Great PC Gaming Headset!

The Logitech G635 is a gaming headset that is designed with PC gamers in mind.
The headset is comfortable and can be worn for extended play sessions. The design is slightly bulky, but not a major complaint.
The headset connects to your gaming device either through a USB or 3.5mm cable. Most of the features of this headset require the use of the USB cable. The 7.1 surround sound, microphone mute and volume control buttons, as well as the 3 programmable buttons all need the USB connection to function at all. Unfortunately, this means that while using the 3.5mm cable as the connection on the Xbox and PS4 controllers and the Nintendo Switch system itself, you lose access to these features. So while playing on console, you get a fairly bare bones experience. The sound is good, but lacking when missing the surround sound, and the inability to mute your microphone or change the volume can be frustrating. Which is why I say this is probably best suited for PC gamers who will be using the USB connector.
I highly recommend it as a mid-range gaming headset. If you plan on using this primarily via 3.5mm cable for console gaming, just know that you will be giving up most of the advertised features of the headset.

Whoa Baby This Is Neat!

The Nanit is exactly why I choose to come to Best Buy! I know there are cameras for rooms out there and sleep monitors but nothing like this!
It is minimal and not fussy but still seeks to accomplish all that a baby mobile would. It plays nature sounds (white noise is my favorite), has a night vision camera pointing in to the crib, a night light and more.
The app is super intuitive and it senses the perimeter of the crib so it can detect the baby’s motion.
The downfall is there are other features you can unlock through a subscription of the app which is a bummer because it is so neat. As new parents unlocking the many features feels like a tease which wasn’t fun.
Overall can’t wait to see the baby in action. It’s so nice to have something discrete that compliments the room! Must have for new parents!

4K With Amazing Clarity and Fun to Use!

I live near an awesome river and visit a beach nearby my area annually. The Power Ray is definitely for a specific person and a gadget for someone who loves drones, photography and water activities. It is for sure a conversation piece since it resembles a mini spaceship and it comes in its own rolling suitcase which has padded slots for every part of the equipment from VR goggles, Power Ray, remote, wires, and more.
If you get this I suggest tossing in a microfiber cloth for cleaning after you are done playing. We took ours to the river where our dogs were playing which also has crystal clear water. It sparked interest from nearby swimmers which was funny to explain because we were as much in awe as they were. Paired with the VR goggles it was much easier to maneuver in the water with the sun out. It took some getting used to but once I played with the remote it was quick to get the hang of. Under water grass did get sucked into the fans but the Vision+ app lets you know so that you can grab the drove and remove debris.
The actual quality of footage and pictures was amazing and the headlights on the drone help with clarity. I was very skeptical at first that the Power Ray might be all talk but I am glad to say that the pictures and video footage as I explored the riverbed was very cool! Lots of people lose jewelry down by the mouth of the river and I can see this being a fun weekend treasure hunt for me and my family (I’ve lost so many pairs of sunglasses tubing on the river)!

Bigger is Better, Lighter is Everything!

So I've given myself a few days with my laptop and I have to say "I LOVE IT!" I said "bigger is better", because the screen is beyond other laptops I've had. I am pretty sure it's the more square design as opposed to rectangular like others that make the landscape of the screen amazing. It honestly feels like the iMax of laptops.
It is coined the Gram for a reason and at first when I was handling it I felt like I had a children's toy in my hand because it was too light to be real so this is going to do so well in my work bag. My current tablet is heavier than this so I am already so happy about my LG Gram.
I opted for the laptop and not the tablet because I've had a touch screen laptop and it just didn't work for my needs, I am dismayed that when I ran my audio test it is not up to par with my previous laptops. Unfortunately design wise, LG decided to put the speakers below the laptop so everything is muffled. I know that ideally this should be on a table but that isn't always the case. Honestly though, I never work and play music on speakers, I am always wearing my noise cancelling headphones.
LG did bring in some cool applications likes their photo/video editing software which works with my 4K gimbal camera! I am enamored with the screen and clarity of the pictures.
As a fan of art Windows has their CAS app which finds art near you where you can use it as a background. Little surprises like this nestled in a laptop are always a win for me!
Overall a great laptop and the battery lasts a long time! I can wear a laptop out with all the multi tasking I do but this Gram holds up and really surprised me with how long it lasts. It really stays in stride with me!

There are health labels and suggestions on food products but sometimes food looks so good and you don’t know what’s in it!
Well the Nima detects gluten and works like this: insert a piece of food in a capsule, set capsule in Nima reader, it does its sorcery and when it’s done if there isn’t any gluten your Nima smiles back at you!
I’d say that is efficient and snazzy if anything but you can also use data from the application and see restaurants that are gluten free.
This is going to come in handy for people who have allergies to gluten because they won’t be hindered by the inability to try something for the fear of gluten. They can just test it on the spot!
I’m glad something like the Nima exists because it expands the horizons for people who live within a limit of gluten free diets.
Last thing is it is small enough to fit in your pocket or and it’s a conversation starter for sure! It happens at restaurants that I’ve tested so far! Hope this helps you!

Help When I Didn’t Know Where to Look

My grandma has diabetes and for all of us in the family it gets harder and harder to be able to help her from a distance.
The Dario is so compact it is going to fit in her bag everywhere she goes. Setup was pretty simple, and showing her the app was just as easy.
I was so at ease to find out that information from the Dario monitor can be shared with family and with her physicians.
In her older age she forgets a lot but she knows she has to monitor her health and so the fact that this helps track her health it goes above and beyond, leaps and bounds!
Pricking herself isn’t fun at all but it is good to know that she’ll be able to see when she checked herself last.
Technologically it is savvy, compact, easy to store and sleek looking.
Also, she mentioned it feels good to be the cool granny with a blood monitor that doesn’t scare little ones or hinder what fits in her bag.

The holidays are peak season for traveling and between my GPS (which requires a lighter outlet), phone charger and the dash cam I’m disappointed about the lack of dynamic of the camera.
Unfortunately the device itself feels cheap and looks poorly built. In my picture you’ll see an attempt to paint a button black but the light shines through.
The video resolution is also super poor quality and the screen on the device isn’t very clear.
Lastly the device only works if it is plugged in. So in regards to charging ports you have to prioritize your car ride.
I really wish this had better features.

Nifty and Sleek Scanner

So my review is easy to sum up the device because I just purchased a new home which requires tracking lots of paperwork and receipts!
I was in awe to find out it scanned wireless! I have literally sat in my car, scanned a receipt in the parking lot and sorted it to a home folder so that I could not have to worry about my receipt.
The scanner can be wired to a computer or wireless and the computer and phone are detected on the scanner.
The Epson software is dated but I anticipate that Epson will step their game up. This scanner is about the size of candy bar and the length of a ruler.
I know it is passed the holidays but for the person on the go or students this is a cool gift that no one would expect would be so useful!
Last night I was able to watch tv on the couch while sorting paperwork on my lap and using my phone to scan them!
I feel super excited about a tool like this but I am excited about what people dream up to make life so easy.

I got this to pair with my Google Home and then I thought this is easily the best “fill in the blank” gift ever. Whether it is a college grad or my next big holiday.
The set up was crazy easy and it integrates easily with other Google products.
The GE lights don’t have color variation but they do dim quite beautifully and accent my gray walls.
I love that I can just ask Google to dim the lights or turn them so that I can read.
It brings a warm and inviting feeling to my family just knowing we can ask Google to help with lights when we are too cold to leave our beds.
I’ve already added two other lights to the home and plan on adding more!

Great and Pired with Lots of Options

So the holidays have come quick and I’ve had some time with my system.
Overalll it has good range and it does well with heavy duty work.
So far I’ve whipped up some Iced Hot Chocolate Bourbon drinks, made some amazing Gnnochi Soup, and chopped all my veggies with the food processor.
I’ve had a Ninja before so it met my expectations and more.
I’m still learning to use the vacuum technology so I can master smoothies after the gym but the colors are neat.
My favorite part is that storing my system is symple and easy to clean unlike conventional blenders.
Oh and a side note, since it detects which vessel you’re using it makes the usability super easy that my family easily jumped in to help without adding confusion and slowing down cooking!
