An execellent air purifier!

This past Spring, in our area the tree pollen was exceptionally bad and I my allergies were in full force. Watery, itchy eyes, trouble breathing, (etc..). So about two months ago, I bought this Honeywell air purifier my bedroom. It was easy to set up and within just a couple of hours of operation, I could already notice the difference. At first, I turned it up to its highest level but eventually I set it to its automatic mode, which is usually very quiet unless it detects some large amount of impurity in the air. In fact, I liked the unit so much, within a week I was back at Best Buy, purchasing a second one for my office. What more can I say than it works great and is well worth the investment.
The only difficulty I've had is with the blue-tooth. I don't think they've worked out all of the bugs in the software yet. It seems that when I try to pair the second unit to my phone, the system loses it's pairing with the first unit. For me, that's not really a big deal because for the most part, these units are "set it and forget it". Besides, I'm not about to go find my phone and turn it on just to adjust the air purifier which is already right in front of me with the controls on the top. Just a gimmick.

Decent Sci-Fi Great 3D

I admit that I purchased this movie with low expectations, especially given other reviews. However, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and the 3D was great. It kept my interest and I was satisfied with the ending. Not the best Sci-Fi ever made, but it has a lot of action, intriguing plot and decent acting and direction.

Having seen the first two Hobbit films, I was anxious to see the final installment ... I wasn't disappointed. I originally saw the 2D version when it was it in the theaters and now own the 3D Blu-ray. Whether in 2D or in 3D it's a great film, but in my opinion the 3D makes the experience so much better. Worth having in your collection.

I got this on sale so admittedly I didn't pay the full price. However, it has functioned perfectly. The only minor annoyance is that the retractable USB plug doesn't always stay retracted when in your pocket or on your key chain, so I'm continuously having to check to makes sure it's secure. However, in all other respects, I'm very pleased with it.

Fun Movie. Worth the watch

I didn't see this film when it was in the theaters, and although I knew about it, I really hadn't read any of the reviews. I'm a sci-fi fan so I pretty much enjoy all of the major Hollywood offerings in that genre. I wasn't disappointed by Guardians of the Galaxy. The special effects are decent and I especially loved the mix of 70's and 80's music. The 3D was especially good. I'd recommend it for any sci-fi collection.

I hadn't seen this when it was in the cinemas and was a bit reluctant to purchase it because I assumed it was a movie strictly for young children. Fortunately, I was wrong. Although it is clearly geared as a family film, adults will certainly enjoy the humor that's interjected throughout the movie. A few scenes were predictable but overall, it kept my interest and the 3D was excellent. Worth having in your collection. No, it's not the best film ever made but certainly worth of 4 stars, and I'm guessing many will say it deserves 5. They may be right!

Another top-notch entry in the Star Trek franchise

OK ... I'm not a hard-core Trekky, but I'm certainly a big fan, and this entry in Star Trek franchise doesn't disappoint. I loved the cast of the original series and movies, as well as the 'Next Generation' cast. This new film is set in a time prior to the original series and Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto are both outstanding as the young Kirk and young Spock. The story is well written and the plot keeps you engrossed from beginning to end. From a technical standpoint, the special effects are wonderful and the 3D is very well done. Worth having in your collection.

Worth having in your collection - Great 3D

First of all, I'll say that this is a great film and I don't regret adding it to my collection. The 3D is superb as are the special effects. There's plenty of action and the plot is sufficient enough to keep you interested. For me, it seemed that there were a couple of action scenes that dragged on a bit longer than they needed to and I *almost* started losing interest. Those however are minimal and overall, I highly recommend this DVD.

Decent Cable - Works as Expected

I purchased this cable when I added a second subwoofer to my system. Although my speaker cables are all in-wall, I didn't feel like taking the time or effort to run yet another cable through the walls. Instead, I purchased this cable which although it can be used in-wall, I'm simply running it along the outside wall base and it works fine. It's connecting my Yamaha RX-A3030 to a Klipsch subwoofer, which is about 16 feet away. Connectors seem to be sturdy and the cable is well insulated. Not much more you can say about an audio cable. For most folks, this will perform just as well as the ultra-high-end cables.
