I can't say that Bucky Larson will be considered a major achievement in the art of film making but its still a bit of fun.... or should I say raunchy fun. Bucky Larson isn't for the faint hearted of course but I kind of think of it as a guilty pleasure.
The Desolation Of Smaug picks up where An Unexpected Journey left off, with this movie, the group heads towards Lonely Mountain. As with the previous movies based on the Tolkien classics, this movie takes the guys on many of an adventure in their effort to get to the mountain.

I recently purchased the series when I saw Best Buy had a decent price on it. Back when the show originally aired I enjoyed watching it and figured that even knowing its going to be a bit dated and hokey by today's standards that it would still be fun to watch. It was pretty much as I remember it and I guess its just a bit of a guilty pleasure. I haven't watched all the episodes so far but I'm glad I picked the set up for a little late 70's fun.
