Not the most impressive effects ever for that time period, but it makes up for that plenty with an interesting premise.
If you want to see the original that started it all, before the remake - definitely pick this up. Old films definitely require a particular taste.

Gets the Job Done

Useful if you need replacement batteries of this type. Mainly used for a garage door opener. They'll last quite a while as long as you keep them out of the cold.

In recent memory, this is by far one of the better less known comic series adapted for film. A great cast of actors for the characters presented, with a surprisingly fun and engaging story.
The basic Bluray edition gets the job done. Great package over all, with amazing cover art on the slip jacket to boot.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone, especially fans of 'Hero' and/or comic-film adaptations.

Simple and Decent Printer for Day-to-Day

If you're looking for an all-in-one printer that won't burn your wallet up for the initial price, this one is the ticket.
It does everything you need it to and the Wi-Fi connectivity works pretty well.
Beware though that the Printer Cartridges for this particular version are a bit limited. The ink will go fast if you need to print on a regular basis. However, for printing once a week or every week it'll last quite a bit longer.
Also keep in mind that with an Ink Jet like this you really DO need to print with it at least once a week, as one should do with any Ink Jet, to keep the nozzles from getting clogged. If you don't, cleaning it out can be a major hassle, especially with the XP-410 - the software features on it for 'nozzle cleaning' won't be enough to fix issues with it.

This is a review for the early bluray transfer for 2009 and earlier editions. The one that I had picked up originally was a Steelbook edition.
A pretty well done remaster overall with a touched up image - not a whole lot of extra's included on this particular version.
If you're looking for a 'complete' edition, the 30th Anniversary Edition is the way to go.
The movie itself is a fun romp and ultimate cult classic from the 80s. Think Sword/Sorcery in a Modern City setting. It gets goofy, but its a fun ride.

Cheap, Quality Printing Paper

Great paper for day-to-day print jobs with Ink Jets. The colors come out well on it as well.
If you're looking for something to print pictures with though, look for something that can handle it better.

My personal favorite of the Hobbit Trilogy films. Again if you're looking for a cheaper, non-super collector version, this DVD is definitely the ticket - certainly less drawn out than the extended editions. The quality is good as it gets for a DVD, certainly not as superior as the Bluray, but if you're looking to check out the film, this one should fit the bill.

Ahem. Anywho. If you're looking for a no extra frills version of The Hobbit for far cheaper than the Bluray editions get this one, especially if your hesitant on whether you may like it or not.
The film itself? Its a good decent Hobbit and Dwarf Adventure Film. Compared to the book - its veeery drawn out, but interesting nonetheless.

The crime drama's third season takes on a darker and edgier tone, as it opens with the Machine missing and completely self-governed. Root (Amy Acker) has been confined to an insane asylum but is in constant contact with the Machine, while Finch (Michael Emerson) finds himself in a position where he's no longer the Machine's sole human contact. Meanwhile, Reese (Jim Caviezel) and Shaw (Sarah Shahi) continue their work preventing crimes from happening with the help of their usual NYPD contact, Det. Fusco (Kevin Chapman); and Carter (Taraji P. Henson), who has been demoted from detective to a uniformed police officer, wages a very personal war against the corrupt police organization HR. At the same time, new threats against Team Machine come to light, including Vigilance--a watchdog group committed to exposing overreaching government surveillance methods--and Decima Technologies, who tried and failed to take control of the Machine in the previous season and are now going to extreme measures to bring another surveillance system called Samaritan online.

Person of Even More Interesting-er Season 3

Here we go - Season 3 of one of the better High-Tech Action Thriller's in recent years.
The stakes are higher for all your favorite characters as The Machine unravels. It's also, in my view, one of more shocking seasons in this series for first time viewers. Without being too spoilery - the intensity is ratcheted up to the max.
Great Bluray package overall and an ever better midway point for the series.

Amazing Show and Awesome Transfer

If you are a first time viewer of this series - I would recommend starting with Dragonball, which you can find on DVD (can also be found at Best Buy).
An excellent package for newcomers to this series and collector's alike. It almost looks like a brand new show with the touched up colors and 'clean' compared to its original TV airing. The aspect ratio is not original "full frame" (you can google this if you want a comparison), but this release does what it set out to do.
