Good accesory for my old HDTV

Purchased the AppleTV to pair with my 10 yeard old Sony Bravia TV, since I travel a lot I rarely get to watch live TV, have been using a Tivo, but got tired of the need to pay for subscription services. Stopgap until I decide to purchase a 4K UHD TV.
I also own a 4K UHD TV at my other residence, and as far as I can tell the AppleTV UI is better than the one used on Android TV based systems. Pairing with Beats X is a breeze. Given that I already have Xfinity as a cable/broadband provider I can watch on demand content by simply downloading the respective App and logging into my Xfinity account. to enable the service
Have not had a chance to play any games on the unit, but purchased the bundle that included the Nimbus so might get around it sometime in the future.

Hoping that I won't be having the issues that multiple people have posted online regarding the Beats X wireless in ear headphones. The sound quality is decent, a bit lacking in the lower frequency range but the sounds are clear so not a big issue.
I was able purchase the unit when it was on sale at Best Buy, so can't complain too much about the price. At the standard MSRP price point I would consider them a bit overpriced.

Purchased the iPhone7 to replace the iPhone5S that I had been using for several years. Ended up purchasing the Quad Band iPhone7S with 256GB, paid outright for the phone in order to have the flexibility of been able to unlock it. The only major downside that I have felt even after over a year of use is the lack of a headphone jack, having to have a Bluetooth setup to just listen to music or a lightning headphone adapter seems like a bit tedious.

The screen display seems to be sharper than my iPhone7, overall speed using iOS11.2.5 seems to be faster than the iPhone7 for mundane tasks. Getting used to not having a Home button takes a bit of time. Let's see how the phone turns out. Bought the phone outright instead of relying on a lease program with money back from a particular carrier. Just like my iPhone7 that I purchased at Best Buy, getting the Quad Band iPhoneX is the way to go for maximum flexibility.

Purchased the laptop online on BestBuy.com, before it arrived Best Buy made available the 1TB version of the laptop so ended up purchasing and keeping that one instead. Since I run multiple OS'es on the laptop having 1TB vs 512GB was a major decision on why I ended up returning the laptop. No issues with the laptop itself. Wish Apple offered the option for supporting 32GB of RAM onboard.
Pro's: compact size, MacOS
Con's: need for dongles galore to connect various peripherals, wish that Apple had an official docking station.
