Gears has always been my favorite Microsoft franchise and number 4 does not disappoint. I haven't finished the campaign yet, but what I have played has been very entertaining. The best thing about this game for me will always be the multiplayer though, and Gears 4 delivers in spades. Horde mode is back and better than ever, and the new skill and bounty system is a great, and addictive, addition.

I can't tell you how many near-misses (or accidents in general) this is going to save me. This was the shake-up the first-person-shooter genre needed. I've had Call of Duty Multiplayer fatigue probably since Modern Warfare 3. I'm halfway decent at shooters, but that essentially means I suck in a Call of Duty lobby. In Overwatch, since you can choose from SO many different characters that all play VERY differently, even if you go up against pros, you can usually find a way to get the upper hand. Speaking of so many characters, I literally played for 5 hours last night and I never played as the same character twice. And with all of them having completely different strategies and play styles, it was a different match every time. Well done Blizzard!! 10/10!!

I grabbed this title on the cheap because the reviews that I've read talk about how it's a spiritual successor to games like the old Fallouts. Especially being a fan of Fallout 2, this excited me. I'm happy to tell you that the reviews are correct. This is a very tactical RPG with an isometric camera that lets you customize your team all the way down to whatever fictional backstory you want to give them. The major downside is that this game looks downright ugly. The graphics seem to be from the original Xbox or Playstation 2 era. However, once you get past that, this is a very deep RPG full of secrets to explore and monsters to kill.

I won't say too much on here because I wouldn't spoil this game for my worst enemy. This is, by far, the most gorgeous video game I've ever seen. And I'm a graphics snob so that's saying a lot. The gameplay is largely unchanged from the previous entries, which is fine by me. And lastly, the story is everything you'd expect from an Uncharted title. It's a fitting end to a fantastic series of games. Must-buy for PS4 owners.

Masterpiece in Sci-Fi

I LOVE this movie. I saw it in theaters 4 times (including once at 5 am) and adored every minute of it every single time. Some will say that it is too similar to A New Hope, but I don't see a problem with that. The plot and storyline are definitely heavily influenced by Episode IV, but the characters and theme of the movie are decidedly original. Poe, Rey, and Finn are characters that I fell in love with the second I saw them on screen and I can't wait to see how they evolve, change, and grow over the next few movies. The only reason this didn't get a 5 star rating is because the special features leave a lot to be desired. The deleted scenes were kind of boring and I was disappointed in the lack of a gag reel.
