Shaun's incredible voice, and the band's talented musicianship, continue! This new work is more like their recent offerings in style and sound. That is, if you are hoping (like I was) for something along the lines of "Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces", then understand it is not for the most part.
I'll always love this band, though I miss the raw guitar-bass-drums-Shaun in your face songs of their earlier works.
In a fantasy world, I am Seether's second guitarist. I'd gladly push my Les Paul and Marshall JCM 2k TSL to the limits so the band might remember who they are. Selfish? You bet, but it would be pure musical heaven! But, I digress. If you are a Seether fan, pick this up!

Funny story... the end of the cable of my car phone charger got ruined. But, the charger plug includes a USB port. So, I bought this cable to go into that USB port so that I could, once again, have a charger for my phone in the car. Works great! No, not really that funny after all.

The mix is extremely polished on this SP offering. Almost too perfect for me (my personal preference is the rawness of "Feel the Steel"). Anyway, typical SP musicianship, perhaps a touch of more complex song writing (well done, boys!), and lyrics that can crack you up. Enjoy!

Due to a sale price, for the quanity of kcups in the box, and that I have enjoyed Donut Shop before, I bought two boxes.
What I didn't know, and BB didn't describe, is the package includes Dark and Coconut along with the Medium roast donut shop I expected.
Turns out, I really love the Dark! But I hate coconut. Not sure I came out ahead on kcups/price lol
Sinice the Dark/great cancels out the Coconut/gross, I'm a happy caffeinated guy.

As a closet fan of the first album, and since this one was on sale, I picked this up. Wow! I'm not sure if this is the original line up but the drummer has grown exponentially as well as they rest of the band's song writing.
I like the different musical styles they explore and do very well. I missed an opportunity to see them live but hope they tour close again when I'm able to go!
