Rob Halford is as metal as it gets. Judas Priest are the definition of heavy metal. At almost 70 years old we don't get the high octave singing we once did but that is expected and people I've seen doing reviews on other sites should quit complaining. What we do get is one of the greatest vocalists in the game. The band, minus KK, has had time now with his replacement R. Faulkner in the studio and live, on this album it shows how tight they have reached musically, it's truly a new level for the later albums. I'm not the fan many others are of Andy Sneaps production. It is much better production than Redeemer of Souls, but could have been better. I do think bringing Tom Allom in the fold on production was brilliant and a better album for it. Is this classic 5 star priest I'm giving it, I would say truly 4 and half strong. The cover art is excellent. To still have priest putting out this quality material at this time is incredible. I love this album, I love this band. Halford is amazing.
If you already own the crucial cure edition then you basically already own it. The DVD don't amount to much.. really disappointed, they could have done much better for their fans
