TV remote. Verbiage is not intuitive and there isn't much "AI" involved in figuring out what you meant between "go to" and "turn on" for example. If you memorize voice commands this will work for most of your needs. If you say one word different you will be stuck.

Traveling Professional's Dream… ALMOST
on May 3, 2019

Build and Design 5/5
Features and Function 4/5
Audio Quality 3/5
Call Quality 5/5
After a week with these as the daily driver having used them at work, traveling/commuting, and around the house, I decided I have seen enough to form a helpful opinion. Will they remain my daily driver, is the question. My background is in sales and I also am a small business owner. It is from those angles I will review these but all will find something in this review useful. I like to think of myself as a tech nerd and sound enthusiast who enjoys innovation as an early adopter.
The more I use these, I have to say these are made with business professionals in mind. For Jabra's first entry into the ANC wireless headphone market, we as customers are going to be in for a treat. Jabra is pushing innovation in the ANC market with these and I only see them getting better. We will benefit in the long run with AI implemented here. The call quality alone makes these a business professional's dream if you find yourself switching between phone calls to conference calls to media consumption or media creation on the go. These support simultaneous dual connections allowing you to seamlessly move between two devices. This makes these a serious contender as daily driver for business. You get ANC, excellent call quality and voice isolation with an above average sound all in one feature packed pair of headphones by a company known to tow the line in bluetooth call innovation. I believe Jabra is onto something with AI and if they can get this nailed, it will be a game changer. I want to love these, but the biggest thing holding me back is the "just above average" sound these produce. They aren't very loud and the soundstage needs a lot of work.
=Favorite Features=
Call Quality is the number one reason you would buy these. If you are a professional who travels and isn't an audiophile these can be for you. This is definitely for those who don't want to lug a separate device to make and take calls. With simultaneous connections, you can connect to your phone and a laptop/tablet to consume media. These are great for web conferences as well and voice isolation is superb. Background noises fade away with the algorithm and its 8 microphone array.
Hear Through with Jabra is THE BEST implementation of listening to your surroundings done in any headphones PERIOD. I really believe it has to do with the microphones being under the cloth of the ear cup. This design choice seems to provide acoustic qualities that just sound like professional microphones. Wind noise is almost none existent since the cloth acts like a "deadcat" for the mic. It sounds like I don't have on any headphones and it doesn't sound like it is over processed. The only gripe I have is the noticeable hiss when you don't have any music playing and they are in ambient mode. I have tried many headphones and this even beats the Sony 1000XM3's Ambient Sound option.
Smart Sound is an exciting feature in development. Living your life while your headphones analyze your surroundings is going to be a game changer. Currently I find it switching profiles too often caused by changes in the environment without changing your location physically. ANC and hear through profiles switch via AI when voices become prominent in a room and then stop. These switches became annoying since I left the voice prompt on to know when it changed. The AI needs to be tuned, but for now it is easier to press the button to switch modes myself. It is early technology and I know Jabra will be updating things to make this better. No other headphones have attempted this feature so kudos to Jabra!
Water resistance should be standard by now, but slowly the industry is implementing it. Jabra has done well here. I have not and will not be testing the resistance, but using these at the gym is a go! Sweatproof… CHECK! These are also windproof due to the microphone design and fabric over them. You are protected against the elements with these in short durations.
My Thoughts for Improvement
-Headband needs to be redesigned. It is difficult to size these with one hand on each ear. You also cannot tell whether each ear cup in equal on both sides. There are no lines, clicks, or numbers to reference. This could be resolved on their next rendition, so let's remember it's their first release to market.
-These headphones are not for audiophiles but rather the avg listener who hasn't experienced audio from other headphones in this price range. These lack power and have a weak soundstage which is disappointing. I found the EQ in the app not really effective making it more of a gimmick than a feature. It feels like the EQ only tweaks audio by only reducing instead an frequencies and not boosting them. To an untrained ear, these will sound great if you never owned a pair of headphones in this price range before. For the price you do actually get innovation and call quality. Maybe they will upgrade the speakers in a later release to get more range and clarity. Maybe these can be fixed via a firmware update, who knows.
-Ear cups cause me to sweat and stick to my face. Cloth isn't the greatest material for cleaning but it is nice. I wish the ear cups were interchangeable with a breathable material or a redesigned cup so they aren't so hot and get sweaty.
-Hiss is audible in hear through mode.
Things to know:
Cannot be used passively - you need to have a charge in them to use them passively. I haven't seen this in any other ANC headphones which is disappointing.
AI is buggy - it is good to see AI implemented in a pair of headphones. It still needs work as it changes for no reason without changes in the environment or sounds.
USB C - this should be standard in 2019 but you'd be surprised how many still use micro and mini USB to charge. They do work while you charge them so that is a plus. I am not aware of any other headphones you can charge and use.
Quick Charge - 15mins nets you 5 hours. Enough said.
Bluetooth 5.0 - Enough said.
No aptX, LDAC, AAC, or hi-fi codecs supported. HSP v1.2 , HFP v1.7, A2DP v1.3, AVRCP v1.6, PBAP v1.1, SPP v1.2 support only with no plans to add HiFi codecs.
NOT BIG HEAD APPROVED!
Auto-On/Auto Pause - just by putting the headphones on powers them on. There are sensors that detect the presence of an ear in the cup.
Battery life KING. With ANC on you get 36hrs. Without ANC 41hrs. After a week of heavy use, I still have 60%. I do not doubt Jabra's battery claims. Industry average is around 25hrs so there you have it.
Build quality and design are excellent. No questions about this. Dedicated Voice Assistant button is a plus as well. The case provided is probably the best to date.
No Audio Delay/Lag on Android devices, but a slight delay on Apple devices I have tested.
Wear fatigue is real for some. Big heads will feel it. Ear cups handle big ears just fine.
Dual simultaneous connections occasionally cut in and out. Not often but it happens when you are streaming sound from one device and your other device gets a notification. It gets confused as to what should be heard and audio skips. This is to be expected.
Smart AI bugs are present. I guess the algorithms are still being tweaked but it will switch between the "public" and "private" moments with nothing in the surroundings changing. I will just be sitting on the couch and all of a sudden a voice will tell you what "moment" you are switching to. I ended up turning it off since the controls are pretty simple to find.
Lack of interchangeable ear cups. If these get ripped or damaged… tough. You will need to buy a new pair or look stupid. As of now I cannot find replacements. These remind me of those nasty toilet seats that were "foam" and when they tore, nasty stuff got in… same thing here. These will reek of sweat once the earcup membrane is compromised.
In short, if you are thinking about getting them… go ahead. If you can catch these on sale HECK YEAH buy them. If you are an audiophile… pay $50 more and get one of the top two competitors in the market.

Moving in the right direction...
on April 11, 2019

from Frederick, MD
-=First Impressions=-
You are treated to the typical Arlo presentation. Prepare to open a well presented and secure packaging to protect hardware from damage. Looking at the camera, it's a bundle of glossy white and black plastic, reminiscent of a piano key. They updated the design for the camera housing to a sliding sleeve-like implementation offering a more weather-sealed design by eliminating any ports on the back. Overall great design but I hate the proprietary charging port underneath.
Looking through the box you get a magnetic mount, a nice magnetic charger (proprietary… whomp whomp), some screws, and literature. I am not a fan of the new wall mount versus the ball mounts of past models though. The proprietary cord is short and adds another disappointment early on for me. I'm going to have to shell out more cash to find a better solution that currently isn't available for purchase. For now, I will only be able to run this camera in battery-mode which won't last long.
The Arlo Hub has also been updated with a new and sleek smaller footprint that eliminates all ports you have on previous models. Way too minimalistic if you ask me since you lose the 2 USB ports in the older base station and get only a micro SD for video recordings in return (whomp whomp). The Ultra base station is backwards compatible with previous Arlo models, but the camera alone is not. If you wanted to save some money and just get an Ultra add-on camera, you are out of luck when trying to just add it to your old system.
The app/software is still a bit clunky but it works more often than not. Syncing the cameras to the new base station was quick and painless. The time it takes to connect to the feed seems hit or miss. This could be my network but I doubt it. Even still, I would expect connectivity issues and timing out to have been worked out in the alpha phase of an app. They are still around, but Arlo is doing a great job working on patches. Although many of the major issues have been worked out through firmware updates, I still get annoyed when I try to connect and get a timed out message.
XX||- FIX for BASE_STATION_ERROR_4403 -||XX
I received the base_station_error_4403 when upgrading the firmware on an Arlo Pro 2 camera, but I resolved this by removing the camera battery and putting it back in. This forced it to resync and it took the firmware update. I also restarted my router and Arlo base station as part of the trouble shooting process before removing the camera battery. Hopefully this will help some of those who are weary of Arlo and these bugs.
-=Build=- (8/10)
Everything is made of plastic, but still solid. Bright. White. Shiny. Plastic. They are built with affordability in mind. The camera lens bulges out like a frog eye, so just hope you don't drop it when trying to change a battery with the new button release feature. I guess camouflage and blending in wasn't important and still isn't by camera manufacturers. The cameras all yell, "Look at me! Look how pretty I am! I'm watching you…" Hopefully, nice skins are made for this one that won't cause it to overheat. The provided magnetic mount is NOT good for outdoor use since someone can just walk up and snatch your camera. To rectify this, Arlo has included a threaded mounting option for which they do NOT provide. You will need to shell out more money if you want to use these outdoors. Overall, I do not question if these will last. Above average build quality but I do worry about how hot the camera can get recording 4k all day in a high traffic area. Not worried about it blowing up or failing, but heating and cooling rapidly cannot be good for the internals.
-=Setup=- (9/10)
These cameras were up and running in 10 minutes. If you can install an app on your phone or press a button you have all skills needed to make this work. Mounting where you want them takes the skills of creativity and planning to make sure you are getting the view you want most. All you do is give power to the base, plug the base into your router, and sync the cameras… that easy. The longest part was creating a login for Arlo which took all of 3 minutes. Out of the 10 minutes to get the cameras online, 3 of them you will be making an account unless you already have a Netgear account. If you want to use the Alexa skill, add another minute to setup because you have to link the skill to your Netgear account. I easily integrated my older Arlo 2 Pro and Arlo 2 cameras with the new system. Just press sync and name your camera.
-=Things I Love=-
+180, 155, and 120 FOV - I love the wide angle options available. I have Arlo Pro 2 and I set the Ultra to 120 for a better match of other cameras.
+Audio recording quality - sounds full and realistic. Has noise cancelling built in as well. Nothing records audio better than this camera.
+Ease of Use/Setup - this is the fastest camera system I have ever setup. I have use ALL of the other competitors out there.
+Spot light - A great addition to a security camera.
+Arlo App - this app is the best! I can monitor ALL my cameras live if I want to as if I am in front of a security room with screens for each camera. You can have 2way conversations through the app, make camera adjustments, and zoom all in app.
+Video file size - I have over 2 weeks of footage with 4 cameras recording just coming in around 70GB. I predict easily 1 month of recording space on this card before it overwrites.
+Third Party Integration - the camera seamlessly integrates with Alexa. I love the ability to say Alexa, show me the backyard and I get a full screen (ON TV!) through my FireTV. It works with the Echo Show and Echo Spot well also. It also supports SmartThings, IFTTT, and Strinfigy too.
+AI Arlo Smart - the camera is smart enough to know the difference between a person, animal, vehicle, etc to reduce the number of false alerts.
+Doubles as Unmonitored Security System - the Arlo system includes a siren that can be triggered automatically if you set the rules to do so. It offers geofencing so if you are away and it detects you are not in your home, you can set rules to sound a siren much like ADT systems with ear piercing decibels. This could make an intruder think you have an alarm and force them to leave.
+Secure Offsite Storage and Easy Downloads of Videos - if someone steals or disables your cameras, the recordings don't go with them. You have them stored online and easily accessible to upload or email to someone in the cloud. Options if you don't like the cloud for your privacy.
-=Things to be Improved=-
-Lack of outdoor mount - for the price of this system, you should include at least one outdoor mount instead of charging over $20 for one.
-New base required - if you are an existing Arlo customer, you will need to buy an Arlo Ultra with base station to get in on this awesome camera. The new base is backwards compatible so you will not be able to just get an Ultra addon camera.
-Proprietary cord - NO WHERE can I find a cord that is longer for a hardwire install. I am forced to use battery because I am a few inches short of where I have a plug nearby. Very disappointing. A 6-7inch cord to charge… REALLY ARLO? I am sure we will be able to purchase this one soon from Arlo.
-Video quality - you get 1080p when streaming outside of your WiFi meaning your recordings. The actual footage on the SD card is very compressed. It has more dynamic range but I really see 4k in great lighting. Low light I question 4k quality. It looks more of the 1080p quality. It is still very graining in low light situations.
-Battery life - isn't the greatest. To test I used it in my living room to see what a very high traffic area would do to the battery life and it only made it 3 days before I recharged it at 10%.
-Mount - not a fan of the included mount. It makes it hard to charge your camera while mounted. I recommend using the threaded mount (you will buy).
-Alexa Skill - it would be nice to be able to do other functions besides just showing the feed. Features like 2-way communication and maybe zooming in from the remote or voice commands would be great. Maybe asking battery levels/connection strength of the cameras as well would be useful too.
-High gloss white exterior - I would like to see other options rather than having a bright white camera as the only one. White is not a great color to conceal a camera and will attract attention of someone who wanted to steal the camera.
-=The Verdict=-
If you are looking at this, you probably are or have already researched the other names in the game. In my opinion, this is THE BEST system out there overall. If provides the most options and you can scale it to grow with you. I can foresee this becoming a part of every security systems. I like where this is going. Not a must buy now that the Arlo Pro 2 is cheaper with this release.

The GOLD Standard...Once and for all!

I must say this vacuum is impressive and nothing short of amazing! From the moments spent unboxing to the ease of use, this Dyson oozes sophistication and innovation. Dyson vacuums are the gold standard for a reason and the V11 takes the crown. With this latest rendition incorporating a color LCD screen, it takes the guesswork out of battery life and/or troubleshooting.
You will enjoy long cleaning sessions with the wide array of cleaning tools provided. From the pesky and annoying stair jobs to dusting and clearing sofa cushions, I find myself vacuuming more making this my new workhorse. My wife likes it so much she gave away our old cord vacuum. The motor automatically calibrates in real time depending on the different attachments and tools. It is mobile and lasts long enough to vacuum my 2600sqft home with 40% battery to spare including the stairs. This has truly replaced our traditional corded vacuums. Be prepared to be shocked and in awe of the power and efficiency of this cleaning powerhouse.
Most notable features
Display-the color display makes the vacuum. It clearly communicates to the user what is going on.
Powerful deep cleaning-it is shocking how much your old vacuum has left. I am still getting stuff after vacuuming.
Battery-offers more than enough time to make it through the day on a single charge.
Intelligent suction - automatically adjusts vacuum speed to clean any surface while optimizing battery consumption.
Build quality-you know this is quality when you hold it. It is built like a weapon made to last the many wars on dirt.
My recommendations and comments
Weight-one handed extended use is taxing on the forearm when using to spot clean. Two hands will become the norm for extended use. Using the Torque Drive head reduces fatigue by distributing the weight across the tube.
Ergonomics of the grip-I found it a bit uncomfortable after long periods of use on my inner part of the grip between my thumb and index finger.
No true on switch-this is a well documented request for a while now. It would be less taxing if you didn't have to said a trigger for long cleaning sessions.
No removable battery-another innovation that needs to be made. I have a competitor vacuum who does this already.
Charge time-I think it averaged maybe 4 hours to go from completely dead to full.
Verdict
If you have money to buy the best, then this is it! Although the price is up there, you get what you pay for. This is not for everyone due to the price, but it IS for everyone!

Powerful 2-in-1 but NO GPU.

|First Impressions|
Nice! When I opened the box and took out the laptop from the sleeve, I was excited. It felt like Apple quality but not heavy. It is beautifully made from a solid aluminum body. This could replace my tablet and laptop. It is thin with 16GB of RAM and the latest i7 processor. Snappy and fast to setup after the long initial boot. I think I was done with setup in less than 20 minutes including plugging it in and setting up Windows. The pen is a nice addition, and it feels a lot like an Apple Pencil but with Wacom performance. The charger is a proprietary plug, which I am not a fan of, but they do include USB C/Thunderbolt 3 which can double as a charging port. Speakers are bottom firing and very weak so I recommend headphones.
-=|Love|=-
+Integrated Fingerprint Sensor - LG has incorporated a reader into the power button that performs well… GENIUS! It works with Windows Hello and makes unlocking your computer super simple.
+Design and Build Quality - This laptop oozes elegance and minimalism.
+Pen and Touch Screen - I really appreciate the touch screen and note taking ability with this computer. It truly can replace your tablet and current laptop.
+Snappy Performance and Boot Up - If you never experienced SSD, you will be in for a treat. This is really fast and you will be spoiled.
+Battery Life - I got about 15 hours of confirmed battery life with a bit to spare.
+Minimal Bloatware - There isn't much bloatware to speak of. Just LG software functions that link to the keyboard and that is about all.
-=|Not So Much|=-
-NO GPU - At this price point not even an intel cheapie?
-Charger - We are in 2019. You make a laptop with an old charge connector while offering a C/Thunderbolt port? Eliminate the old chargers from 2005 and add another Thunderbolt port. At this price point I would expect at least 2 type C connections.
-Pen Battery - With AAAA being their choice, you better hope your replacements are nearby when it finally does go.
-Lacks volume buttons - Since this is a 2 in 1, it is trying to replace a tablet or feel like one. When in tablet mode, I find myself looking for volume rockers but there are none. You either have to fold the keyboard into laptop mode and use keyboard for volume, or you can tap the volume icon in the notification area to adjust volume. Not efficient to me.
-Speakers - These speakers just sound so weak. Being they are bottom firing doesn't help, but they sound good when you can hear them. Buy yourself a good set of headphones and that is fixed.
-=Verdict=-
Overall, this is a great laptop that doubles as a tablet. My recommendation is to skip this if you use programs that are CPU intensive and require GPU to work properly. If you are the average user who wants flexibility and function without sacrificing on build, this is for you. This is NOT a gaming laptop so don't even try. This can do Photoshop well but video editing/rendering is a struggle. Content creators look elsewhere since this is lacking in the graphics department.

These radios are an excellent addition to my outdoor kit and also for keeping family together in rural areas. These are also great for indoor communication on job sites or areas where cell phone signal is weak. You get the typical clam-shell packaging from the 80's and 90's so be prepared to avoid cuts if the plastic breaks when opening. I can see survailance and fast paced work environments benefiting from these. Nothing spectacular to report about the presentation and unboxing so we will move right along.
To me, these are built for retail customers who take care of their things. With the cheap feeling plastic build and the holster clip being flimsy, I would not trust this at a job site and I wouldn't want to drop test them to see if they will survive. These small pocket sized radios that last all day (8 hours for me not really interested in testing for longer). The battery is small and secured by two screws that hold the battery door in place. The battery reminds me of the old cordless phones from the 90's. You are provided with a micro USB port to charge them in case you are away from the charging station.
Range is something a bit concerning as I couldn't get 1 mile because of where I live. I would say this isn't normal and your results may vary. If you live somewhere that does not have tall buildings or a somewhere like a construction site with line of sight, you can get better range. I am unable to provide any helpful info on the range.
I am not a fan of the button placement for PTT. It is a circular button right above the little screen that says what your parameters are for comms. I naturally was pushing on the side thinking it was a button, only to find out it was a flap to protect a USB charging port. The mic port is on top which is great for me but if you have a 90 degree jack it may be a concern. Overall, these are good but not the best I have seen in this price range. My 5 year old and I use them to play and pretend we are on a missions to safe the world.

Capture your drive and commutes with this Rexing dash cam. Always be ready to show what happened and protect yourself from liars, cons, and crooked police. It has dual Full HD cameras and 170-degree wide-angle lenses to record high-quality footage of the road and inside the car. This Rexing dash cam has Wi-Fi connectivity and secure recording technology to ensure footage is locked if you're in a collision.
WHAT'S IN THE BOX
Rexing V2 Dash Camera
In-car power cable (12ft)
3M adhesive mount
Suction cup mount
USB cable
User manual
Optional Accessories
Rexing Mini-USB Hardwire Kit
Rexing GPS Logger for V2, V1 3rd Gen, and V1P 3rd Gen
Pro:
• Dual recording in cabin and front dash view of 170 degree FOV. Both audio and video are available and both can be turned off or on. It records dual channel (front and rear) in your choice of 720p and 1080p. In single channel front camera you get the options of 720p, 1080p, 1440p, and 2196p.
• Great for drivers in the taxi or driving businesses because it can record both the road and the people in the car. Also good to capture your side of a traffic stop.
• Day picture quality is very clear. Its crisp and smooth footage at any resolution from 720 to 4K.
• Audio recording is clear and mics are sensitive without much distortion. I can hear my kids talking from the 3rd row seat.
• Setup is a breeze. The hardest part is routing the cables if you want a professional setup. I was up and running in maybe 30mins after hiding my cabling.
Cons:
• Night footage is just good enough to show what happened. Quality is TERRIBLE if you need license plates or want to identify faces. I tried various resolutions and have come to the conclusion this sensor is very small and terrible in low light.
• Wi-Fi "feature" is a beta test to me. TimaCam is buggy at best. You can do very basic things like view and download. It disconnect and fails too much for me to even consider this a "feature".
• Does not include SD card for this model. At least 8GB is given for most things I have seen.
• Lack of GPS for the size of the unit. This thing is HUGE! I just find it hard to believe they couldn't fit it in the dashcam. The GPS function is available for $30. A lot for the ask. This should be free or integrated in the board.
• Bright blue LED lights that stay on all the time. There is no way to turn them off that I could find. I ended up using black electric tape to block it.
Overall, I love this dashcam because I can view both front and passenger in high quality. Audio recording is clear and some of the funniest videos happen while we as a family are driving around town. This is an above average dash cam but value wise this is a nice package.

Enjoy a simple, no hassle solution for superior oral health. Without switching products, you can choose to brush, water floss, or brush and water floss by pressing a button. With brushing and flossing modes, achieving white, fresh teeth is simple, while the 10 settings make it easy to achieve the desired amount of pressure. This Waterpik Sonic Fusion flossing toothbrush can be recharged quickly for added convenience and has a sleek appearance.

On the Sonic-Fusion is the water flosser as good as using the stand alone water pik flosser??

In my experience it is not. I ended up just staying with my original waterpik flosser stand alone and not this. My Sonicare toothbrush still does a better job so the brush part isn't even worth the trouble if you have a sonic toothbrush already.
