Small in Size & Big in Features

The Amazon - Echo Pop (1st Generation) Smart Speaker with Alexa – Charcoal at first gave me a headache to get up and fully running, with my Samsung Galaxy S9 phone. I was able to complete all of the required tasks, except the final connection to the Wi-Fi network. I kept receiving the message to press the up and down volume buttons until the light turns orange and the Amazon - Echo Pop (1st Generation) Smart Speaker with Alexa – Charcoal will return to its initial setup mode and attempt to connect to the internet. I found myself in a loop of repeatedly rebooting and attempting to connect to Wi-Fi. I decided to contact customer service, but it was late at night so I decided to call later the next day. The next day, before contacting customer service, I thought about using my other phone to see if that would make a difference. After install the Alexa app again, on my other phone, a Motorola, I started the connection process instructions in the app all the way to completion. I heard Alexa say, “Your Echo Pop is connected.” Alexa immediately began to speak to me with questions and commands to sync my voice. After syncing my voice, I could ask questions and give commands through the Echo Pop. Alexa informed me that my TV could be connected to my Echo Pop for command functions. Turning on my televisions Bluetooth allowed the connection and gave me the ability to change channels and play apps with voice commands. The Alexa app on my phone also gives me some control over functions. I was able to control volume and pause the screen with the app. The Amazon - Echo Pop (1st Generation) Smart Speaker with Alexa – Charcoal is small in its size, but is big in its many features.

High Definition Visuals and Sound

The Logitech Brio 300 Webcam – Graphite is a professional quality Webcam that does not take you to the bank for a hundred dollars or more, while providing a high definition video picture with sharp and clear sound. When I first plugged the Logitech Brio 300 Webcam – Graphite into my computers USB C connector, there was no response on my screen. I then downloaded Logi Tune and opened it and the light came on the Brio 300. I was instructed to install the available new firmware update. Under the label my devices, a small screen opened up showing Brio 300 was connected. The Logi Tune app lets me make adjustments on exposure, gain, white balance, brightness, contrast, saturation, and sharpness. Also there are filters that change the look of the video from bright, blossom, forest, film, Glaze, and mono B. I made a video call to my Granddaughter In-law to test the quality on the other end. She told me that the video pixilation does not drag from side to side as my previous Webcam video did. The Full High Depth picture comes out crystal clear in 1080P. The sound does not give off that robotic metallic sound either. Vocals are clear and crisp and understandable with no negative feedback. She was so impressed on how I looked in the video that she asked if I could give it to my Grandson as a birthday surprise. The Logitech Brio 300 Webcam – Graphite is an impressive device to video call on.

The Alienware m18 FHD+ 480Hz Gaming Laptop - AMD Ryzen 9 - 32GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 - 1TB SSD - Windows 11 Pro - Dark Metallic Moon is my first high performance laptop computer. Right out of the box, I noticed its massive size and heavy weight which makes me not wish to carry it around for everyday use. The screen is larger than the average laptop and produces a high performance display of sharply tight pixilation with no bleeding of colors. The keyboard is comfortably spacious and on comparison with a desktop keyboard, allowing me to play for several hours. I can play FPS games more intensely and with better performance than on a general all purpose computer. The reaction times of commands are blazing fast. The Alienware m18 FHD+ 480Hz Gaming Laptop - AMD Ryzen 9 - 32GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 - 1TB SSD - Windows 11 Pro - Dark Metallic Moon comes with a bunch of useful ports on both sides and also in the rear. There are multiple USB ports, Ethernet port, HDMI port, SD card slot, Thunderbolt ports, headphone jack, and a mini-DisplayPort. The minor problems I find are that the speakers do not sound top of the line, because they do not produce enough bass, but the Dolby Access app can be used to change the Dolby Atmos settings for a better listening experience. The battery strength fully charged lasted a few hours, before needing me to plug in the power bank. The fans can make enough noise to distract me from fully concentrating on my game so I must use my headphones to visualize myself more into my game. Besides those minor setbacks, with the powerful processing capabilities of the Alienware m18 FHD+ 480Hz Gaming Laptop - AMD Ryzen 9 - 32GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 - 1TB SSD - Windows 11 Pro - Dark Metallic Moon, it is probably the best gaming laptop presently on the market for sale.

It comes with a HDMI cable for connection, but also has a VGA port to connect a VGA cable for connection. There are control buttons on the rear bottom left of the Acer - KA242Y Ebi 23.8" IPS LED FreeSync Monitor (HDMI, VGA) that gives the ability to control the power, activate user defined hotkey functions, toggle input sources, and activate the OSD menu Navi/OK button. The gaming experience is in HD quality with colors that are rich and pixels that are compressed to bring about a sharp and clear viewing experience. Movies appear in full cinematic display with a picture quality usually only seen with a top of the line television. The shape of the Acer - KA242Y Ebi 23.8" IPS LED FreeSync Monitor (HDMI, VGA) with its almost bezel-less design allows noticeable viewing from multiple angles and is without any major obstructions. Easily scans photos & documents for digital storag

The Epson Perfection V39 II Flatbed Scanner was easy to setup. I only had to remove all protective materials, download the latest software for the Drivers and Utilities on my desktop and then connect the scanner to my computer. The Epson Perfection V39 II Flatbed Scanner has no on and off switch, but turns on once plugged in to my computers USB port. To turn the scanner off, I merely had to unplug the USB cable from the computer. I can initiate scanning by closing the cover and pressing the Scan command on the scanner for PDF files. Files can be saved wherever desired and can be edited from that source. The scanned image can be saved, sent with email as an attachment, sent to the printer or can be edited. Many functions can be produced such as changing color into black and white, removing an object from the picture and other edits as well. Editing is much harder than the easy setup. It takes reading the help section to learn everything that can be done with the software. The Epson Perfection V39 II Flatbed Scanner allows me the ability to scan and store physical documents and pictures that can be damaged by aging and atmosphere.

Problem at first, but got it working great

The JBL - BAR 1300X 11.1.4-channel soundbar with detachable surround speakers – Black gave me problems from the beginning of trying to pair with my TV. First, I installed the JBL One app on my Samsung phone. After opening the app and being instructed to begin to pair, my Samsung phone kept giving the message; cannot find device. Many failed attempts later to pair led me to the help page. There was no positive suggestion there that would help except to try using a new phone. So I installed the JBL app on my Motorola phone and once opened pairing immediately began. I selected the JBL - BAR 1300X 11.1.4-channel soundbar with detachable surround speakers – Black from the pictures and a connection was secured. Then the whole system started a sound calibration to create a perfect balance of sound throughout my whole room. The soundbar divides into three separate speakers that with the bass of the subwoofer delivers a Dolby surround sound effect. Not only does the HDMI cable connected to my ARC input and the JBL - BAR 1300X 11.1.4-channel soundbar with detachable surround speakers – Black provide the great sound of this four speaker system, but I also was able to use Bluetooth and the optical input to connect the complete system. The JBL - BAR 1300X 11.1.4-channel soundbar with detachable surround speakers – Black can provide great surround sound in anyone’s home.

The H-1 Pro Series - Boss R500 Foldable Electric Scooter w/24 mi Max Operating Range & 20 mph Max Speed – Black is a durable and well constructed scooter that provides the necessary options for me to travel short trips from home, in my large city. The tires are hard enough to drive on the hard cement streets of my city while providing great traction for maneuvering and stopping on a dime. The front and rear brakes work instantaneously. It only took a few minutes to get the H-1 Pro Series - Boss R500 Foldable Electric Scooter w/24 mi Max Operating Range & 20 mph Max Speed – Black up and running. I only had to screw in four screws to attach the handlebar assembly, charge the battery, install the Hover-1- E- Mobility app and then pair the LED display with my phone. The Hover-1- E- Mobility app can duplicate the manual commands on the LED display, but can also lock the H-1 Pro Series - Boss R500 Foldable Electric Scooter w/24 mi Max Operating Range & 20 mph Max Speed – Black from operating, as a security feature. After practicing on pedestrian mode for a while, I developed enough control to advance to the other three speed modes. Now, I can take short trips from home using my H-1 Pro Series - Boss R500 Foldable Electric Scooter w/24 mi Max Operating Range & 20 mph Max Speed – Black and return back quickly. It definitely is a time saver.

Even though it is extremely thin, it is not lightweight; it is very heavy packed with great technology. Its processor produces super fast data processing and immediate reaction to commands. It is a great computer for basic data, video, music, social media and other computing actions. Set up is easy as continually pressing enter. I was up and running within fifteen minutes. Microsoft instead of Google is the main browser used by the Dell - XPS 15 15.6" FHD+ Laptop - Intel Core i7 - Intel Evo Design - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 - 1TB SSD - Platinum Silver. I can install apps from the Microsoft store and gain access to the Microsoft Office Suite for data processing. . The camera works excellently with in depth clarity and pixilation and the volume is perfect for a laptop. The Dell - XPS 15 15.6" FHD+ Laptop - Intel Core i7 - Intel Evo Design - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 - 1TB SSD - Platinum Silver can handle small tasks for home use, but can also compute the necessary data for operating a business as well. With the Dell - XPS 15 15.6" FHD+ Laptop - Intel Core i7 - Intel Evo Design - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 - 1TB SSD - Platinum Silver, there is no need to look any further for computing resources.

A bunch of great technology designed into a watch

The Citizen - CZ Smart 41mm Unisex Stainless Steel Casual Smartwatch with IP Stainless Steel Bracelet – Black caused me a minor disappointment at first. After installing the Citizen Connected app on my Motorola Moto G phone, I could not get the watch and phone to pair. Several days consisted of me trying to figure out why I could see the Citizen name on my phones Bluetooth page, but could not get the app to show the watch’s name for pairing. I had a new phone on order and when it arrived, I decided to install the Citizen Connected app on this new Samsung S9 phone. As soon as I opened the app, on the Samsung phone, the watch immediately showed up inside the app and began to pair with the new phone. I know now that the Citizen - CZ Smart 41mm Unisex Stainless Steel Casual Smartwatch with IP Stainless Steel Bracelet – Black does not work with all phones. Another problem I had was the long wristband that was not described in the online instructions. The watch’s wrist band is extremely long to fit many different sizes of wrists. The problem is that there is no instruction on how to remove links on the wristband to adjust it to the correct fitting size. The Citizen - CZ Smart 41mm Unisex Stainless Steel Casual Smartwatch with IP Stainless Steel Bracelet – Black is a high tech device. It has dozens of functions which can be controlled from the watch screen and the phone app. Swipes up, down, left, and right along with the three buttons controls all of the functions of the watch. Notifications, settings, wellness, sleep, heart rate and blood oxygen levels are some of the major functions that can be accessed from the watch’s screen. The first and second days of testing, my blood oxygen levels were 98% and 96% respectively. I was able to make a phone call with the Citizen - CZ Smart 41mm Unisex Stainless Steel Casual Smartwatch with IP Stainless Steel Bracelet – Black and walk around my home without my phone and have a complete conversation holding my wrist to my mouth. There is so much programming and time needed to fully get the watch running 100% that I have not totally used every function, but I can say so far the Citizen - CZ Smart 41mm Unisex Stainless Steel Casual Smartwatch with IP Stainless Steel Bracelet – Black is an excellent piece of technology for monitoring my health and wellness and everyday notifications that usually come to my phone.
