I was very happy to be able to purchase the laptop directly from BestBuy. Given that I run multiple OS's on the laptop the 1TB SSD was one of the major factors related to the purchase. Adapting to the keyboard took less time than what I had expected. Ended up purchasing several accessories to get around the engineering compromises that Apple decided to take when designing the MBP without the MagSafe connector as well as the lack of ports besides USB-C. I wish that Apple would come out with a version that can support 32GB of RAM onboard.

Using this WAP overseas coupled with a FTTH setup terminating on a ONU that is directly connected to the Linksys router. So far the performance of the WAP/Router has been consistent. Consistent and stable signal strength, have not had a chance to use the full features of the router yet. Will update the review if I run into any major issues, so far so good.

A bit surprised by the enclosure size

Was a bit surprised by the size of the enclosure, a comparable Seagate 2TB portable drive is about 1/2 the width of the WD drive. Given that the Seagate drive was not available I decided to purchase the WD drive that was in stock due to time constraints. The size of the enclosure makes it a bit inconvenient to store the drive in the standard carrying cases that I have been using in the past. (I can store 2 Seagate drives per enclosure but only 1 WD drive per enclosure due to the added size of the WD drive.

My other iPadMini2 stopped working due to some moisture getting into the screen area. So bought the iPadMini2 as a replacement, as it turns out after leaving the other iPadMini2 powered off for a month, the internals dried out and it powered up without any issues. My only concern has been that after upgrading to iOS11 the performance of Safari seems to have been diminished since it stutters and is leggy in general. Not sure what is the root cause of the problem, so keeping one iPadMini running 10.0.3 until issues are resolved with iOS 11.1.
Best Buy had some great deals for the 128GB version of the iPadMini4 last month wish those deals were still around. Hope that Apple decides not to discontinue the iPadMini series. Was an early adopter of the original iPad, but the form factor is too big for traveling.

Great for IOS10.0.3 handicapped with iOS11.1

Bought this so that I could watch some movies that I had downloaded on Netflix without having to be online. It works fine with one of my iPad Mini's that is running 10.0.3, the other iPad that is running 11.1 it is unable to show video via HDMI for downloaded programming when the iPad is not connected to the internet
Not sure on whose end the problem lies since the feature works perfectly fine with iOS10.0.3 but it doesn't work on iOS11.1, both versions are running the latest version of the Netflix App.
Hoping that Apple/Netflix will address this issue soon. Can't fully recommend the product until Apple addresses this issue.

Too many hanging straps.

Pro's: adjustable height chest strap, back strap that can be hidden, lightweight, decent padding for laptop and tablet compartments, good placement of top handle to allow stacking with roller luggage. Quick access pocket at the front of the backpack. Hard case storage space for cell phone/sunglasses.
Cons: bottom of the backpack has 2 straps that can be used to adjust the width, sadly these straps get in the way and can't be hidden or removed, Side straps are complicated and get in the way. Lacks pass through for stacking with luggage.
Conclusion, the backpack would have been much better if it didn't have all the hanging straps (bottom/side).

Did a fresh install of Windows 10 on the SSD using a USB recovery media created with the Dell Recovery application, then reformatted and partitioned the original 5400RPM 1TB mechanical drive, and now it is been used as a internal storage device..

Second Dyson V6 series portable vacuum purchased, having the motorized attachment is a good feature. 100% compatible with accessories designed for the V6 series.
The newer Dyson V7 Trigger series includes the motorized head as default. Battery life on the newer model is slightly longer as well. Best Buy sale price at the time was the determining factor in deciding to purchase the V6 Top Dog since it was substantially lower than the V7 trigger retail price.

Great upgrade

Installed on an older MacBookPro 17inch Late 2011 replacing the aging 750GB 5400RPM Seagate HDD which was starting to show errors.
The actual physical install of the SDD was a snap since it was a direct replacement, took a bit more to move the various partitions that were present on the HDD to the SDD. (MacOS as well as Win7 under Bootcamp). Used CC for the OSX side and WinClone to copy the Windows partition.
Once everything was finished the laptop blazed through most tasks that used to take a while that was HDD dependent.
Let's see how the SDD holds up over time. Made sure to enable TRIMM under El Capitan since Apple decided to enable TRIMM support for 3rd party SSD's last year.
