Water filtration for your humidifier!

I give this Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier 4 stars out of 5 because it has a water filter for odor control. Otherwise I would have given it 3 stars.
This Humidifier is well built and it and looks nice.
it is very quiet while operating and it says it does last up to 75 hours of operation.
It also has a sensor that stops the atomizer from working when water level is low in reservoir.
while it doesnt state how big size of a room it could cover, I was able to raise room humidity to 28% in our dry winter with a room size of 500 sqf.
the knock i have on this humidifier is that in order to fill it up, you will have to take the reservoir off, flip it upside down, remove the water filter and then fill it up.
other humidifiers I own are as easy to fill as just removing the lid and filling it up while the tank is on the atomizing base. other than that, this is a great humidifier and gets the job done.
Note: this humidifier does NOT support essential oils, so you should only use it with water.
I personally use distilled water to reduce the mold effect and to make cleaning the tank easier.

Microsoft - Surface Duo 2 5G 256GB (Unlocked) - Obsidian
Summary:
This is THE PHONE if you use your phone for work, or if you spend hours a day streaming videos or reading on your device. the phone is Superb and gets 5 STARS all the way.
If the above isn't what you are, then look elsewhere.
Things to keep in mind:
this phone runs Android 11, and there is no confirmed date for when it will get Android 12. the Gen 1 Surface Duo still runs Android 10 to date.
Microsoft has promised 3 years of security patches and updates for this phone, which is normal for this segment of mobile phones.
SETUP
Setup is very easy and like any other phone, you add your accounts Google, Microsoft and update the phone to be able to customize your experience. this should take about 30 minutes.
copying data from other phones is no hassle as well.

Microsoft launcher is similar to most launchers out there, but i found it less buggy than Samsung's, and slower than the Google pixel family of phones.
my daily driver is a Google pixel 4 XL with 6.3 inches (pictures attached for size comparison).
I found the Duo 2 to be a great match generally, and superior when it comes to tasks including Email, sheets, or any other productivity app. being able to use 2 screens and split apps between them made my life so much easier specifically for work, wheather its copy and paste from one location to the other, or trying to read something while you have a meeting or a presentation on the fly.
I like the wide screen so much. reading is more appreciated, and even though the phone is heavier. holding it in your hands while reading if you are laying down or just holding it normally doesn't cause fatigue.
Specifications: this is a hardware beast, but! there is no wireless charging, and it is not water proof. again. if those 2 are important for you, look elsewhere.
the 256 GB of storage is more than enough since i use Google one and Microsoft one Drive for work along with Dropbox.
Camera and picture quality: nothing impressive here.
Build quality: this phone is very well built and looks very sturdy. the hinges will last for years and the screens are bright and beautiful
I did not notice what others said about different color warmth between the 2 screens at all. I have purchased a case or Bumpers and a screen protector for the Duo 2 and I plan on using them all the time as the phone is covered in glass on all 4 surfaces and it does collect fingerprints like a piano black dashboard on a car.
Final thoughts:
The Microsoft Surface DUO 2 is made for people who bring their own devices to work and this is a pretty big segments from sales reps to anyone who ever linked his work email to their phones.
yes, it is expensive, but it also saves you time and frustration.
I found that being able to have the full suites of Microsoft and Google apps together in a phone that is able to make them work seamlessly is a huge plus.
DId I tell you that with the DUO 2 you can start your work on your phone, and continue on your windows device and pick up where you left? this is also a HUGE PLUS.

Cold wallet for your hard earned Crypto

If you are reading this it means that you have some assets that you want to protect and have access to without worrying about hackers, or failing crypto platforms. well congratulations you are in the right place.
The Nano S crypto wallet is a budget friendly- hard wallet to save your private keys to access your crypto thats on the block chain.
the wallet does accept most crypto and tokens, you can save up to 3 different accounts on it at once.
it has a dashboard that allows you to add, send, receive, or trade your crypto all in one place.
Setup is straight forward, if you can read English, you can setup this wallet. it will take you 20 to 30 minutes so be prepared to do it all in one sitting.
I have no issues at all with this wallet except that I wish it was UCB type C instead of Micro USB. this will be out in a few years and an upgrade will be needed.
Other than that, this is a safe, flawless way to guard your Crypto at a very reasonable price.

The Ninja - DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System is an absolute game changer that satisfies ALL TASTES and all needs.
Ninga was able to create a machine that takes K-kups and make drip coffee with almost no time to switch at all. this is absolute brilliance.
My wife loves the quickness of K-kups and loves the ability to froth milk for her ice coffee or cappuccino. Check and check!
I love my coffee to be a strong drip from beans i grind myself every morning for the fresh taste and aroma. Check!

This is hands down the easiest security camera install ever!
The eufy Spotlight Cam Pro 2K is a great spotlight security camera that is built well and has a responsive app with no delays.
The install including fixing the bracket to the wall took less than 5 minutes (that included removing the old camera)

setup: the setup is very straight forward and took about 3 minutes.
the app didn;t struggle to find the wifi signal or to connect to it, it actually did it on the first try (be mindful that the app only uses 2GHZ wifi signal)
Features: the Eufy is loaded with great features including but not limited to setting up zones, choosing a color profile for low light and night recording, setting a zone to focus on (in case the camera faces a street and you don't want to get bombarded with useless notifications), different light modes from warm to cool, and 2 different video recording profiles.
The feature that stood out to me the most is that it tracks faces and snaps a picture of the faces and saves it in case you need a close up in the event of an emergency.
battery life is decent and the camera is well priced.
looks: the camera protrudes and is very visible as its bigger than your average security camera and heavier, but I dont mind that at all.
the spotlight is more than efficient.

the Airpop masks are very well made, easy to breathe in.
they have adjustable ear loops which makes them adjustable to any ear/ face shape.
I like the silicone nose pads because they wont leave marks on my face and at the same time they will seal the air gaps.
another feature is that you can place the mask on your face and pull it down a little bit so the silicone pads would be visible and still seal the air gap but the mask would cover more area which makes this mask practical for most faces.
the fabric is non wooven fabric of multi layers, white on the inside and black on the outside which makes it harder for the mask to look dirty like the case with white face masks.
the thickness of those masks are better than most masks on the market.
i have been wearing the same mask for over a week now for 8 plus hours a day and i dont feel that the integrity of the mask is compromised.

Mr. Coffee as reliable as ever

This Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker is great at what it does. It is reliable and will last for years, well built, cheap, and have all the features you actually need in a drip coffee maker with some improvements that are a welcome addition.
The machine bright spot is the big shower head used to drip the steamed water over the coffee that makes the coffee faster and stronger.
The big carafe makes up to 14 cups of coffee is a very good size, made of glass with cup markings, it's easy to clean, easy to fill and easy to pour from and doesn't drip all over the place.
The brew later feature is nice if you want to prepare your coffee now and get it to brew in the morning.
The water tank has a plastic holder for a felt filter that can be changed monthly per the manual.
The machine has a screen that displays the time clearly.

The Rexing V5 is a good starter pack for anyone who is doing ride sharing.
Installation was easy, but wires will be visible if you connect the back camera.
The front 2 cameras have no tilt option to reposition them, so however you mount them, they are stuck there.

missing stuff:

- fixed focus, meaning it would be great for a video conference or vlogging if you are close to it, but if you are moving a far from it, it will not hunt for you as there is no auto focus included with the software.

Final thoughts
all in all the Elgato facetime is a very capable camera priced decently and it is easy to setup and work with, it is light weight with very impressive features.
I will be using it for a long time.

this is a very impressive hardwood steam mop.
we live in a house with each floor size coming to about 800 square with cats and little humans that require constant cleaning and sanitizing after them in order to avoid any illness.

this mop was very easy to setup!
- open box
- slap the pads to the bottom, they stick because of the velcro that is stuck to the bottom of the rotating discs.
- use provided water filler and fill the mop with water.
- start the machine using one of the 3 modes provided.
- it takes about 30 seconds for steam to start and it never stops or needs breaks after.

- it is very easy to use and have a similar feeling to using a vacuum cleaner with a slight difference where you would feel a tiny resistance from the rotating disks.

- no mop drips, no need for buckets, and no need to squeeze a mop! this makes mopping the floors very easy for any age group!
- my tiny humans took interest in it (lets see how long this lasts!)

yes, this is designed for hardwood floors, tiles, and ceramic floors.

Can I installation this camera on ceiling?
The Lorex security camera is a great option for affordable Indoor home security camera that packs a lot of features:

- Pre inserted 16 GB Micro SD card
- Micro USB to USB A cable
- USB power Adapter with 1 Amp output
- Universal mount bracket
- mount kit
- Quick start guide in English, Spanish, and french
Setup:
- I unpacked the camera, connected it to the power adapter, waited until the led light on the camera turned to solid green per the instructions, downloaded the Lorex home app, followed the instructions to add a new device, scanned the QR code, and the rest was automatic and took less than a minute. once installation was complete I went to Lorex home app and it started a quick tutorial to show me how to control the camera from the app.
everything was seamless and all advertised features worked great and fast. the pan, tilt, and zoom options are snappy to respond and very easy to use through the Lorex home app, you also have to options to record SD, and HD. I found the SD acceptable and it saves space on the Micro SD card which I plan to replace with the max the Camera can support which is 256 GB.
the camera has a 2 way microphone option and it streams sound as well when you open the app.
the night vision is very acceptable and does what it should flawlessly.
The video quality is up to 1920 X 1080
The camera connects on 2.4 gh wireless network, or by plugging an Ethernet cable in its back (which is better for quality and streaming delay, and more secure).
Pros:
The camera is very easy to setup and very easy to use.
I was able to connect the camera to my google home app and to stream the camera feed to my google devices like Google nest screen, and my Google assistant enabled TV by simply asking Google assistant to stream my lorex feed to one of the connected devices.
You can take pictures from within the video incase you needed to.
there is a privacy mode where the camera lens will tilt and be covered inside the casing and the microphone will stop recording. you can reach it by simply opening the app and press the privacy mode button to enable or disable it.
the price is right!
the field of view is an absured 135 degrees which provides an ultra wide view
the Camera is very fast and responsive.
you have your own storage and there is no need for a monthly subscription. when the SD card is full the camera automatically start recording over the oldest recording on the SD card.
With the push notifications option, you can decide how many notifications the app sends to your phone (extremely handy when leaving the house for a weekend or a few days).
Cons:
there is really nothing much here, but it would've been great if:
1- the camera had a follow option where it would follow movement on its own when a mode that allows it is enabled (again when travelling or out of the house)
2- I wish the USB cable was a USB instead of a Micro USB cable (but this literally have no effect on anything since the camera will be connected and left in one place for the most part).

Its powered by a USB cable and a power adapter which is provided in the box.

Is this device compatible with a 5g internet connection?
This works using either wifi or ethernet. has othing to do with 5G (which is a cellular network).

Yes you can and after you do you can go and enable the option rotate image from the app to get the picture right.
