Join five year-old Junior Asparagus and the crew of the U.S.S. Applepies as they boldly go where no vegetable has gone before! Can Junior and ship's engineer Scooter repair the Applepies before a giant meteor smashes it to bits?!? And what about "oddball" crew members, Jimmy and Jery Gourd? Could they possibly help? This hilarious sci-fi spoof shows kids that 'loving your neighbor' means appreciating those who are different, instead of making fun!

One of the earlier shows (#3?) but has some of the most popular songs ever.
Madame Blueberry is a new, fruity addition to the Veggie Tales ensemble of characters. In this ninth edition of the popular children's series, Madame Blueberry is a rich and vain lady who believes that more of everything is better -- even though it doesn't make her happy. After a visit to the new Stuff Mart, where she meets two selfless vegetakids, Madame Blueberry learns the true meaning of gratitude and changes her ways. Lively computer animation and positives messages make this program a good addition to the video library. Recommended for ages five to eight.

Fantastic show. The silly song was good even without Larry. It is nice to have some female characters in the story too.
Combine the values of a Sunday morning church lesson with the animated fun of Saturday morning cartoons with this release that finds everyone's favorite vegetable detective hot on the trail of the missing Golden Ruler. This is probably the show that has changed dialog in our home the most. There are more repeated phrases in this program in this program than any of the other that my husband and children quote. So funny when we are shopping and I stop off for something I want to look at, my husband hollers ,"move along," to which the children answer, "nothing to see here!" So cute! I'm glad this show had so much to add to our lives and the happiness in our lives.
Great sequel to Little Joe, though stands alone just fine. It goes through a quick recap of Little Joe so you don't have to see it as well. This one is the better of the two, I personally think.
What's great about it: everyone loves a western
What's not so great: rap silly song that's not so hot
VeggieTales consists of produce acting out humorous variations of well-known Bible stories, or stories that teach valuable lessons on how to live life. God Wants Me to Forgive Them!?!, which shows how forgiveness and compassion are qualities that should be expressed and nurtured, gets a DVD release that preserves the original aspect ratio of 1.33:1. The English soundtrack does a fine job of replicating the original English soundtrack. Supplemental materials include still production photos and animation art, trivia, and karaoke that allows people to sing along with some of the silly songs that the VeggieTales series has become known for. This is a fine release that will satisfy admirers of the series.

This must be the second show big Idea made. It has some very popular songs (like the one the palm tree sings), but unfortunately no silly song. It has early computer graphics and the early Larry voice which is just slightly irritating. Nothing like Baby Bop in Barney!

This movie is great for a little older kids ( it scared my 3 year old the first time he watched it) and it doesn't have a silly song. It has a Larry Boy theme song at the end that is quite rocky for our taste. Other than that it is a good story with a good premise.
