Some of the policies when you get a lemon are absurd. Still needs to be sent away for repair three times in order to get a replacement even though it's a manufacturing defect that the manufacturer acknowledges it cannot fix.

Remote needs more thought

The Apple TV is hands down the best streaming device but the remote SUCKS. Due to the shape and design of the remote, its way too easy to accidentally touch the touch surface causing all types of undesired inputs. They really need to make the remote shape so its easier to tell which side is up and have the touch surface reseased with an edge all the way around it. It's so annoying that it's often pausing, skipping ahead, rewinding, just because you reach for it to change the volume. You can lessen the problems by buying a silicone remote case but it doesn't solve all the problems completely.
