The Ray-Ban - Meta Smart Headliner Bluetooth Audio Glasses - Shiny Black/G15 Green need some more testing to get out the remaining quirks. I had to request a replacement pair, because my first pair did not perform as the instructions claimed they would. The second pair performed no better than the first pair. The first disappointment was the missing cleaning cloth in both orders I received. Second there was no pull tab inside either case to activate the power on for automatic pairing. I had to manually pair by pressing the rear button and wait for the flashing blue light in order to manually see it on my phone. An automatic update followed the pairing. Tutorials gave insight for using the glasses to take pictures, videos, live stream, go hands free, and speak to Meta for assistance. The Meta app created a folder in my phones storage to automatically transfer pictures and videos from the app after being imported. The pictures come out sharp and are just as good of quality as most digital photos. The videos also are of good quality and my voice is heard loud enough in comparison to the picked up background noise. I couldn’t get the glasses to live stream to my Facebook. Every time I followed streaming instructions, the glasses just took a pic or video, but no live stream. With the hands free feature, I was able to make calls by saying, “Meta call Dr. Smith.” My phone immediately began to call Dr. Smith. When I said, “stop,” it did not stop the call so I had to manually touch my phone. It will not take commands to play a particular song on Spotify. The Touchpad has no connection at all. It does not work to control volume or to pause music. Also, there is no way to delete more than one pic or video at a time within the Meta app. That is frustrating to not have the option to select all. The Ray Ban Meta Smart Headliner Bluetooth Audio Glasses only work with Microsoft messenger and WhatsApp for communication and only Spotify app for music. The Ray-Ban - Meta Smart Headliner Bluetooth Audio Glasses - Shiny Black/G15 Green need more experimentation to get all functions to work as stated with all phones.

A phenomenal noise cancelling headset

The Soundcore - Space One – Black is a phenomenal noise cancelling headset. The first thing done was to install the soundcore Space One app from Google Play. It is truly a plug-in-play device. Once I pressed and held the power button on for three seconds, it immediately began to pair with my phone through Bluetooth. I tapped soundcore Space One and was connected. An automatic firmware update through the soundcore Space One app was processed. The soundcore Space One app controls all of the great functionality of the headsets sound. With the app I can control ambient sound modes (Noise Cancellation, Normal, Transparency Mode), adjust the EQ settings, apply Sound Effects, set Wind Noise Reduction, enable Easy Chat, check battery level, etc. The ear pads are extremely soft and cushiony. My ears fit inside the ear pads with no tightness or discomfort. They can be adjusted to fit tight or loose, depending on your preference. The soundcore Space One app gives my ears an experience similar to viewing a movie in an IMAX theater. I can differentiate amongst all the different sounds clearly. Included with the Soundcore - Space One – Black headset is a 3.5mm AUX cable for listening to a wired device. The Soundcore - Space One – Black headset is a plus for me.

Samsung - The Freestyle 2nd Gen with Gaming Hub FHD HDR Smart Portable Projector – White offers tremendous digital content. With my Samsung Galaxy S9 phone, I was able to have setup completed automatically with the Smart Things app. All I did was plug in the Samsung - Freestyle 2nd Gen with Gaming Hub and my phone started connecting by itself through its Smart Things app. I was up and running in a few minutes. The home page looks like a You Tube page, except the content is ten times more to view. The media and gaming content is exhaustive. Samsung TV Plus offers hundreds of live television channels providing a universe of different programs of every nature. I will never run out of something to watch, with an abundance of free content plus whatever subscribed content I own, I will be engulfed all day using The Samsung - The Freestyle 2nd Gen with Gaming Hub FHD HDR Smart Portable Projector – White. Focus is automatically done, whenever I move the Samsung Portable Projector with Gaming Hub forward, backward or side to side. I used Alexa as my AI to give commands and help explain the functionality of the Samsung Portable Projector. I can play Xbox games without my console, by just using my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with its Xbox app. All of the genres are included. I can choose from indie, family friendly, shooters, action and adventure, fighters and brawlers, strategy, simulation, and RPG games. The Gaming Hub paired my controller easily. All of the most desired apps are included with the Samsung Portable Projector. Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV, Hulu, You Tube, Sling, Tubi, Freevee, and much more. The portability allows me to easily transport it to any of my friend’s home and share the enjoyment of gaming, watching a TV program or videos. The Samsung - The Freestyle 2nd Gen with Gaming Hub FHD HDR Smart Portable Projector – White is truly a mega Media and Gaming device for 24/7 enjoyment.

The Bella Pro Series - 6-Slice Air Fryer Toaster Oven with Rotisserie - Stainless Steel is a bonus to have in my kitchen. It enables me to cook meats without the use of the traditional stove top/oven. I am able to perform the same functions on the Bella Pro Series - 6-Slice Air Fryer Toaster Oven with Rotisserie - Stainless Steel as with my traditional large oven. I can fry, roast, broil, bake, toast, and warm With the added rotisserie function that my traditional stove does not have, I can cook meats a healthier way. When I took it out of the box, I was amazed as to how lightweight the Bella Pro Series - 6-Slice Air Fryer Toaster Oven with Rotisserie - Stainless Steel felt. I can easily transport it from countertop to table to stove with no fatigue. Toasting bagels comes out the same as bagels toasted in a deli, bakery or restaurant. Air frying chicken produces crispy skin and juicy fully cooked meat. Sliced potatoes are cooked crispy golden brown on the outside and creamy inside. On a negative note the bake/broil pan cakes up from grease right after the first use. The bake/broil pan is the first part that will lose its brand new shine. The solidified grease from cooking was hard to remove the first time with a lot of elbow grease. The second time cooking, the grease was so caked up that I could not scrub it off. I had to soak it in soapy water to try to loosen it up, to no avail. Another insight that I saw was that I could not see the meat cooking sufficiently through the glass door, because there is no inside light installed to see completely within the cooking area. Also, after cleaning the insides after cooking, there would be smoking at the next start of using the Bella Pro Series - 6-Slice Air Fryer Toaster Oven with Rotisserie - Stainless Steel. The few negatives that I incurred does not diminish the benefit of having the Bella Pro Series - 6-Slice Air Fryer Toaster Oven with Rotisserie - Stainless Steel in my kitchen. And I’m glad I have one in my kitchen.

Sound with or without wires

The Victrola - Carbon Hi-Res Turntable - Black/Silver allows me the capability to enjoy the nostalgic sound of vinyl records with wireless Bluetooth speakers and headphones or conventionally wired with a switchable preamp if necessary. The first noticeable trait was its weight. The Victrola - Carbon Hi-Res Turntable - Black/Silver though not huge has a good amount of weight to its structure to play music without bumps or instability. The assembly of the Victrola - Carbon Hi-Res Turntable - Black/Silver is a simple task and requires assembly in a specific order of detail. After I finished assembling my Victrola - Carbon Hi-Res Turntable - Black/Silver, I was able to listen to my old 45 singles and 33 albums. Pairing with Bluetooth is basic and once paired I could get back to listening to music that the digital technocrats took away from music; the great sound of clarity with singing and playing instruments. The sound is more realistic than digital music and even vibrates the soul better than digital sounding music. The quality of the Bluetooth streaming is equal to my wired speaker system sounds. I can hear crisp treble and tenor along with the appropriate bass beats. It is hard for me to find any differences of produced sound from the Victrola - Carbon Hi-Res Turntable - Black/Silver through Bluetooth or wired cables. Either way connected to speakers or Bluetooth capable headphones, the Victrola - Carbon Hi-Res Turntable - Black/Silver will produce a great vinyl sound.

As a novice drone flyer, I needed a drone without so much complication to learn its basic operations of flight. The DJI - Air 3 Fly More Combo Drone and RC 2 Remote Control with Built-in Screen – Gray does that exactly. Straight out of the box with the scanning of the QR code, I received orderly instructions to connect the propellers, pair the drone with the remote control, use the charging hub, and complete drone flying lessons. The hardest part of setting up the DJI - Air 3 Fly More Combo Drone and RC 2 Remote Control with Built-in Screen – Gray was trying to register it on the Federal Aviation Administration’s DroneZone Website. I could not figure out how to answer some of the questions about the technical aspects of the drone. I needed to call DJI customer service and have a representative walk me through the registration process. After registration, it took a few days learning from the flying tutorials how to safely pilot the DJI - Air 3 Fly More Combo Drone and RC 2 Remote Control with Built-in Screen – Gray. Flying can be down with automatic take off and landing until better handling of the drone is learned. Pictures are sharp and clear, with a professional look. The DJI - Air 3 Fly More Combo Drone and RC 2 Remote Control with Built-in Screen – Gray can be used for amateur or professional drone needs, making it a top of the line drone.

Cuts easily up to cardboard thickness

When I chose the WORX - 4V ZipSnip Cordless Electric Scissors, I thought I would have something similar to a mini- circular saw type device. I was partially correct, because the WORX - 4V ZipSnip Cordless Electric Scissors cuts a perfect one-hundred eighty degree straight line angle, through various types of material having the thickness of basic notebook paper up to the thickness of cardboard. Where I felt a bit disappointed was with the rpm’s. I thought the WORX - 4V ZipSnip Cordless Electric Scissors would have a little bit of power similar to a baby circular saw, but I was mistaken. It goes slow and steady, producing a razor sharp cut and having a guard edge keeps the blade secure and perfectly flat on the cutting surface. Also, the guard edge provides a safety mechanism to prevent a horrible accident from happening by becoming cut. I was able to easily cut paper of various types and cut some cardboard boxes down. It is not great at trying to cut in a curve direction, though it can be done somewhat. The WORX - 4V ZipSnip Cordless Electric Scissors helps me cut up my recyclable papers and cardboard boxes in a quicker time than it previously did using scissors and a box cutter.

The Amazon - Echo Show 5 Kids (3rd Generation) 5.5 inch Smart Display with Alexa – Galaxy produces the entertainment and fun that tablets or cell phones usually provide. I got the Echo Show up and running in no time, with no problems created. After submitting my Amazon username and password, I merely had to connect my internet and then accept or decline features. Services can be added and settings can be changed anytime. I was instructed to install the Alexa and Amazon Kids+ apps for better use of the Echo Show 5. On the home screen, there is a pull down screen that includes settings, brightness, notifications, alarms, communicate, music, Amazon Kids, and videos. Tapping Amazon Kids goes to four topics to choose from which are Stories, Skills, Videos, and Music. Stories are books read aloud with audible. Skills go to a knowledge based concept of life lessons that educate children about history, science, language, games and much more. Videos give recommended cartoon videos. My Grandson loves watching Daniel Tiger and Paw Patrol. Music streams songs from iHeart Radio Family Kids Club. As part of my grandsons Amazon Kids+ subscription the Amazon kids + app allows on the go Read books play games watch videos with a mobile device. Amazon - Echo Show 5 Kids also allows for Drop in calling whereby my Grandson can have family and approved friends contact him through text messaging or video calling. My grandson is kept occupied all day with his new “toy” that never stops giving him the content for mental growth and exploration. The Amazon - Echo Show 5 Kids (3rd Generation) 5.5 inch Smart Display with Alexa – Galaxy is a necessary device to help children learn about the world past and present.

A Great DIY System that can add paid features!

The SimpliSafe 17pc Whole Home Security Kit is a great DIY system that can add paid features to provide a complete 360 degrees of security protection. The complete system operates through its SlimpliSafe android app which I was instructed to install from the printed materials. The box’s insert states; Download app, Log in to SimpliSafe, follow instructions. That is exactly how it worked. The setup is really simple. I just plugged in the base station and then stuck the keypad on the wall, near the home’s main entrance. The app initiates the installation process with the Base Station. Connection and pairing with my phone was done effortlessly with the permission granting of location and Bluetooth access. Connection completed with two blue blink lights followed by a steady white light. SimpliSafe ignored my 5GHz network and automatically choose my 2.4GHz network. After Wi-Fi connection, I had to set up a Master PIN number to control the system and change setting on my keypad. Next came the update download that I was instructed to approve. After the SimpliSafe 17pc Whole Home Security Kit was up to date, it was time to add all of the security devices. There are 17 devices that can be connected to the base station. I can verify Entry, Motion, Glassbreak, Water, Temperature, Smoke/CO, Smoke, CO, Panic, Siren, Smart Lock, Wireless Outdoor Cam, Door bell, SimpliCam, Smart Alarm Indoor Camera, Key Fob, and Keypad.The SimpliSafe 17pc Whole Home Security Kit operates by two methods.
