Cannot beat the upgrades to apple care for iphone

Paid the $129 1 time cost to get the 2 year extension on the iPhone. Battery replaced for free and $26 for a screen replacement (up to 2 times). - battery replacement is $150. So this has paid for itself (especially with the battery rumors flying about)

I know many people are about waiting til the rumored "10th anniversary" version next year, but my wife and I have been on a 2 year cycle with the iPhones and we will stay in that 2 year cycle. No, you will need to have the an HVAC tech come and install a thermostat both upstairs and downstairs. Most of the AC units have multistage and can do this with no problem. I speak from experience as I had to have this done in my last home. You will also need them to verify that the unit you have is actually up to spec on compliance for the space for the house.

Easily over 10 hours. My wife has told me that she only charges her computer 2 times a week and that's with watching videos and performing research for her advanced nursing classes as well as iTunes movies and Netflix.
