I'm glad I bought this disk. Okay they're no extras, but the show is really good. Its got this goofy silly quality that makes it fun to watch. Plus Geraint Wyn Davies( Nick Knight to Forever Knight fans) is the evil vampire Klaus.

Shadows

The cheesey shadow monster is in this volume. I really loved this creature. It looks like construction paper floating around. Nicholas Blair is also in this volume and Angelique's husband, Sky. Alot of characters die in this volume.

English soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital Stereo. Supplemental materials include interviews with the cast as well as the network employees who helped get and keep the show on the air. Jerry Lacy is back this time as Gregory Trask. Those who love his over the top performance will absolutely adore him here. He is one of the better villians. Trask works well with the spinsterish Naomi Collins.

Quentin Rules

This is evil Quentin at his best. Barnabas travels back in time in the midle of this volume. 1897 is full of gypsies, an insane recluse, and a kind servant girl. Terry Crawford gives a memorable performance as Beth Chavez.

There are alot of storylines in this volume, including the end to the Victoria Winters adventures. The children meet some ghosts in the attic and Adam has to come to turn with some past problems. There are alot of things going on so viewers should love this volume. All the actors give great performances, especially Thayer David and Jonathan Frid.

Angelique is a vampire. Barnabas falls under her power. A human Barnabas is still interesting. The pacing of the plot lines are well done. There are some great acter interviews in this volume.

Cassandra ages, Nicholas Blair arrives in town, and Sam Evans becomes blind. This set also features a touching romance between Jeff Clark and Victoria Winters. This is one of the most exciting of volumes.

Blair's best
on September 21, 2007

Nicholas Blair, Adam, and Cassandra/Angelique are the villian in this volume. Nicholas and Maggie fans will love this set. John Karlen's Willy Loomis is terrifically unhinged in these story lines.
