One of the funniest shows from the BBC

This is one of the funniest British comedies I have ever seen. And with all four seasons in one pack it is a good deal. If you liked the show, or even just seen a couple episodes, this is worth having. Plus with commentary tracks and a few extra features makes this well worth it.
What's great about it: Hilarious

Awesome Stargate Spinoff

Being a huge fan of the Stargate SG-1 series, I was exxcited to see the spin off, Atlantis, released and then come to DVD. if you are looking at this it probably means you are a fan of the show to begin with. This makes an excellent addition to the collection of any Stargate fan.
Loaded with soecial features, and director's cometary this will give you plenty to do when watching one of the best shows on television over again.
What's great about it: High on special features
What's not so great: None

for fans of MXC

So, this set includes two DVDs with all 13 episodes of the second season. Plus a small behind these scenes recording. And that's really it. No commentary or anything with any of the episodes. The show is still great if you like it. And if you want to watch the show over and over again then the DVDs for Season2 is a good by. Otherwise, this one is probably worth skipping. Doesn't offer much of an advantage then just watching the constant reruns on Spike TV.
What's great about it: 13 MSC episodes
What's not so great: Nothing else more

For MXC Fans

This consists of the thirteen original episodes, and a few extra features. Two episodes offer commentary, which gives a nice behind the scenes look into the making and production of MXC.
So, it offers all of the first season but nothing too staggeringly more. If you like the show and can watch if over and over again, then this is for you. But for the casual fan it may not be worth the purchase. The show is still aired on TV all the time.
What's great about it: All of the first season
What's not so great: Not much else

Great for Fans

Futurama is finally back with their first movie out of four. And if you love Futurama, you will love this movie. There are a lot of in jokes and references. So fans who have seen most if not all of the original series will get most of the jokes. But some will be lost on new and casual viewers. (Though it is reported the later movies will be better for the casual viewers). That being said if you liked Futurama this DVD is a must for any collection.
There is some nice extra features, including a very entertaining Director's Commentary, with a lot of behind the scenes information. As well as a few more extras to keep this in your DVD player for a few more days.
if you loved Futurama, show your support and own this movie.
What's great about it: Futurama is Back
What's not so great: Better for long term fans of the show

Awesome purchase

If you ever liked Futurama, this is worth picking up. The second full length movie (or four) delivers where the series left off. The humor is still on point and it is some of the best quality animation I have seen.
And the special features were more then plenty. As a fan of directors commentary having so many people discussing the details of the move made for an enjoyable second viewing.
If you liked the show this should be in your DVD collection. And with plenty of special features (or a one disc movie) it is a lot of humor for the buck.
What's great about it: Extra features, Futurama
What's not so great: None

Just Episodes

If you are looking at this DVD, you probably are a fan. But as a fan I was a little disappointing with what came with this. Season 3 was 26 episodes plus the Almost Live special. This is just thirteen episodes without the Almost Live. In fact, it isn't titled "Season 3" but "Volume 3."
So, thirteen episodes of a good show, and that is about it. it does contain one episode of Takeshi's Castle for for special feature wise that is pretty much it. (Plus the Top 25 Painful Eliminations, but that is kind of a weak extra in my opinion) No commentary or anything.
So, it lacks the full season, it lacks "Almost Live" and it lacks special features. if you are a fan of the show and want to watch some episodes over and over again, get it. But if you are looking for more then what was on TV the first time, it is a definite pass.
What's great about it: It is MXC, 13 episodes of it
What's not so great: lack of Almost Live and Bonus features

when it comes to rechargeable NiMH batteries, I have tried a few different brands, and get about the same results from all of them. But it just matters how much charge they can hold. So, I usually go for the ones with the digest Milliamp-hours (mAh). And Energizer is one highest rates ones I have seen, plus it is a name brand I trust. (Though, there are some I have seen that goes up to 2500).
But to date I have yet to have ny problems with mt Energizers in my wireless mouse or camera.
What's great about it: High mAh rating, name brand
What's not so great: Can be pricey

These ear bud headphones are so comfortable you'll wonder where the music is coming from. With a cord almost 4' long, you can feel free to dance around.

Good for the price

So, I have a cat who loves to eat things. So, I was looking for a ear bud that worked well enough in the gym, but weren't an investment.
For the price you usually fine these at they sure do the job. The rubber, "gummy" ends helps it fit better, and makes a snug fit. Though if you have small ears, it can be a little tight and uncomfortable.
The sound quality isn't the best, and it doesn't really block outside sound. But I can hear my music clearly without extra static added by the ear buds.
So, if you are looking for something that will last and not be too expensive, it isn't a bad choice.
What's great about it: Inexpensive, rubber ends
What's not so great: Not the best sound quality

is there a way to use turtle beaches and a HDMI cable at the same time?

Yes! You can use the audio adapter and HDMI at the same time, and the Turtle Beach headphones come with a L/R (Red/White) adapter.

messenger kit or keyboard?

instead of buying the messenger kit for my controller can i just hook up my old keyboard via USB and use that instead? not a fan of the headset and the messenger kit so i prefer my keyboard.
You canh use standard USB keyboard to input text for Live emails and such. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work for games.

Is this possible for xbox 360?

I hav an original pro xbox 360 with hd component cables. I also have an older reciever without an hdmi output. Is it possible to get a component to hdmi converter while having my original audio cables plugged into my reciever. I want to stick with the same audio i have ( i dont want to by a whole new reciever), I simply want the better picture. Is this possible to perform, or should i just stick with what i got?
Component to HDMI isn't really an easy conversion (since it is an analog to digital transmission). While there are some adapters out there (which I cannot find on Best Buy's site), they tend to be well above the $100 range.

That and converting component to HDMI won't improve picture quality anyways. So, stick with what you got.
