You'll really need at least one of these with your Ring Doorbell, otherwise you might not be aware someone is at your door. Especially if you leave your phone in another room. In most cases 1 will be loud enough per level or 1000 sq ft. Order more for larger spaces.

I must admit that I was very surprised with how well this system and each of the cameras have worked. The batteries haven't died quickly. There's been few issues, once the correct settings were found for each camera's location. Only wish the live video was quicker to load when I wanted to view something live as it happens.

These sometimes last 9 months. These sometimes last only 2 months. They sometimes last only days. All of them that have stopped working appeared to short circuit at the lightning tip end or the plastic cracked around one of the plugs loosening connections.
