The USB adapter is nice. I haven't tried yet but I hope it will charge my GPS and small Syma RC helicoptor which I usually charge on my laptop. I wish the outlets were turned 90degrees because some of the AC adapters will block 2 outlets due to large size, but I guess for this style of protector, they're using stacked this way.

The refill works just fine, but disappointed that $35 is now the minimum refill that Best Buy carries in-store & online. They used to have $25 and $10 t-mobile refill cards, but discontinued them in-store & online last year.

I've been using these Sonicare Essence toothbrushes for the past 10 years, and have loved how they leave my teeth so clean, but I don't love how they accumulate black stuff under the brush head if not cleaned regularly. Being screw-on, they're annoying to unscrew to dry out after every use. The snap-on brush heads stay cleaner from this perspective, but have other issues as well (see my review for the Series 2). Anyway, they all have the same 31,000 brush strokes per minute, which is the most important thing for breaking up plaque. Everything else is just cosmetic, so I just try to buy the most basic handle I need to save money.

I used many Sonicare Essence handles with the screw-on brush head for the last 10 yrs, and was always annoyed by the black stuff that accumulates under the head if not cleaned regularly. So I decided to get the 2 series instead of another Essence. I like that the brush heads are snap-on and stay very clean, but the only available brush heads are the full-size ones. I like the compact heads that are available for the Essence, but Sonicare does not make them for the snap-on. So I have to go to Amazon and find some 3rd party aftermarket ones. Just keep that in mind if you decide to switch to the Sonicare handles with snap-on heads and prefer compact brush heads.

Shipping was fast (like 2-3 days) and it came activated so I could apply the code right away to my phone. Boo to T-mobile for taxes adding almost 10% to the $30 cost (basically doubling your state tax to cover "911 fee").

Basic but good enough for us

The features I really like on this dishwasher:
- 1-hr clean cycle because I want them to be done as quickly as possible, regardless of water usage
- gray inside tub which doesn't show stains as readily as white
- silverware holder on the door, just like my previous d/w, so I knew I wanted this feature again
- no cutout holes in the middle of the racks for water sprayers, and it leaves my dishes just as clean. leaves more room for dishes. i must note that i pre-rinse my dishes of all food and most oil before putting them in.

The Canon 140IS is a good basic camera that's very light. Comparing it to my old Canon 890IS which was more than double the price and slightly heavier & bigger, it starts up quicker and takes pictures quicker than the 890IS. It also focuses on small objects better than the 890IS. It's still not great in low light, but I don't expect it to be for this price. It has a screw hole in the bottom so I can use it with my selfie-stick.

I bought the Kenmore version of this fridge but it's the same thing, just rebranded. I love that it has no icemaker which means more room in the freezer. The insides are roomy, esp. the freezer. It could use another shelf in the fridge, but i've learned to live without it. Magnets will stick to the exterior. The top has this foil cover over the door hinges, but they aren't secured so they tend to get tangled in my duster when i dust the top. I suppose I could tape them down. It does make a gurgling sound once in a while, I guess it's needed for the freezer, but I thought it was malfunctioning at first. Overall, I like it.

I'm in a valley so it is very difficult for me to receive signals. With this antenna, I can receive all the major channels except NBC and PBS which are only 10-15 miles from my home but perhaps it cannot overcome the obstacles in the valley. So it's okay for its range but I need something with a bigger range.

how do I get pics into my desk-top
The way I do it is pop out the SD card and insert it into the SD card reader on my laptop. You could probably find a cable to plug in the camera to the computer to download this way, but I found that taking out the SD card is the quickest way.
