so many features in a fan...lol

wow....just wow is the first thing that comes to mind. The feature list of this fan is incredible: build quality is perfect and attention to detail is unlike any fan I have ever seen before. I have a Dyson animal canister vacuum that is around 7 years old and still going strong so I have confidence that this will also last.
As far as the features here's what it does. Bluetooth/WiFi (really, a fan needs Bluetooth/Wifi? lol) but the app actually works well and makes adjusting the fan and getting information super easy. The remote control can also be used to make adjustments but the app has more information. Filtration is a combination of a HEPA filter and a secondary charcoal filter, the only con for this is that the filters are non-washable so you need to purchase a new one when its time, there is a graphical monitor to let you know the condition of the each individual filter. Now comes the monitoring stuff. This fan monitors the air for particulates at 2.5 microns, 10 microns, VOCs, Nitrogen Dioxide, temperature and humidity, all this is done real time with logging for 24 hours. it actually works and is fast responding. I vape, and used it next to the fan and it immediately responded with air quality warnings and kicked up to high speed to clear the air, after it was done it changed back to the normal mode.
As far as being a fan, it has 10 speeds, 1-4 are super quiet and cant be heard, while 10 is noisy but not like a vornado. Its not as strong as a vornado but the air flow feels more like an even wall of air as opposed to a column of air coming at you. You can tilt it up or down, oscillate from 45 degrees all the way to 350 degrees. Put this in the center of a room and it will cover the whole thing. Its got a timer from 15min to 9 hours. The heater works very well and puts out a nice even warming, whats great is that you set the temperature and the fan automatically adjust speed and heat to match, once it reaches the set temp is slows down to a wisper quiet speed to maintain the temp.
In summary this is the most advanced fan I have ever seen. I never would have imagined that I needed a fan like this but until you actually use it you can't appreciate the design and features. Since using it I have changed my tune and now think that is is actually a great fan and I would recommend it. I have always walked past the Dyson fans in the store thinking who in their right mind would spend several hundred dollars on a stupid fan, after using it I can see the appeal of it.

For students and families who want classic Office apps installed on one Windows 10 PC or Mac for use at home or school. Classic 2019 versions of Office apps including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Plus, OneNote for Windows 10.

I'm so glad that Microsoft still has perpetual licenses available for their software. So many companies are going to a subscription based system and I refuse to buy into that. I've been using office 2007 since well....i'm guessing 2007 and it has been great for 11 years at one price. This new office has a lot more features and I'm still getting used to it so not as productive as of now. But knowing that the software is mine and I wont have to pay anymore for hopefully the next 10 years is awesome. I knocked off one star simply for the fact that you can only install it on one device. It would have been great if I could put it on my desktop and laptop.

Beast of a Speaker

This speaker is quite large and heavy so I wouldn't really call it an on-the-go speaker (think bowling ball) and not one that I would grab for daily use as the bulk is a disadvantage. That being said, it is easily the best sounding battery powered Bluetooth speaker I have come across. It plays loud and clear and the bass surprisingly good. It has a nice deep extension, and does not distort at high volumes. It can easily fill a room with sound and has enough power to be used in the outdoors. I did't run down the battery completely but after using it for 3 hours at around 70% volume the battery charge was still at 80% which is quite good considering the sound level.
The LED lighting gimmicks are just that.....gimmicks. luckily they can be turned off with the app. The app also has some equalizer and functions. The speaker uses google play which I don't use so I can't comment on those functions. I played around with "ok goggle" and asked a bunch of questions and it gave me quick accurate responses and seemed to recognize my speech fairly well.
One thing I don't like is the charger it comes with. it's a 12v power brick with a cylindrical type of connector, its big and a pain to bring along. The good thing is that it can also be charged with USB-C but it didn't come with the cable or adapter so you must provide your own if you go this route. I don't see why they didn't just skip the proprietary charger and simply provided a USB-C cable a adapter it would be a much more elegant solution and probably cost less.

The Ulitmate ears boom3 is a good compact size and well constructed, feels like a quality product. For it's size it plays quite loud with a good dispersed sound that can fill a room. At full volume it remains clear without distortion. The app for IOS works ok and it's nice to have the equalizer settings to adjust the sound. The docking station looks like it would be a good thing to have to make charging easier but its way too expensive for what it is.
A couple of things I'd like to see improved is the USB charger, which is micro and not USB-C, also the bass is lacking and the sound is not full to my taste. One thing I really hate is the voice prompts and sounds, it is way too loud, I could not find a way to lower the level. There is an option to turn it off but I would prefer a low level.

At first glance this speaker looks a bit strange, The speaker itself is the typical rectangular box but it has a plastic cage around it that extends about 3/4" around all four sides. This adds considerable bulk to the size, so it's not compact by any means. Upon using the speaker I have come to really like it. For outdoor use it protects the speaker and you can place it on the ground without worry. It also functions as a handle which is the best part, it's so easy to grab and take with you. Since this is also water resistant taking it outside is no problem.
I don't like the blingy flashing lights, so its a good thing that you can turn them off. The blue tooth connection is easy to pair and has very good range, I can take my phone and walk around the house and it will still play. Sound wise, I prefer to use the clear vocal off and the base enhance on for the best sound. The volume range has good separation so you can get the perfect level, even at the low settings which most speakers do not do well at. For its size it plays quite loud and clear. I'll be using this now on for my outdoor speaker as the sound quality is much better then my Fugoo. I think my Sony is the best sounding speaker, but it is a much more delicate in construction and the battery life is poor. I would recommend this for outdoor activities.

Western Digital as long been my go to brand for hard drives from the black series to the RE enterprise class drives, they have never failed on me so I'm glad to see they are finally getting into the SSD market. I hope their record for excellent service life continues on. This Blue series SSD came as a bare drive (no cables, adapters, mounts, screws) were included. Being a standard 2.5" size it was easy to install in my desktop system, I just used Velcro tape to attach it to free space. The rated speeds are 545 read/525 write and in my testing I exceeded these numbers with 562 read/534 write which was a pleasant surprise. The performance of the drive thus far has been good.

good hardware, not so much software

The camera and accessories all seem to be very well made and high quality, fit and finish is excellent. It comes with the camera, table stand, magnetic mount for ceiling, 10' weather proof USB power cable and 2A small wall wart. Instructions were minimal at best. For a non techie this would be hard to install as what instructions there were was not very good.
Setting up took me several attempts with a few emails to customer support (which was fast and excellent, actually Guardzilla has the best customer support I have ever encountered next to Apple). The app seems to be unstable and I had to get a firmware update to get the motion detector to work. Some features of the app do not work with the 360 outdoor at the moment but they said it would be updated in the coming weeks.
I tried using the camera indoors and it works perfectly, excellent picture quality, and the night vision actually works. It can see in a pitch black room. The motion sensor works very well indoors. Outdoors it does not work as well, the picture blooms from sunlit to shade areas and the motion sensor seems to only work within a few feet. As far as the 360 feature it is great, so much better then a fixed angle. You simply swipe to rotate your vision or tilt the phone in the direction you want to see. The battery life for me was poor I only got about 5 days before I had to charge it. I suppose I was playing with it more then typical as its new, so will have to wait and see if I can get the months of use that they claim. As an indoor camera this thing is great, outdoors not so much.
Once they get the app straightened out this would be a highly recommend product but for now it seems to be too buggy with it not occasionally responding. I also would like to see online accessibility so I can check the camera from a PC.

this is my 3rd ipad purchase and in every way its better. The last Ipad air I bought a few years ago, I think was around $700. the new pricing is much cheaper now. great features and great price what more could you ask for. set up was really simple using my apple account.

I returned a LG WM5680HVA top loader which I was not satisfied with for this one and couldn't be more pleased.
This is an excellent washing machine, it has lots of options that I was looking for like steam, turbo wash, and a large capacity. The wash cycle time is much better then the top loader, in some cases it is over 1 hour faster. The allergen cycle is great and clothes come out the cleanest I have ever seen. The spin cycle is very fast and items come out fairly dry. It's pretty quiet and doesn't vibrate too much. The only option I would like to have that is missing is a detergent reservoir so that I can dump a whole bottle in and not have to fill for each load. Other then that this is perfect.
The downside of this washer is the same as for all front loaders, you must wipe the door gasket and take out the dispenser drawer to dry so I was expecting that so it's not a real big deal.

I exchanged this unit for the LG WM3570HVA front loader which works much better.
I really wanted to try and like this washing machine but there are a few downsides that I could just not accept. The first is that it does not spin fast enough and the clothes do not come out as dry as a front loader. The wash cycles are also very long, using the allergen cycle with extra rinse takes 3 hours! Even the quickest cycle in turbo mode took almost an hour. It also does not wash bulky items like comforters as well as a front loader.
On the plus side it's well made and has a quality feel to it and there are lots of options like HE, steam, turbo wash, and a HUGE capacity which is why I got this in the first place.
Overall, I do not recommend this washer, front loaders are much better.

it is a cordless vacuum. you need to plug in the charging base to the wall outlet and store the vacuum on the base for it to charge. when you're using the vacuum it is not plugged in.

On the Samsung website it sates that this version has a chargeable stand. Not one that you have to drill into the wall or mount in the wall like the 75 version. Yet bestBuy dose not have it mentioned. Dose this one have the stand from Best Buy?

Are the rechargeable batteries removable?
no, they are built in and not replaceable. It charges really fast, I think a 15min charge will give you a few hours of use. but you can also use it while charging from USB-C so no downtime from work.
