It does a good job with notifications on set up areas, only problem is that you have to pay for it to be worth it. Otherwise you only get snapshot that aren't helpful all the time, so plan in paying the $10 per month. Also, if you want to install to a power outlet inside your house or garage you would need to make a 7/8" hole through the wall! This is a design issue that must be fixed for a more easy and discrete installation.

I initially purchased this cable to connect my Mac Mini to VGA monitor but had to return it. It doesn't connect although the Best Buy rep said it did. When back and got the MiniDisplay to VGA cable from Apple which is identical but does allow to connector to communicate.

This cable is required to hook up you Mac Mini to a VGA monitor. I wish it was less bulky but does its job. Also, Apple should be more clear on the connections names as I initially purchased a different cable that did not work, MiniDisplay port? What is that? Overall all good.
