This may be the best season yet. From the pending marrage of Lana and Lex to the introduction of The Green Arrow and Justice League this season has it all. Clark must transform from teenager to adult.

In past season I really liked Lex. This is the season that really starts the downward spiral of Clark and Lex's friendship. This is the turning point from best friends to moral enemies. A must see season.

The ever-growing fan base for WB's teen-Superman saga can relive the best moments of their show's first season with this handsomely presented box set. Comprising all 21 episodes, Smallville: The Complete First Season offers a crisp transfer of every segment, each presented as it was originally aired, in letterboxed format with Dolby stereo sound. Beyond that, commentary and deleted scenes are provided for two episodes: the pilot, which has comments from director David Nutter as well as the show's executive producers, Alfred Gough and Miles Millar; and "Metamorphosis," which is analyzed by Nutter and Gough. Rounding out the disc are a complement of promotional ads, an "interactive" look at the town of Smallville, a DVD-ROM link for online bonus access, and a storyboard-to-screen analysis of the pilot episode.

SUPERGREAT!!!

Superman is in many eyes the greatest of all superheros. He is almost invincable. It is hard for many to feel he is vonarable in anyway. Smallville gets around this. It is the story of Clark Kent, not Superman. The story is how does Clark Kent deal with life and how he grows to become Superman. The supporting characters help to make drama in the story. Will they find out about his powers? Will he be there to save them evertime they are in trouble? It is this conflict that makes Smallville one of the best drama's on television. Pick it up and go for the ride.

The NBC series' first season begins with the origin stories of several lonely, disconnected people who learn they're destined to become superheroes. At the center of the unfolding tale is Peter Petrelli (Milo Ventimiglia), a nurse haunted by cryptic dreams who believes he's meant to do great things with his life. Peter tries to convince his politico brother Nathan (Adrian Pasdar), who is running for the U.S. Senate, that something strange is happening to both of them, but Nathan is adamant about maintaining a low profile and keeping his personal life out of the press. Meanwhile, a Texas cheerleader (Hayden Panettiere) discovers she's completely indestructible, but she's in for an even bigger shock when she realizes her family is hiding a dark secret. Over in Los Angeles, a beat cop (Greg Grunberg) develops the ability to read minds, and an Internet stripper (Ali Larter) begins to manifest a murderous alternate personality. And in Tokyo, bored cubicle drone Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka) is desperate for the kind of adventures found in comic books and Star Trek. (In a sly in-joke, Hiro's father shows up later in the season and is portrayed by Star Trek alum George Takei.) Hiro's wish is miraculously granted when he develops the ability to travel through time and space, teleporting himself instantly from a Tokyo subway to Times Square. But Hiro's elation quickly turns to fear when he witnesses a nuclear explosion lay waste to New York City. Upon teleporting home, he realizes he's just seen a glimpse of a catastrophe that will happen in a few weeks unless he can stop it. Heroes from across the globe gradually meet up and form alliances as they try to prevent the nuclear attack and fight back against a shadowy, superpowered serial killer known as Sylar (Zachary Quinto), who is able to murder the would-be superheroes and steal their abilities in the process.

I recently purchesed this show on DVD cause I heard it was really good. I have not been disappointed. I dont know if I will watch it on tv because I watch alot of other shows and will keep this as my summer DVD show. The story is about people who have started to develop powers such as flying or time travel, think X-men. It is a story about not only the power but self discovery of the way these people deal with these powers.

Fun Shooter Lame Ending
on September 13, 2007

The graphics and sound in this game were some of the best I have seen. I enjoyed having to figure out a way to control your team and get into rooms and take out a number of guys quickly before they kill the hostages. The number of guys and how they move was challenging and made this game fun. The storys ending was a little lame and could have been better.

When I bought my 360 I went and rented some games to play with it. Call of Duty 2 came with the system. I found myself playing this game more then the two I rented. It was a good game. It really showed the graphics the 360 had. I recommend atleast trying this game out.

why does Xbox live cost so much and why doesn't Playstation live cost nothing

Xbox Live Silver packs are free. This gets you online and allows for updates on games. Xbox Live Gold packs are what cost money. You are granted access to alot of really great features. The most notable one is a friends list. You will have a list of the people that you like to play with and can see what they are playing or if they are on so you can get into the same games. You also have access to videos that are like little shows that help you with achievements, show upcoming games, etc. They also have downloads for game demos, previews and many other great features. Have seen both and the money is really worth it if you go online alot.

xbox live / xbox pro

Is the xbox live the same thing as the xbox pro?
Hi J's mom. Xbox Live and Pro are not the same thing. Xbox Live is the internet service that Xbox provides. There are two types of accounts for Xbox Live, Gold and Silver. Silver is free to anyone who wants to go online but it is very limited. Gold has to be paid for. You can get different plans depending on what you want to get and this gives you access to alot of features. The main one is a friends list where you can chat with friends online and play games with them. You can also access downloadable content for games and download older games (all do cost though).
Xbox Pro is just a counsel. There are a few different ones. The Xbox pro is the most popular and comes with everything that you would need to start playing right out of the box. There is a Xbox arcade but that does not come with a harddrive so it is hard to save games or even get online and use Xbox Live. There also is an elite that comes with a hard drive with more space and an HDMI hookup for TV's that support that.
Hopefully I answered your question.
