A great show, although it would have been a whole lot better if it included some other classics. But then again its nice to hear both Thick as a Brick versions together. By the way, theirs an important messege put in a humorous way that all us men who were around when Jethro Tull first hit the scene should hear. Very cool of Ian Anderson to include it with this release. Its about midway thru on disc 1.

As I said, simply The Who playing their (I think) masterpiece Quadrophenia live. Nothing really jumps out. Nothing at all like the improvisations on Live At Leeds, another great show. If your a fan of The Who, this new release of Quadrophenia Live is worth adding to any Who collection.

Its been too long since theirs been anything new from this band, but with each listen it gets better and better! Hence, worth the wait and they are touring as well with the release of this album!! If you listened to any early Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers back in the day, you can't go wrong. So give yourself (and your ears) a real treat to some solid rock & roll. Satisfaction is most definite.

Captain Beyond was a very excellent band who were right up there musically with all those great blues rock bands of the early seventy's who never really seemed to gain the popularity for what they were due. Listening to them on this album today really shows how tight they were music wise and the endless possibilities of what might have been. Their second album proved that easily. Just get this if you can as it is a limited edition with colored vinyl in a black velvet cover and silver foil artwork.

The music still has a slight Black Country Communion sound to it, but I think this line up would be alot more punchier and bluesy with Bonamassa on board. But then again this is California Breed, not Black Country Communion. Both very good blues rock. Buy It !!!

Neil Young and Jack White have given us a listen of days gone by. A very unique recording process thats not for everyone. If you like this I suggest getting the CD-Vinyl Box Set. Now that is truly something different.
