Gus Van Sant's Oscar-winning psychological drama Good Will Hunting gets the deluxe treatment from Disney/Buena Vista. The disc offers a widescreen transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. The closed-captioned English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1. There are no subtitles on this release. Supplemental materials include a commentary track recorded by the director as well as Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, 11 deleted scenes, a making-of featurette, television promotional spots, a montage of images from Oscar night (the film captured Best Screenplay and Best Supporting Actor), and a music video. This is the definitive home video release of this well-regarded film.

This is a movie that shows two great actors at their finest. But one this to keep in mind before you watch it with your kids is that they drop the f-bomb a lot.

Doug Heffernan (played by Kevin James) is a regular guy just trying to keep up with his job as a delivery driver, stay on good terms with his wife Carrie (Leah Remini), and not go crazy dealing with his eccentric father-in-law Arthur (Jerry Stiller) in this collection of episodes from the popular television comedy series The King of Queens. The King of Queens: The Complete Third Season features 25 episodes from the show originally broadcast between 2000 and 2001; titles include "Do Rico," "Roast Chicken," "Fatty McButterpants," "Class Struggle," "Strike One," "Strike Too," "Strike Out," "Dark Meet," "Twisted Sitters," "Work Related," "Better Camera," "Wedding Presence," "Hi-Def Jam," "Paint Misbehavin'," "Deacon Blues," "Horizontal Hold," "Inner Tube," "Pappa Pill," "Package Deal," "Separation Anxiety," "Departure Time," "Swim Neighbors," "Sno Job," "Pregnant Pause, Part 1," and "Pregnant Pause, Part 2."

Miracle tells the story o the gold medal-winning 1980 U.S. Olympic hockey team, who were led by the flinty coach Herb Brooks -- portrayed in a good performance by Kurt Russell in the film. The movie is presented in an anamorphic widescreen transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 2.35:1. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1. This two-disc set is loaded with supplemental materials including a commentary track recorded by director Gavin O'Connor, editor John Gilroy, and cinematographer Daniel Stoloff. They discuss many aspects of the production including the director's decision to cast the team with people who could actually play hockey. A making-of featurette, a look at how Kurt Russell met and absorbed the nuances of Herb Brooks (who passed away shortly before the film opened in theaters), a featurette on the sound design of the film, and outtakes round out this excellent release.

This is a very well made movie of perhaps the best sports moment in U.S.A history. At that time, this win was more than just a hockey game.

Directed by Nick Cassavetes, this adaptation of author Nicholas Sparks' bestselling novel revolves around Noah Calhoun's (James Garner) regular visits to a female patron (Gena Rowlands) of an area nursing home. Rather than bore her with the inanities of everyday life, Calhoun reads from an old, faded notebook containing the sweeping account of a young couple (Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams) whose love affair was tragically put to a halt after their separation in the midst of World War II. Seven years later, the couple was reunited, and, despite having taken radically different paths, they found themselves unable to resist the call of a second chance. The Notebook also features Joan Allen, Sam Shepard, and Kevin Connolly.

IS IT WORTH PAYING SOMEONE TO CALABRATE OR TWEEK THE SETTINGS ON MY SAMSUNG 52A650 LCD

Yes!! It is very much worth it. They make your tv look the very best that it can in your setting. I would recommend anyone doing this with a tv 42" or larger.
