The best Music ever
on September 22, 2007

I love Cds that come with a booklet loaded with imformation and pictures. Lets not forget about the music. Both Quentain's theme and Josette's theme are included along with the theme song from the show. There are other treats included in the CD. This is great for any Dark Shadows fan.

The edgy comedy series Greg the Bunny -- about a foul-mouthed puppet and his adventures in children's television -- comes to DVD in this special set that collects the show's entire 13-episode run. The material on Greg the Bunny has been transferred to disc in the full-frame aspect ratio of 1.33:1, and the audio has been mastered in Dolby Digital Surround. The dialogue is in English, with optional subtitles in English and Spanish. Six of the episodes feature commentaries with members of the show's cast and creative team, while other bonuses include outtakes and deleted material, a short documentary on the making of the series, interviews with leading human Seth Green and Greg the Bunny himself, storyboard artwork, and much more.

Funny

This show was much better than the critics gave it credit for. Seth Green is funny in this disturbing tale of puppet show bussiness. There are extras such as puppet auditions and the origina of the original Greg. I really didn't expect extras in such a small box set. Its nice that this set went all out to please fans.

Dark Shadows developed a loyal following during its life on the air. This box set contains multiple episodes from the soap opera about vampire Barnabas Collins. Each episode is presented in the original broadcast aspect ratio of 1.33:1. English soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital Stereo. Supplemental materials include interviews with various people involved in the show's production. Those satisfied with other Dark Shadows collections will not be disappointed with this entry.

This contains the famous suicide of Josette Du Pres and Barnabas rises as a vampire. This is intense meladrama. Trask and Barnabas face off to determine Victoria's fate.

Finally Victoria's witch trial ends, but with a bang. The best part in this set in Victoria's dream where she reunites with Peter Bradford in 1795. She is invisible to all but him. They share a passionate kiss before he is hung. This is great drama. Eric Lang is a doctor who wishes to help Barnabas and his assistant Jeff Clark is the exact double of Peter Bradfors.

This is more slow paced than the other volumes though viewers get to see Jerry Lacy's awesome character Rev Trask. Trask is the best of the Dark Shadows villians and his talent is proven in this set. The costumes are amazing. Unfortunately Victoria's witch trail lasts too long.

Barnabas becomes an oldman, bites Carolyn, and tries to Kill Julia. An intense Volume, which is the first to introduce the time travel plot. Victoria finds herself in the year 1795. The witch Angelique is introduced in the last disc of the volume.

In addition to numerous episodes of the cult television series Dark Shadows, this disc contains a collector's postcard and interviews with cast members Jonathan Frid, Sharon Smyth, and Louis Edmonds. Each of the episodes is rendered in the original broadcast aspect ratio of 1.33:1. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital Mono. There are neither subtitles nor closed-captions on this release. This set is certainly worthwhile for fans of this enduringly popular soap opera.

Dark Shadows is breath taking an DVD. The quality is quite good and the stories are the best Television has to offer. This focuses on the begining of Barnabas and Julia's uneasy friendship. This is a great set for Grayson Hall fans.

Nothing Better

I would give this more than five stars if I could. Nothing is as fantastic as Dark Shadows. This volume has Jason in it as well as the introduction to Barnabas Collins. There is an interview section with Jonathan Frid who plays Barnabas.

This four disc set from MPI contains a wealth of episodes of the cult soap opera Dark Shadows. Each of the episodes is presented in the original broadcast aspect ratio of 1.33:1. English soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital Mono. There are neither subtitles nor closed-captions on this release. Supplemental materials include interviews with series creator Dan Curtis, and actors Alexandra Moltke, Nancy Barrett, and Dennis Patrick. This is the second set of Dark Shadows shows available. This is a superb disc for fans of the series. Those unfamiliar with Barnabas and the rest of the gang are encouraged to check out the first collection of episodes in order to fully appreciate the storyline, although newcomers will not be totally lost if they have not seen those shows.

This is the evil Barnabas time. This is the blood thristy creature who made the show fun to watch. This is also the last volume with Jason. Barnabas kills him somewhere in the middle of this set.

Few television soap operas have ascended the deliriously gothic heights as the original Dark Shadows, and now the legions of fans who have propelled the dark daytime drama into television history have a chance to witness the historic reunion of the cast, crew, and acclaimed producer Dan Curtis. From 1966 to 1971 devoted viewers eagerly awaited to see what would become of the mysterious Collinwood estate; now they can find out what happened behind the scenes as well as the folks behind Dark Shadows reminisce about some of their favorite moments and take a look back at the highlights that kept viewers coming back to this cult classic for decades after it's successful five-year run.

this is shot documentry style but its a treat to see what all the actors have been doing since the store. Jerry Lacy, John Karlen, and Kathryn Leigh Scott are reunited with their castmates. This is loaded with extras and on one single disc. This is great for Dark Shadows fans.
