Side scrolling beat em up RPG. The art style is similar to odinsphere. More fun with friends but is a solid game solo as well. Special edition is very nice although the slipcover is sort of tight on the steelbook and may wear over time easily.

Buggy but overall VERY addicting survival game

I loved playing through this game even fighting through the bugs. You get 3 different story scenarios based on which type of leader you choose for your community so there is reason to play through it multiple times. Also you have 3 different areas to start and finish communities in. Once you beat one area you can jump to the next and carry over 3 of your best survivors fully stocked with whatever they can carry in their inventory. It is a way to give you benefit in a new game + type of way. The only grips I have with the game is the co-op. The person joining the game won't get much out of playing with you. If you were playing with a friend you would have to do their story arc and then do yours which can be a plus to some but I found pretty annoying.
For the budget price its totally worth buying.

If you can get this game for between 10 or 20 dollars I'd say its totally worth it. I got more than my money out of this game just from the story. The current end game content takes place in DLC that you will need to buy extra but the base game is still worth it.

These blu rays are super cheap now that these movies have been out for years. It's the perfect time to try out the series and see if you enjoy it as much as I do.

This edition of the game comes with an artbook, 2 drinking glasses, and some whiskey stones. I love Yakuza and with the originals being re-released on PS4 it is a great time for newcomers to the series to jump in. If you want to skip around in the series there are catalogs of cutscenes you can watch to get caught up although it will take you a while. Yakuza is a fun beat em up game with tons of mini games and a great story.
