Great single player experience

This game doesn't require you to play the other games in the series in order to enjoy. It has very smooth gameplay in the style of Devil May Cry/Bayonetta. Every once in a while the style will change (side scroller/schmup). Overall it's a great game.

If you are a steelbook collector then this is a great steelbook to add to your collection. It's definitely a movie that deserves the extra money for the steelbook. It also has inner artwork. The only problem (and its a killer for some people) there is no movie title on the spine. The spine issue is really disappointing but I can overlook it

This game is great. I haven't beaten it yet but I am having a blast so far. This game is on the switch but it was developed for the Wii U. Don't be afraid to pick it up on this system. From what I've heard the Switch version doesn't run as smoothly as this version.

I got this because on launch day my games were still being delivered to me. I was pretty frustrated playing this game initially. The controls never seemed to do what I wanted too until i started moving using the "directional pad". It has a bit of a learning curve and I don't think its worth the price they are currently asking. If you don't plan on playing this multiplayer I wouldn't recommend it.

Update to the PS1 original

If you enjoyed the original PS1 game then this is going to be what you want out of a sequel. After a long line of sequels that were nothing like the first one, they finally made a game in the same style of number 1.
This isn't a very forgiving game and you may get confused. Digimon die in this game and you have to start over a lot If you don't like this style of gameplay stay away.
This game is all about training digimon and messing with stats in order to recruit other digimon to your town. You don't directly get into combat you are on the sidelines basically giving suggestions for your digimon.
All in all its a good game for me and that's why i supported this release.

This is a drastic change to the Resident Evil series but it's actually not bad. I figured this was just a move to cash in on Konami's PT demo but it actually turned out pretty well. It's initially very scary but that kinda dies down in the later half. Great game everyone should own.
