For any WW2 Collector

A Bridge Too Far is one of those rare, older WW2 films that actually attempts some semblance of historical accuracy by portraying the events as they were described by both the Allies and Germans during Operation Market Garden.
The setting for the film revolves around Operation Market Garden and the ill-fated conclusion of the Allies defeat at Arnhem, by a series of follies and planning in which as the film title says, tried to attempt an Allied "bliztzkrieg" to capture a series of bridges along a narrow front. In other words, it was a bridge too many and the goals were far too ambitious.

Batman, Superman, AND Wonder Woman?

It took awhile to finally view this film after never seeing it theater, so I do not have a perception of what this film was like in its non-director cut format.
Overall - I enjoyed it. The action was decent and the acting was great. If only the editors of this film could have brightened up the colors, because everything is very dark and gloomy.

Excellent, Pulse-Pounding Space Film

This film left me on the edge of seat the entire time. It's none stop 'bad luck' driven on the main character leaves you guessing how in the world they will get to point A to B.
The only nitpick is the setup of the story, that China or Russia, would be naive enough (being that they are important partners in Earth Space Flight) to set off the chain of the events in the film casting them as the 'qausi'-villain that made the "bad stuff" happen. That aspect is contrived and frankly nonsensical. However, it's not explained further, which is not really important - the main aspect of this film is purely survival in space and nothing more.

The Cat, It Knows

By far my favorite thing about this movie is that it strings together three different tales where the constant is the mysterious stray Cat, combining horror, supernatural, and comedy.
The last tale with an evil-troll and a young Drew Barrymore is by far the creepiest and most unsettling. And by then you come to know why the Cat, the mystery linking together these stories, is there - a protector of the young girl.

This release features the complete second season of Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon's wildly inventive Adult Swim animated comedy Rick and Morty, following the intergalactic adventures of alcoholic genius inventor Rick Sanchez and his uptight grandson Morty. All ten episodes from the second season are included, as well as bonus features and commentary.

One of the more hilariously, over the top, adult cartoons in a long time.
Laugh out loud funny and definitely worth owning! Highly recommend.

The Adventures of Christopher The Computer
on April 22, 2017

I was recommended this film by a friend and definitely enjoyed it over-all. Top-notch acting with an excellent cast, especially with Benedict Cumberbatch portraying Alan Turing, in a more unusual story of cryptoanalysis during WW2.
While the film is brilliantly laid out and has excellent filmography, it is one of those films that pretends it is a "true story," which more accurately should be labeled as "sort of" or "loosely." Alan Turing was a real man, but in this film he is portrayed as somewhat Autistic with Asperberger's where he has difficulty understanding social situations.
The film also makes you think Cumberbatch's Turing built the Turing machine ("Christopher") on his own, but he was truly assisted by Gordon Welchman who is not in the film at all.
A 5 star film on its own, but a 3 or 4 five star film for taking too many liberties from a historical perspective. The historical inaccuracies of the character won't stop you from enjoying the film, but I do recommend reading about the real Alan Turing so you know what is real and what is not in this portrayal.

Honestly the best "American" adaptation of Godzilla in years. Especially in comparison to the 1998 Godzilla.
Over all looks and sounds great on Bluray and the classic style slip-cover is a nice touch. The main male actor that you follow throughout the last half of the film simply doesn't have a wide range of emotions, which is my one major complaint. The best scenes are really anything with the giant Kaiju. Other than that, it's worth a watch and a nice edition for collector's of Godzilla films.

Rogue-ish

And here it is, the release of the first "Star Wars Anthology" films on Blu-ray. Looks great and has some interesting interviews about the making of the film.
As a Star Wars, Action, or Sci-Fi fan you'll likely find something enjoyable in its viewing. The first "side story" into this long running franchise certainly has all of that.
As for the 'story' of this film, without giving anything away, I was half-expecting something unique like a "Mission Impossible" spy movie set within the Star Wars universe, which I would have dug - and apparently this very idea was pitched for Rogue One in the style of a Mini Series where they would have taken more time to flesh out characters.
The finished product was alright as well, but not "great." Hence, why I'm giving this film 4 stars or a B+. The action was entertaining, but the story felt hob knobbled together from its reshoots and the characters just aren't that motivating to care a whole lot about compared to Episode IV, V, and VI.

What an incredible series of movies based on Ip Man, the a real historical figure that taught Bruce Lee.
Great action interspersed and plenty exciting. The greatest aspect of these films, besides the great choreography, is that Wing Chun is actually that fast. There is no speeding up in this film when Donnie Yen is throwing punches.
As of this posting, the trilogy is inexpensive. Definitely a must buy for fans of Martial Art and semi-historical films.

Wasn't quite sure what to expect with this one, but I had heard it was quite good. And it definitely was!
Great acting and lot's of tension in figuring out what's the truth and what isn't. Sticking around til the end is worth it.

Eliminate the malevolent Metroid threat in Metroid: Samus Returns Special Edition. Play as bounty hunter Samus Aran as you unravel in-game mysteries and use brand new Aeion-fueled moves to blast through challenges. Made especially for Nintendo 3DS, Metroid: Samus Returns Special Edition comes with a soundtrack CD and a title sheet insert for the game’s case.

Why is this still not available to pre-order? It has been listed on Gamestop for months already :(

I believe it was available for pre-order at one point or if I am wrong, they may have been preventing buyers from getting more than one.

What makes this a "Sport" version? Is it waterproof, resistant, use in steamroom, etc..?

Hello, Mark Twain here.

In comparing this "Sport Clip" version device to a Non-"Sport" of the same storage capacity of 8GB such as a "Clip Jam"; the only difference according to the box is longer battery life (25 hours), and a hinge-clip on the back to snap to your britches.
