I am glad I got this particular Steelbook, has all 3 formats, 4K, 3D and regular Blu Ray. yeah, a little pricey, but I am very happy with it. I even had to drive 92 miles to New Hampshire to get it lol. I am retired, so it was good

you ask is it worth the buy, this is a 4K blu ray player, if you are not planning on buying the new 4K movies that have HDR then no, do not buy it cause they wont play because your tv is not HDR compatible. you will wind up getting an error message.

if you have a 4K tv, then yes. Find out which HDMI port on your tv is HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2

I already upgraded the internal HDD to 2tb; will I be able to add another with this unit?
no, can only use 1 HD, cant go any more than 2TB and cannot use a SSD
