I've always been pretty self conscious with my teeth. There's a spot on my front tooth that is very white compared to the others, and I drink a ton of tea, coffee, wine. I'm getting married next year and I wanted to start whitening my teeth for the big day. The options my dentist gave me were a little pricey, so when I found this kit online, I thought I'd try it out and see if it would work.
I've been using it consistently for 7 days and I can tell such a huge difference already! I'm seriously so thrilled about the results. It's super easy to use. The kit comes with a 6 month supply of whitening gel, 1 tube of gel being an enhanced whitening one, but honestly i'm not sure if it'll last that long, but that could be me using too much gel. The mouth piece you use is pretty comfortable, almost like a mouthguard and I absolutely love that I can plug it in to my phone. Genius! This is also where my 4 star rating comes into play though, the connector to my iPhone doesn't stay in very well. It's pretty loose and if you're not careful it'll come out and stop the LED treatment, it did that a couple times and I don't think I noticed right away.
The whitening gel has been excellent on my teeth. I haven't experienced any kind of sensitivity and the taste of it is tolerable. Once swig of water and the taste is gone too.
The only thing I wish is that the directions that come with the kit were a little more informative. I'm all about minimal design and copy, but I had some questions that weren't answered, and I couldn't find them on their website either. It recommends you can use the treatment for 10-30 minutes, but I was unsure if I should start out on a shorter time at first so that's what I'm doing and I'm building up to the full 30 minutes. It also doesn't have a recommendation on how often to do the treatment. Monthly, weekly, etc...
Anyway, I'd totally recommend and I'm excited to continue to see my teeth whiten! Take before and after photos, it's fun to see the progress!

Well, I installed this air conditioning unit prematurely because it's currently snowing where I live in the middle of May. UGH. Anyway.
I watched as my fiance set this up, but from what I saw and what he said it was a very easy setup. Super straightforward overall. The part he struggled with the most was making sure it was secure in the window. We had to put a small piece of wood on the outside of our window to prop it up. We installed this in our finished attic, where we know it'll get super hot in the summer.
Downloading the app and setting that up was easy. Like anything else, you have to make a profile and connect the WiFi. There's a password on the AC that you'll need to get everything set up at first. It's probably easiest to take a picture of it before anything else so you have it handy instead of having to try to read it once you have the unit installed. The app kind of reminds me of the Nest thermostat app. You can control the temperature and set up times for when you want it to kick on. I like it overall. It has a nice user interface and I'm a sucker for that kind of stuff.
The unit is quiet. I've heard some pretty loud air conditioners and this one is radio silent compared to them. It's nice because it's in a window next to where our desks are at so it won't totally distract us when we're working. It cooled our room pretty fast. It's not that big so I guess that's not surprising. I'm not sure how fast it would cool a big living room or 1 floor or anything, but for our attic it'll work really well. It shuts off when the room reaches the temperature you set on it and turns on when it drops. You can control things with the app or the remote control.
Overall a really nice unit and pretty affordable. I'll be excited to see how this really works when/if we ever reach summer temperatures.

I'm a big smoothie fan and it's become a little bit of an expensive habit for me so to try to save some money, I wanted to start making smoothies at home. My 6 year old, $17 Walmart blender decided that it didn't want to work anymore so that led me to buy this one. SO. MUCH. BETTER.
Honestly, the blender kind of speaks for itself. It works perfectly and functions extremely well. There are multiple options for consistency preference. It has no trouble blending ice, whole fruit or anything like that. Very easy to use and understand.
The only negative thing I have to say about this blender is be VERY careful when cleaning it and the blade in it. It's extremely sharp. The first time I washed it, I cut my finger pretty bad not realizing how sharp it really was.
Otherwise, it's a very affordable blender to use for at home and it seems like it'll last a long time!

I have cats and a boyfriend and a roommate who are constantly spilling something or causing some sort of stains so it's very easy for me to try this product out.
I tried it on an area rug where my cat threw up and it worked within minutes! I think my favorite thing about the product is that it doesn't smell at all! Other carpet/stain removal cleaners I own have a really strong chemical smell to them and I hate it. This product seems a lot safer in the way that it won't bleach or damage the coloring in the fabric you spray it on. It's still a good idea to test an area before spraying it all over though.

I was pretty excited to try this little printer out. There have been a handful of times where I've only needed a photo or two to add to a card i'm sending out, or to put along side a gift and just didn't want to go all the way to Walmart to have printed. That's where I was hoping this printer would step in!
The packaging of this printer is sleek (i'm a sucker for great package design). It was a super easy set up. The printer comes already charged and the directions are extremely easy to follow. You download the HP Sprocket app on your phone and it'll prompt you from there. The printer connects to your phone via Bluetooth and it connects pretty fast. From there all you have to do is select the photo you'd like to print from your camera roll, Facebook, Instagram or anywhere else you have photos and tada! It prints it within 2 minutes. The app gives you options to do a little photo editing inside of it, along with you can add frames, stickers and text too for a fun element. I was impressed with the quality of the photo overall. It does print a little darker than the original photo, and the paper finish is more matte than glossy but I don't mind it. Oh and incase you don't read the box or directions, this only prints 4x6 photos, which is what I usually need so it's great for me.
The only two cons I have are the cartilage and the paper are a little costly to buy. I'm not sure I'll use this printer constantly just based on that. I read in other reviews it's about 50 cents per print? So you're not necessarily saving a ton by using this to print photos, but you're saving time if you only need a couple. And the fact that it's portable. It'll be great when I visit friends and family during the holidays and give print group photos out on the spot. The other con is the carrying bag the printer comes with is a little cheap. It's extremely thin and doesn't offer any padding for the printer so it could get easily banged around when being on the go. The cords for the power bank and charger aren't easily manageable too like you see on most now a day (with a velcro loop to hold the wires in place). I think for long term, I'll probably use a different solution for carrying this around.

So, I mainly got this watch for the activity tracker aspect. I know I could have easily gotten a FitBit, but this fell into my hands at a convenient time and better price.
I'm honestly not that impressed of its smart capabilities but I think it's also because I have high expectations because of seeing what the Apple Watches can do. Anyway!
The general design of it is sleek and nice. The band doesn't fit as nicely as I'd like, but I have pretty tiny wrists. It looks nice on though. Charging it was easy and the set up overall was easy. You download an app and sign in with your Google account. This is where I'm not really impressed with the experience though. For me, I had difficulty syncing the watch with the app via bluetooth. It took a long time and would act like it's connecting but then fail. It took a couple attempts despite having good service and connection to bluetooth and the internet. When I got it connected, the watch and the app were a bit laggy. I would try to swipe left or right on the watch and it would lag. Same with the app and its response. Once I got it set up though and a couple days passed, the lag seemed to not be as bad so I don't know if it was just the general set up and updating or not.
The battery on the watch lasts about 1 day so you have to charge it every night while you sleep. If not, it's just a normal watch and you don't get the "smart" capabilities. It doest a good job at vibrating when I get a notification on my phone and it monitors my heart rate, steps and workouts, which is what I'm most happy about since that's what I got it for.
You can set reminders, appts, alarms, use google assistant and do a good amount of customizing on it.
Overall, it's a decent smart watch. Just keep in mind it's no Apple Watch or anything.

I was really excited to try this little gadget out because my poster is pretty terrible at times. I always find myself hunched over, especially at work. I've been using this thing for about two weeks and so far it's helped me keep better posture, or at least become more mindful of it.
It's small and compact and comes in a little travel case that makes it easy to stick in your purse, gym bag, backpack, etc. As long as you're slightly flexible, you can put it on yourself. It sticks to the middle top of your back, kind of where your shoulder blades are. It sticks well too and comes with replaceable sticky tape. It seems like the tape goes a long way and from what I looked is very affordable to buy once you run out.
The app is a really great experience too. It's intuitive and easy to set up and figure out. You can calibrate the gadget so it adjusts to you specifically and how your posture is. You can also set up your own personal training guide to help you improve in a certain amount of days. There are trainers in the app and videos that you can watch for tips and helpful information.
The charge is pretty decent too. I don't wear it all day, so I haven't had to charge it too much, but it charges fast.
Overall, I'd highly recommend!

This was a spur of the moment purchase to replace my slowly dying TV. The backlight is slowly going out in it and I knew I'd have to replace it soon. I usually purchase Samsung TV's as I've had nothing but good experience with them (except for the whole backlight thing), but I googled the Hisense brand and it seemed promising for the price.
I've had this TV for about 2 weeks now and I love it so far! The picture is awesome! I can't remember what it's like to look at a TV that wasn't dimmed down, but I love the quality this one has. The sound is just as impressive even without my soundbar hooked up. With it hooked up, it's seriously just great. The functionality gets 5 stars too. Easy to set up all your accounts and isn't laggy or anything.
For never really hearing of this brand and taking a leap, I'm impressed and would def. buy this TV again

So, let me start off by saying that this straightener is awesome! From the packaging all the way down to how easy and effective it is to use, it's an overall win!
I recieved this in the mail and as soon as I opened the package, I was so impressed with the packaging and general presentation. As a designer, those things matter to me and when they're done well, I can't help but notice.
I've never owned a travel/on the go friendly straightener and the one's I've seen have never impressed me. I was turned off with the fact that most of them are mini versions with a short battery life. This iron though, is full sized and so far the battery life is fantastic! I have yet to have to charge it after using it about 3 times. I'm so happy I have something that can fit in my gym bag and is effortless to pull out and use.
I have very short hair (think pixie cut) but I love curling the bit of hair I have or fixing the parts of hair that curl up after a gym session or humid day. I like irons that have a smaller barrel to them so I can curl my hair and this product is perfect for my hair length. Curls and straightens wonderfully without me worrying about burning myself or anything. MY favorite thing of all is that I don't have to worry about burning a hole in my bag because this iron comes with a nice carrying case AND a heat protector that just slides right over the product.
I'd highly recommend this to anyone who is on the go or looking for something to carry in their gym bag, or even car!

Overall the monitor is amazing. The graphics look so crisp and sharp. The colors are vivid. The 1080 size really helps make all your gaming and video viewing look outstanding.
From a performance standpoint, this gets 5 stars. The set up and hardware is where it takes a hit. The instructions on how to set it up to the mount/stand were so simplistic that it didn't really help me at all with assembling it. I had a very hard time putting the stand on because there was a third part that wasn't included in the instructions. The mount itself is also not adjustable, so you're stuck with the default view.
All in all though, I'd strongly recommend this monitor especially if you're an avid gamer, video editor or designer. Great picture!
