I grabbed this band so I had an extra on hand when I bought my Blaze. These bands seem a bit on the "light" side if you know what I mean, a bit weak for this device and since you wear this while doing physical activity I figured there would be a good chance it would get broken (although to date it has held up pretty well for 3 months now). Not too much else I can say but I would like to see Fitbit make a thicker band, a little more robust for the Blaze.

These Tiles are a great little item to attach to some of the smaller items we have and use every day like car keys, cell phones and even your wallet or purse. Put one of these on it or in it and register it to the Tile app on your phone and you are good to go. It allows you to track the item location or you can have the tile make a sound if you are not able to locate it so you can zero in on the location of the item easier. They can even be used on your luggage if you do a lot of traveling. Great item to have.

This is a great gigbit network switch. I have two of the 5 port models as well and they have been up and running without flaw for 2 years now. I like the ability to be able to log into the switch interface and set certain controls such as VLAN, QOS, bandwidth limits and port priority, and the network cabling check feature is also nice. The metal housing of the switch is very sturdy and also serves to dissipate any heat the device produces. A well built and well designed product. I would certainly buy again.

what is the range on this device
I have a 3250 SqFt home and this device does very good. I have it installed on the first floor with my primary router on the second floor of the home. You really cant answer the question of what is the range because the range of the signal will be affected by many different things, for instance other wireless devices in the area, the structure of the dwelling, i.e. concrete, wood framing and drywall, how many walls wind up between the device and the client trying to connect to it and the likes. I will tell you the 2.4Ghz band generally speaking has a better range than the 5 Ghz band, however the 5 Ghz band is less susceptible to interference from other signals and offers a higher bandwidth possibility, better for streaming files like video files. If you get one and are not happy with the range, I would try move it around to different locations first before returning it.

My building has free wi-fi but weak signal - will this help?
My building offers free wi-fi through a non password protected connection but the signal is weak in my part of the building. Can this device help me if I do not have the router (ie I do not have router codes etc.)? If not this device is there another?
Dave, yes this device will help but you might have to tinker with the placement of it. Also, the only router code you should need will be the same network password you would use to log onto the network from your computer. Since you mention the router is an open network you could password protect this device and at least keep your side of the network somewhat secure so someone else seeing a stronger signal from this device isn't using it as well.
