THE BREAKDOWN:
The Shark FlexStyle is a great all-in-one styler/dryer that does not cause heat damage to your hair. Being able to just flip from styling to drying is a breeze and saves you time.
What’s in the box: in the box you get the Shark FlexStyle Air Drying and Styling system, oval brush, paddle brush, 2 1.25’ Auto-wrap curlers, styling concentrator, Styling guide and safety/warranty information.
To access the regular hair drying feature, you rotate the top-third of the barrel so that it goes at a right angle to the handle. While it can replace a lot of your hair tools it is a still a pretty bulky package. The main barrel is 11.5 inches long before you put on any attachments. The longest attachment is the Auto-Wrap curler which is 6 inches. The power cables seem thick and long around 8 feet. So, with all of this it still takes up a lot of room in a drawer but at least you don’t have to add a hair dryer to that as well. The barrel felt really comfortable in your hand and easy to handle.
To use the attachments, you snap them in place on the barrel and they lock in. There is another switch on the back to release the attachment. The third switch is on the bottom which turns the unit on and off. There are also three buttons. One to control cool air, one the controls air flow and one that controls the temperature.
My wife and teenage girls loved the performance of this device. They believed that it dried a good constant temperature consistently. Shark states that the device measures and regulates temperatures 1,00 times per second to ensure consistent air temperature. They did state the curlers were a little difficult to use at first, but they figured out how they like to use. They have used this to keep their hair straight and curly and it really did add volume. There is also 4 heat and 3 airflow settings.

This Insignia Mag safe 4-in-1 wireless charging stand is sleek and beautiful. It charges my phone, my watch, my earbuds and my work phone all in one!
This charger is very sleek and beautiful and is well made. This stand is not some cheap plastic stand, it is actually very heavy and well made.
This charges all my devices at once and charges them fast without the need for four different power cables and plugins. The top phone charger actually tilts so you can customize the way you like your phone to set. The only downfall that I found with this device is that the fan on the top phone chargers can be heard all night while you trying to sleep. I tried using this item for several nights to see if the fan would kick itself off, but it seems to always be running.

All in one coffee system

THE BREAKDOWN:
This Ninja Espresso and Coffee Barista system has all the tools built into one! I think it stated that; is one system, maximum versatility.
This Ninja coffee system is easy to set up and use. I love the delay feature where you can set it up to brew at a specific time with the type and how much. This saves a lot of time in the morning preparing coffee for my wife and me. We switch between iced coffee and regular hot coffee all the time and it is easy to set up and forget about it until you smell it in the morning.
This Ninja system brews two different size espresso capsules, Espresso and Lungo. I know that most of us know what an espresso shot is, so the “Lungo” which means long in Italian is a less rich with more water espresso shot that takes longer to make sometimes up to a minute. For me what would have made this machine stand out is if it had its own grinder and made espresso from that rather than purchased capsules. Alas it does have an ideal temperature of around 190 degrees, and it has a 19-bar pressure system and does make an okay espresso. It also has a used capsule storage that holds up to 20 used espresso capsules.
This Ninja system also brews coffee grounds like any classic coffee maker. You can choose from 9 different brewing sizes from cup to carafe with classic or rich brew styles. This machine also makes iced coffee which is one of my wife and I’s favorite features. This system also has a fold away, built in frother for those of you who like to make that silky smooth froth.

MUST HAVE IN EVERY HOME!!!!

THE BREAKDOWN:
This Shark Cordless Pro with Clean Sense IQ is nothing short of amazing!! This is the newest release from Shark on their lightweight cordless stick vacuums. The Clean Sense IQ does a great job at recognizing dirty and boosting the power. The PowerFins Plus Brush roll has flexible fins and microfiber material that work on most surfaces. Lastly, there is a oder neutralizer technology pack built in.
Packed in the box you will get the vacuum head, shaft piece, top piece with all the vacuum parts to include the battery with charger, a duster crevice tool and a pet multi-tool.
The Clean Sense IQ is an infrared sensor that detects dirt that you can’t see at that level and automatically increases the power to give you better dirt pickup. The Clean Sense IQ indicator actually visually show you when the floor is clean. I found this to be a great feature and worked as intended.
The LED display is great. It gives you visual readouts to monitor battery, suction levels and engaging the Cleans Sense IQ. One thing to note is when you plug this in to charge you will not see it charging on the main display. You will only see the light on the battery itself. I think I would have preferred to see it on the main display.
This vacuum states 40 minutes of runtime in the standard mode. I would have to agree with that, to be honest I was pleasantly surprised at the battery life even in the Clean Sense IQ mode I was getting close to that.
The head of vacuum has a brush head that they call PowerFins Plus. This combines Powerfins (rubber fins strategically placed) with microfiber (almost like a paint roller) that does a great job on all floor types. It does great on my carpet as well as my hard wood floors.
The odor neutralizer does work as intended. I personally do not like anything I have to replace regularly and have to spend more money on.
The debris reservoir is a fairly good size in proportion to the size of this vacuum.
You also have the ability to use this as a handheld vacuum with the provided attachments. I think that is another added feature.

Comfortable but needs some work

THE BREAKDOWN:
These Sony INZONE H3 headphones are pretty comfortable, and I love the earcups. They are lightweight but have solid feel to them. The top band/crown is made of a plastic and soft faux leather material. The earcups were very comfortable and I love the fact they have the sport material instead of the normal faux leather material because the faux leather normally flakes off. I don’t see this being an issue with these earcups. The cord was a thin rubber wire that is very cheap feeling, and they do not detach from the headphones themselves. Two reasons why I don’t personally like this feature, one: if you get it caught on anything it will pull the headphones off your head, two: if the cord goes bad you have to replace the whole headphones. There is a bump on the earcup with the mic that has the volume wheel. I do like it as it is easy to find.
The headphones themselves are comfortable but did squeeze my head in the beginning. I wore them for long periods of gaming and music listening. I normally have issues at the top of head hurting after hours of use but with these they felt the same after 5 hours as they did after one. I did not have any sweat forming at the earcups which is a huge plus. The foam in the earcups assisted in the comfort.
The sound quality was just okay for these headphones with the 40mm drivers. I think the sound was kind of bland with the mids taking over the details with the 3.5mm connection. When using the USB dongle this software allows users to make your own sound profiles that saves right to the dongle then you can take it and plug it in to the PlayStation or XBOX. I was able to adjust the detail a little better with the USB dongle. Overall, for the sound I felt like the best experience was with the 3.5mm connection.
The mic worked great for me. I personally like flip to mute mics. The communication while using the 3.5mm cable was excellent and clear. The communication with the USB sounded a little on lower side compared to the 3.5mm.

Great battery life, love the color

THE BREAKDOWN:
The JLab Go Air Sport is built to be light weight and for people with active lifestyles. They are stylish with the pop of color which gives it some life rather than the standard black and white. The are pretty comfortable and come with small, medium and large ear cushions.
To get started you need to remove the plastic over the charging dots on the earpieces themselves. This particular case has the USB stowed in the back of the case, so you can just plug it in to your computer or charging block. After charging they were easy to connect. You can also just use one earbud if you wanted to. When I run, I actually like to only have one in so I can hear my surroundings. The one negative thing is that due to the nature of the over-the-ear design it makes my sunglasses sit higher on my head.
The battery life stated that you get 8+ hours out of each earbud and another 24+ hours out of the charging case. I found that I was consistently getting 7.5 hours out of the earbuds.
These earbuds are IP55 sweat resistant, and I found no issues with that. I even ran in the rain a few times with no issues resulting.
I found the earbud sound to be very good. The sound was well balanced. You even have 8 custom EQ sound settings to choose from. Making calls the mic worked great and was very clear. The touch ear controls worked as expected.

Easy to install and feature packed!

THE BREAKDOWN:
The Sensi ST55 is packed with useful features with an affordable price tag. Some of those features are voice control with Siri (Apple), Alexa (Amazon) and Google assistant, support for Apple Home kit and SmartThings platforms and has support for geofencing.
The Sensi ST55 isn’t going to win any awards for the most stylish as it is very plain looking with the classic white matte finish. It measures 3.7(Height) X 5.8(Width) X 1.0(Depth) inches. It has a monochrome LCD panel that measures 1.7(Height) X 2.7(Width) inches. To the right side of that is the menu button and up and down arrows that you use to access the settings where you can select temperature mode, configure heat and cooling pump settings, adjust fan speed, configure the WiFi and configure the humidification set points. Below the screen are 3 buttons the Mode, Fan and Schedule.
Included in the box are the thermostat, mounting base, mounting hardware, two AA batteries, wire labels, installation, and welcome guide. There is also a place in the mounting base for the batteries that is used for when the power goes out.
Installation was fairly easy. You can follow the on-screen instructions on the app or if you are well versed in the installation there are no need for instructions. To start you need to turn off the power to the unit. Then take a picture of your current wiring, remove the old thermostat, and install the new one by following the instructions. After you snap the thermostat onto the base it immediately powers up. You then open the app and the thermostat.

This thermostat performed very well in my testing. I thought there was very little lag in responding to the turning the temp up and down. I set a schedule and there were no issues, Siri voice commands and geofencing procedures worked as expected.
The thermostat uses a 2.4GHz WiFi to connect to your home network. The app works great and I felts as if the app was very intuitive and easy to follow and use.

Comfortable and affordable

THE BREAKDOWN:
These Corsair HS65 headphones are pretty comfortable, and I love the earcups. They are lightweight but have solid feel to them. The top band/crown is made of a plastic and metal. Under the top metal band is a headband strip that has padding with faux leather outer layer. The outer part of the earcups is made of plastic with a metal logo, while the earcups themselves are like a faux leather outside with a material/fabric cushions. I could not take earcup padding off the headphones. This could potentially be an issue if you ever had to change them out. I actually dropped them and both earcups flew off. The cord was a rubbery thick wire that has hardly any give to it, and they do not detach from the headphones themselves. Two reasons why I don’t personally like this feature, one: if you get it caught on anything it will pull the headphones off your head, two: if the cord goes bad you have to replace the whole headphones.

The sound quality is great for these headphones with the 50mm drivers. I think there was a good balance mid and high without a distorted bass. With the 3.5mm jack plugged it these headphones sound performance was exactly how I like it! The bass wasn’t rumbly or overbearing the highs were not super high it had the perfect balance for me. Once I plugged in the USB I felt as if the sound wasn’t as loud but it did offer the Dolby Audio 7.1 surround sound with the USB. These headphones also have a feature named, iCUE for PC and Mac. This software allows users to make there own sound profiles. You can also make profiles based on a series of questions. I found that my sound profile from the questions ended up being extremely close to the stock 3.5mm setup. You can also use the iCUE software to connect to your other Corsair products.
The mic worked great for me. I personally like flip to mute mics. The communication while using the 3.5mm cable was excellent and clear. The communication with the USB sounded a little on lower side compared to the 3.5mm.

OLED for the WIN!!

THE BREAKDOWN:
Having owned previous ASUS laptops this ASUS Zenbook Flip 2-in-1 with 15.6” OLED touch screen had expectations out of the box. Speaking of the box it was really neat how when you opened the lid it raised the laptop out of the box about an inch for you to grab. The main thing I was hoping to try out on this particular laptop was the OLED screen. Included in the box with the laptop, charging/power supply and the QR codes with a quick start guide. I started by plugging up my laptop and letting it charge. After I let it fully charge, I powered it on, the power button is a small button on the right side of the laptop not on the keyboard like I am accustomed to. The setup was quick and easy.
The OLED screen did impress! I found there was no pixilation or screen door effects. The colors were vibrant and no differences between one side of the screen to the other. The beautiful screen is accompanied with a beautiful blue body with silver accents. This thing screams high-end. The mouse/track pad is a full 5” X 3” and I found that it worked well. I also liked that there was even enough room for a number pad. The whole thing weighs in at 3.97 lbs. Not too bad. It has a HDMI port, 1 USB-A port, 2 USB-C ports, headphone jack and a micro-SD card reader. The flip/touch screen is a nice touch and lets you have the best of both worlds as you have a laptop and a tablet.
This ASUS Zenbook is packed with power. Let’s start with the Intel 12th gen core i7-12700H processor. I found this to aid in multitasking. I was zipping between projects easy and effortlessly. Next is the new Windows 11. This version of windows is redesigned, beautiful, and easy to maneuver around in. I find its like using my tablet. This laptop comes with 16GB of RAM which is sufficient for this laptop. It has 512GB PCIe SSD that works well without all the other drawbacks from the traditional drives. One thing lacking is the graphics card. This comes with an Intel Iris Xe Graphics card which is pretty budget friendly and lower quality. The Screen resolution doesn’t offer 4K but does have HD at 2880 X 1620.

Like a feather but better!!!!

THE BREAKDOWN:
I wasn’t sure what to expect with the steel series as I have never used any of there products before. I have seen there headsets and some of my friends to have and swear by the headsets so I decided to give this Aerox 9 Wireless Gaming mouse a try. Generally, I don’t really care about all the programmable lighting effects that peripherals have these days and in truth that sometime detracts me from products.
The setup was easy. I just switched the slider to Bluetooth on the mouse and went to my computer Bluetooth setting and added the device. It was simple and quick. There is also a wireless USB-C dongle method and a USB-C to USB-A cable (the length is 2 meters) method. So, in short you can connect by wired, 2.4G/Bluetooth.
This mouse is the lightest mouse I have ever used. This thing feels like a feather in your hand. It has a TrueMove Air sensor system with a sensitivity of 18,000 CPI, maximum speed of 400IPS, Maximum Acceleration 40G and a polling rate of 1,000Hz/1ms. It has 18 programmable buttons and a switch rate of 80 million cycles. It is compatible with PC, Mac, Xbox and PlayStation. I love the honeycomb shell, but I think it will catch a lot of crumbs if you eat at your desk.
So, I tested this mouse using the 1200DPI setting and found to be a great speed for me. I found that moving just a few of the buttons from the keyboard to mouse freed up some space and helped to improve my gameplay. It did take some time to learn the side thumb buttons as I only had 2 before. I felt like the responsiveness was great with all the buttons and the left and right click to be very crisp. Even the mouse wheel seems to be perfectly calibrated, not too much spin at a time and not too little. I have a fairly big hand and this mouse fits it perfectly. If you are looking for a solid wireless MMO/MOBA mouse, then this is your item!

is that machine automatic?
Yes, this machine is automatic. Once you load the whole beans or you can a scoop of ground coffee and fill the water reservoir you just select the button for which coffee you would like it to make. It automatically dumps the grounds inside. I have made several cups before I had to empty the grounds collector. Hope that helps.
