There are many well known actors in this film. This film is mostly criticized for its length and for it being "talky". Most of the lines were improvised and Christian bale wears an amazing disguise. This film is a very interesting fictional account on abscam. Bale and renner give great performances as does the rest of the cast.
Tom hanks gives another enthralling performance in Captain Phillips. Based on an incident that really happened and a book that the real captain Philips wrote, Paul Greengrass directs a thrilling biography.
Elysium stars more well-known stars than Neill Blomkamp's previous film District 9. Like District 9 dealt with apartheid, Elysium challenges health care and government. Don't listen to other reviews because unfortunately this film suffers comparisons to District 9.
I was looking forward to watching this film. In all honesty, I was disappointed with it. It wasn't horrible but I expected so much more from watching the trailer and looking at the cast. It's not a bad movie, but it's not great.
Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal are one of many stars in this revenge thriller. Some may not be able to stomach some of the film's more brutal moments, but it also raises the question on how far would you go to protect your loved ones.
I love all three of these films and I'm glad I got them all together at a good price. I just wish that forgetting Sarah Marshall and get him to the Greek had bonus features like role models does but it's still worth it if you get it at a good price.
This film isn't your regular Tom Cruise action flick. There's a great twist adding to the time travel element to it and ya a great film overall. Definitely underrated.
This movie wasn't horrible. It just wasn't taken. It was more like a reboot of "The Fugitive" to fit into the taken series. Could've been done better but overall, to pass the time it's not that bad.
