The Bundys are hiliarious. This season is very funny. Best Buy always has the best prices. I would definately buy this season and all the rest you will be glad you did. It is the funniest sitcom ever.
What's great about it: The Bundys the writers and the laughs
What's not so great: Not much exta features

The pièce de résistance of the late '90s hot nerd genre, She's All That comes to DVD with this release. When "chapter search" makes up 50 percent of the features, one can assume that this is a decidedly barebones disc -- and it is. Though with a music video, a widescreen 1.85:1 transfer, and an English Dolby Digital 5.1 audio track, the few components the DVD possesses are above average, and most likely all fans of the film are looking for. Still, with no subtitles or additional extras, it's impossible to call the disc anything but adequate.

Great teen movie

This is a great movie. I ordered it for my wife off of bestbuy.com. It was shipped very fast. I had never seen this movie. It is actually very good. It has everything it's funny, sad, and exciting. If you have a big heart for the underdog getting the girl ( in this case it is the girl getting the guy) you will like this movie. Freddie Prizne Jr. bets he can date any girl and make her the prom queen. They pick the nerdiest girl they can find. She turns out to be nice looking and he starts to fall in love with her, but one of his friends tell her about the bet. Thats all I'll tell you, buy this movie and enjoy it is great.
What's great about it: the story
What's not so great: nothing

Fox offers yet another excellent DTS audio transfer for Predator. During the scenes witnessed from the eyes of the alien, the rear speakers are wonderfully utilized to hear the soldiers' barely comprehensible voices. The depth of the sound field in these scenes helps to heighten the suspense of the film. The crisp DTS sounds shine during several shootout scenes, especially when all the soldiers fire at the unseen jungle for several minutes. This disc also includes a well-done 5.1-channel Dolby Digital transfer, as well as a decent 2.0-channel Dolby Surround track. The 1.85:1 widescreen anamorphic transfer on this disc is surprisingly uneven and varied. During certain scenes, the events on the screen shine with brilliance and clarity, while other portions contain large amounts of grain that hinder the overall presentation of the film. Overall, the visuals are stunning and work well, but the intermittent poor moments keep it from being an excellent transfer. This disc contains no extra features except for a brief theatrical trailer, which is presented in a full-screen format that is around VHS quality. It's nice to see a preview that gives away very little about the plot of the film. Of course, at that time, Arnold Schwarzenegger's name was enough to draw hordes of fans to a picture. The menus on this disc are amateurish and poor; in fact, they rank with some of the worst on any recent DVD.

Arnold plays a great role in this film. The battle with the Predator is worth the purchase. It is one of the better movies in the Predator series. This is a classic. It has some great battle sequences throughout the movie. It is definately worth the price.
What's great about it: Its originality

Alien vs. Predator crashes to Earth in this widescreen edition of 20th Century Fox's long-awaited intergalactic boxing match. With an anamorphic 2.35:1 widescreen image and both 5.1 Dolby and DTS tracks, the look and sound are impressive, offering a fitting presentation of the film's best qualities -- its dark photography and loud soundtrack. Extras on the disc begin with a director and actors commentary featuring Paul W.S. Anderson and his stars Lance Henriksen and Sanaa Lathan. Sadly, even if you stand by the film, you still might be annoyed at the level of praise that gets thrown around throughout the track. From Henriksen waxing Anderson's car every other second to both of them going gaga over the very un-incredible Lathan, the talk feels more like a bubbly love session than anything else. The other commentary comes from visual effects supervisor John Bruno and creature effects designers/creators Alec Gillis and Tom Woodruff Jr., and it's informative as to what effects are what, but good for little else. Not only do you have to put up with both sets of effects people competing over credit for certain shots, but there's also a bit of ego-driven babble from Gillis as he continues to hold his mantle as the official Alien actor (this being his third film in the monster's shoes). The rest of the extras begin with an extended version of the film, though don't be expecting the R-rated violent cut of the film, which Anderson was rumored to have been forced to cut down weeks before the release. Instead, you get an extended opening scene of a Predator hunting down an Antarctic colonist in 1904 that is about 90 seconds long -- and that's it. You wonder why they didn't file that just in the deleted scenes section, which isn't too much to call home about in the first place. A 22-minute making-of is also supplied, though even that is basically made up of footage already released on the web before the movie's release. Other than that, only one other feature stands out from the rest of the extras, which include a ridiculous Superbowl spot and other Fox TV trailers, and that is the gallery of Alien vs. Predator comic covers from Dark Horse Comics. With 35 covers inside the gallery, this ode to all of the various mini-series is one of the most comprehensive things on the entire disc, which in a way, sums up this entire release in a sad kind of way.

Good movie

This was a good movie. As a fan of the predator I thought they looked really cool and had some awesome new weapons. It takes 45mintues or so before the Predators arrive and the movie starts to get good. They only send three Predators to fight thousands of aleins and two of them get killed off pretty early. So as a Predator fan I was disappointed in that. I think they could made it alot better but it still is part of my collection and I love it. The action and the fighting are definatley sweet. The special effects are great you will be glad you purchased this movie
What's great about it: The battles, the weapons, and the action

It is a nice sequel to the first. The predator is my favorite. I just feel with these two big franchises Predator and Aliens they could have made a much better movie. The action and fighting is very good. The acting and the characters are not very good
What's great about it: ok sequel good action and battle scenes
What's not so great: dark and hard to see whats going on at times

Clark Griswold and his family get to celebrate the holidays in digital splendor in this DVD release of National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. The film has been transferred to disc in its original widescreen aspect ratio of 1.85:1, which has been enhanced for anamorphic playback on 16 x 9 monitors. The original English language soundtrack has been remixed in Dolby Digital 5.1, while an alternate track dubbed in French appears in Dolby Digital Mono. The movie also features optional subtitles in English, French, and Spanish. No bonus materials have been included.

Funniest Christmas Movie ever

This is the funniest Christmas movie I have ever seen. Chevy Chase is back as Clark Griswold and he is one of the funniest actors ever. He will have you laughing from start to finish in this movie. Randy Quaid is also in this movie and he is histerical as well. The story line is great and the actors work well togehter. Purchase this movie you will watch it over and over again even if it is just at Christmas time. In my opinion this is the best Vacation movie they made

nice sequel

It is a nice squel to the first young guns, but does not compare to the intrigue the first one has. Only some of the cast returns. If you like the first one it will be a nice addition to your collection. It just does not grab your attention the way the first one did. I bought it anyway I like this film.
What's great about it: Its a good sequel
What's not so great: not as good as the first

The Terminator features a wonderful 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen transfer that is remarkable for a film released back in 1984. A few specks of dirt appear on the print, but they're extremely minor and don't hinder the experience in any way. This disc includes a brand-new 5.1-channel Dolby Surround transfer that showcases a significant amount of power and depth. It also contains the original mono track, which lacks the strength of its companion but does have a balanced level of sound. This special edition of The Terminator contains an impressive collection of supplements that should please its many devout fans. The highlights are two well-done documentaries that provide plenty of background material. "Other Voices" is a comprehensive new extra that includes basically everyone involved with the film in a significant capacity. "The Terminator -- A Retrospective" features an informal conversation between James Cameron and Arnold Schwarzenegger in 1992 about their experiences making the film. The other major inclusion is seven deleted scenes that are more interesting than the usual throwaway moments. Cameron offers commentary on each cut and tries to explain why he made the deletion. There's also a large still gallery that contains numerous drawings and photographs in five categories. The most interesting section includes artwork by Cameron of his original concepts and storyboarded sequences. This disc offers fans a chance at reading Cameron's original film treatment. Written in 1982, it's very extensive and includes the basic structure for the final version. There are also several original theatrical trailers and television commercials included on this release.

Awesome Sci-fi movie

This is a classic sci-fi film. A robot from the future comes back in time to kill Sarah Conner so that John Conner can never be born to destoy the Terminators in a future battle between mankind and the Terminators. The Terminator (Arnold Schwarzanegger) is a robot with skin over the top to appear human. It is a great film and a classic. The story is cool and the action is even better. You will love this film and I would buy T2 and Terminator 3 as well you will not be disappointed
What's great about it: Arnold Schwarzanegger as the Terminator

Wes Craven's Scream became a box-office blockbuster and breathed life into the nearly dead slasher genre. This DVD of the film is an improvement over all previous editions. The disc offers a widescreen transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 2.35:1. The closed-captioned English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1. There are no subtitles on this release. Supplemental materials include a pair of commentary tracks (one from the director and another from writer Kevin Williamson), interviews with the cast and crew, theatrical trailers, television promotional spots, cast and crew profiles, making-of footage, and a special effects gallery. No matter what one thinks of the film, this is a superb DVD from Disney/Buena Vista.

Great scary movie

This is a great scary movie by Wes Craven. It is a great suspense from beginning to end and trying out to figure out who the killer is. Drew Barrymore is in this movie and does a wonderful job. The movie starts with a bang and grabs your attention from the get go. It is not a slasher movie that you are used to. It is revolutionary in the fact that is was a new kind of suspense horror film that has yet to be duplicated.
What's great about it: The drama and trying to figure out who the killer is
