This thing is awesome

I'm not a diet freak but this definitely helps me accommodate a more healthy style of eating. I don't generally like to eat things like strawberries and blueberries. I don't like the texture of strawberries and blueberries are just something I don't normally eat. When I put them all together, it provides a tasty snack that fills me up and is healthy. I also put many other fruits together that give me a healthy snack.
This kit comes with many containers that I find not useful at the moment. It cleans up so nicely with just running water that I don't need to use the other containers. This is if you clean the containers and Bullet base immediately after use. It comes with a book that has lots of nutritious recipes. I don't use this either. I generally know what nutrients I want and what has it in it so I buy those things and blend them together with either juice or muscle milk after workouts. It's great.

Provides great clarity but is vulnerable to keys

When I first applied the screen protector, I was amazed with how clear my screen on my iPhone 6 Plus appeared. It looked wonderful. This is how I felt until I carried my iPhone 6 Plus in my pocket with my keys. My keys were able to scratch and chip the screen protector around the screen protector's edges. This caused me to stop carrying my keys and phone in the same pocket. Other than that, I'm still happy with it. I hope the scratching problem is realized and solution implemented for future designs though.

Allows better use of your device while its chargin

There is nothing special, other than price, about this apple cable other than the length. I find the extra length more advantageous than the standard cable that comes with Apple devices. It makes it easier to charge my phone or iPad and use it while sitting or lying in bed. The price goes with out saying. I will say it though. It's Apple, therefore it's expensive.

A must is you have a iPhone 6 Plus

This charger is intended for Apple's iPads but when used with iPhones or iPods they give you the added benefit of lesser charge time. I bought an extra one for my iPhone 6 Plus after I got frustrated with how long my 6 Plus took to charge with the smaller 5W Apple charger it comes with. The 6 Plus has a larger battery capacity compared with the smaller 6, 5s, 4s, and so on. Therefore it takes longer to charge. It makes a lot of sense to by the faster charger for the iPhone 6 Plus to decrease charge time. Very happy with this purchase for that reason.

Love the larger screen
on January 10, 2015
Posted by: setupman
from Pensacola, FL
The iPhone 6 plus was long overdue but its arrival to the market is very welcomed. I came from an iPhone 5s to the 6 Plus and was not disappointed. I was worried initially the 6 plus would pose a logistics problem with carrying it. I just adjusted how I carried other things like keys, wallet, and a pocket knife and I have no problems. That being said, there is hardly any difference in operation between the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus nor from previous models when considering.
I love the larger screen. It is leaps and bounds better to me than my previous 5s. I can't believe I was satisfied for so long with that small of a screen. I'm now able to watch videos a lot easier on the 1080p display. I can also type with two hands holding the phone in the traditional manner. If you rotate the phone the nontraditional way while ,typing in some apps, a larger keyboard appears with more keys for more typing input options. I love that. There is also a preview window that appears adjacent to the keyboard when you rotate the phone in the nontraditional manner during emails and test messages. This is cool because you can see who you want to respond to and who you don't want to respond to. If you want to respond then you simply just select that message and begin typing on the enhanced keyboard. This feature is lost on the iPhone 6.
All in all, I just enjoy reading more on the 6 Plus. Verbiage is larger on webpages, documents, and in apps which is a big plus to me if you can deal with the larger phone. Everything is easier to see.
The downside to the phone is that it is more difficult to perform one handed operations on the 6 Plus. The regular iPhone 6 beats the 6 Plus in spades in this category. Apple tries to account for this by letting you double tap the home button/finger print scanner dropping the top of the screen down more in reach for one handed use. This helps but it is still a little difficult even with this feature. I still prefer it over the regular 6 though.
I don't regret going to the 6 plus. I look at 4s and 5s now and can't understand my content with those devices. If you can deal with the logistics of carrying a larger smart phone, I would most definitely recommend the iPhone 6 Plus over the iPhone 6.

The Supercup is Rock Solid

I use Escort's supercup with my 9500IX. This thing rocks. It does not move when properly placed on the windshield correctly. I love it. It is leaps and bounds better than provided suction cups. Its easy to put on and take off. Once you put it on, it will stay on. It allows the radar detector to have minimal bounce but mostly the detector is still and stable. You do not have to worry about your detector falling from the windshield at random while you are driving. I did have my supercup fall of the windshiled after my car sat in the hot sun for months without me driving it. I think it was the sun that caused it to fall. I haven't had that problem since I have been driving my car on a regular basis. I just cleaned the supercup and my windshield with rubbing alcohol and I was back in buisness. I would recommend this item to anybody at the time of purchase of any Escort radar system.
What's great about it: Rock Solid
What's not so great: Need more than one for multiple cars

Most Innovative Radar Detector on the Market
on February 20, 2011
Posted by: setupman
from Pensacola, FL
The 9500IX is in a league of own period. There is no other dedicated radar detector on the market that provides the list of features as the 9500IX does with the performance. The 9500IX’s advantage of other existing radar detectors is all because it employs GPS technology in companionship with radar detector technology. This enables the 9500IX to lock out false signals, give speed readings, and mark red light camera and speed trap locations. These new tools are valuable assets in helping determine when a true threat is present. In addition to GPS, Escort provides a database of known red light cameras and speed traps which is frequently updated. The 9500IX has new innovative features that aren’t found on other radar detectors. It also has standard features that are found on a lot of other radar detectors like digital signal processing or DSP. This is a must when choosing a radar detector as it is vital in processing signals and determining the validity of the signal being a threat or not. In short, the better the DSP the fewer falses you will get.
My experience with the 9500IX has been exceptional. The range on the 9500IX, which is probably the most important thing, is great. I was able to pick up true threat radar signals sometimes from miles away. This was mostly over mostly straight level highway. The 9500IX also does well finding radar signals originating from around curves. The distance is not as great but it is still sufficient enough to correct speed if need be. Detecting radar signals over hills, I find to be good but if the hills are very deep, you may not get a warning till you are pretty close to the origin of the signal. The GPS feature is a franchise player in the making. It provides big time assistance in determining real threats by blocking out false signals. The signals can either be locked out manually or by the system itself if you pass by a false signals three times. This is specifically helpful when you travel a stretch of road a lot. The 9500IX will eventually store all the false signals present alone the road or highway and you will be able to drive more confidently knowing that any signals you receive after the 9500IX has stored all the false signals will be real threats. I also got a chance to test the embedded database of red light cameras while driving through Montgomery, Al. This works. I was alerted to intersections with red light cameras and was able to find the cameras to confirm they were there. So far, I haven’t gotten any false alarms for red light cameras either. The ability to mark locations is nice too. The stretch of interstate I travel to work every day is about 30 miles and is patrolled regularly. There is one location which is used a lot to run radar but not all the time. I was able to mark this location with the 9500IX which helps at night when you don’t know exactly where you are on the highway because it is dark.
The database for the 9500IX is very easy to update. You just go to Escort’s website and download the software you will need to connect to the 9500IX with your PC. The software is easy to use and will merge any datapoints your 9500IX has with Escort’s database update. You will need to register your 9500IX with Escort to do this though. The software will also let you change the settings from your PC instead of using interface of the 9500IX while in your vehicle if you like too.
I have nothing but good things to say about to the 9500IX. I would recommend this radar detector to anyone who is in the market for one. The 9500IX is not just about aiding someone in speeding but making drivers aware of their surroundings such as red light cameras and speed traps as well as the traditional radar threat. The only real drawback to the 9500IX is its price. The price can make you cringe and select another radar detector. That can be a mistake as the 9500IX can pay for itself very quickly with all of its usefulness.
What's great about it: GPS Intergration
What's not so great: Price

Excellent radar detector
on June 21, 2010

from Pensacola, FL
I purchased this radar detector more than a week ago. During my use, I was very impressed with the X50's performance. I was particularly impressed with its range during ideal sitiuations, i.e. long open roads. I was able to detect LEO's radar from more than a mile away as stated by many other reviews. The X50 also does well when radar signals originate from around curves. The X50 didn't detect around curves more than a mile away but still gave enough warning to adjust speed. It did o.k. with hills also. The only thing I would be careful with is hills that are very deep. Deep hills do not allow signasl to travel as far thus the X50 may not alert fast enough to adjust speed.
City driving is the most negative experience you may have with the X50. The X50 excels at highway and interstate driving, however, the X50 is still very supceptible to false alerts when driving around urban scenes. Areas with high levels of shopping oriented buisnesses are the worst areas for the X50 or any detector for that matter, although I would suspect the X50 does better than a lot of other radar detectors. These areas are littered with alarms and automated door openers and cause havic with the X50.
The X50 has some neat features that I haven't expierenced with other detectors. The X50 is programmable allowing the user to taylor its behavior and how it displays information. My preference was auto mute off with spec display on. You can also turn off X band which is not widely used by LEO. There are three types of city modes that allow you to run city mode with X band, LoX, and normal. There is also a POP mode that is off by default. I found the POP mode to cause some false alerts and resorted to leaving it off. The X50 utilizes digital signal processing or DSP. This is a way of analzing signals to determines its validity as a legit threat. I would not by any radar detector without this feature.
All in All, I was very impressed with the X50's performance. I was able to take it on a road trip Father's Day weekend where it more than paid for itself. Didn't really detect a lot of activity going but coming back I encountered a lot of action. I was able to make it back home without being pulled over, driving at what "I considered" to be decent speeds. My only gripe is the X50's tendency to false alert in urban areas. For this reason I decided to return the X50 and shell out the extra money for the Escort Passport 9500IX. The 9500IX is basically the same radar detector as the X50 but with the addtion of GPS. The 9500IX has the capability of locking out false alerts which is the main reason I decided to return the X50 and buy the 9500IX.
Even though I returned the X50, I would still recommend it. It is an excellent radar detector that may be getting a little long in the tooth. There are other radar detectors that have the same performance with the addition of new innovative features like GPS (9500IX). If you don't want to spend a whole lot of money but still want excellent performance, this is the radar detector for you. I wouldn't take anything from it, on the highway that is.
What's great about it: Excellent range, Programmable, Digital signal processing
What's not so great: Falses in urban shopping areas
