Great movie with historical insight

This movie makes clear in a very gripping way what agony women in early 20th century England had to go through to get the right to vote. Carey Mulligan does a great job of portraying the personal sacrifices women had to make to get to vote. In fact the movie does a great job of portraying the suppression of all of women's rights in early 20th century England.

This 14 foot cat 6 cable was the length I needed and at a price that is less than other brands of cat 6 cables of this length.
But cat 6 cables are considerably more expensive than cat 5 cables.
The question is: Do you need cat 6 cables, or will cat 5 cables work as well at a much lower price? From what I've been told since my purchase is that for my use connecting router to computer, cat 5 cables would have worked just as well. So, do some checking before spending the extra money.

great study of morality and social values

What kind of personal morality and social values do 3 people follow when they are the only 3 people left in the world? Do you worry about acting civilly and selflessly toward your remaining 2 companions, or do you selfishly do what's best for you? That's the core question of this movie, and it's a great movie for looking at that question.
This isn't your typical end-of-the-world shoot-em-up. Nobody kills or dies on screen. The dramatic tensions are all emotional and very real.

good movie about a good cop in a corrupt system

Tom Hardy's character is a good cop in a system (Stalin's Soviet Union) that doesn't care about justice or virtue, just toeing the Soviet line. This would be a better movie if Tom Hardy's supposed Russian accent were more like an accent and less like mumbling. Despite that I look forward to seeing it again. The visuals are great.

a great but violent movie

This is the ultimate revenge movie in a classic Western format. The descent guy, here an immigrant, has to give up on decency to root out outlaws in a lawless 19th century Western town. There's great acting, both by good guys and bad, and surprisingly subtle and convincing acting in a movie where good and bad are so clearly delineated. It's my favorite Western.

The whole series, 3 seasons, of Newsroom is a great review of recent, controversial events, starting with the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in season 1. A large issue in all the episodes was whether news reporting as done today is for entertainment or for enlightenment. I'm sorry the series won't continue.
Jeff Daniels, as a conservative and celebrated newscaster, demonstrates all the tensions between news as information and news as entertainment or political statement.
On the lighter side, the various romantic triangles and misunderstandings are fun. Olivia Munn and Alison Pill play their roles especially well in that context.

How much run time? How much shut down time (to allow it to "cool off")? Thx
The specifications for the 455Ms is 10 minutes continuous run time. While I haven't watched the clock while shredding, my sense is you'll get longer than 10 minutes if there are any pauses between page feeds. Again, I haven't put a stop watch to the cool down time, but I'm guessing it may be 15 minutes or longer.
