Telling the thrilling tale of what the Star Trek universe was like 100 years before the time of Captain Kirk, the first season of the fifth Star Trek television series -- Star Trek: Enterprise -- comes to DVD in this excellent box set. The focus of the set are the season's 24 episodes, which are spread out over seven discs and presented in a gorgeous 1.78:1 letterboxed widescreen format. While the set's Dolby Digital 2.0 surround sound audio mix is impressive, it just isn't quite as jaw-dropping and speaker-rocking as were the mixes on some of Paramount's previous Star Trek sets. The season itself, while still suffering from the same awkward problems all recent Trek series' first seasons have faced, contains some highlight episodes. The exceptional "The Andorian Incident" not only reintroduces the fan-favorite, original-series Andorian aliens, but brings in scene-stealing actor Jeffrey Combs as the main alien, Shran. The series' feature-quality two-hour pilot episode, "Broken Bow," features a candid audio commentary track with series creators Brannon Braga and Rick Berman. Braga and Berman openly discuss the problems they ran into with Star Trek's extremely dedicated fans over their use of Trek history and explore their feelings on how Enterprise turned out in the end. Now notorious for being the only recent Star Trek series to be canceled, this first season introduced many plot threads that, sadly, never went anywhere during the show's four-year run. Despite any flaws, this first season of Enterprise does an outstanding job introducing Captain Archer (Scott Bakula) and his crew of shipmates. The set's bonus-feature-packed seventh disc offers a memorable collection of featurettes that will likely send fans into warp 11. Things kick off with a healthy dose of 16 deleted scenes from episodes across the season. A nine-minute light-hearted outtakes reel follows and leads into a series of behind-the-scenes documentaries. From the creation of the series to a touching profile of Scott Bakula and a guided tour of the show's Shuttlepod One, these are featurettes made with the fan in mind. Hidden DVD Easter eggs reveal more talks with actors, including a look at the actress behind the stern Vulcan T'Pol, Jolene Blalock. While more audio commentaries by the series' cast and slightly more in-depth featurettes would have been nice, this DVD set remains a solid release for an introduction to a vastly under-appreciated series.

This is my favorite "Trek" series. See how it all started with tension between Human and Vulcans. See how the federation encountered other species which appeared in the original Kirk series. Fun, exciting. Good stuff.
What's great about it: Action packed, intriguing story

The second chapter in the "Bourne Trilogy," based on Robert Ludlum's best-selling espionage novels, reaches the screen in this sequel to the 2002 thriller The Bourne Identity. Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) has abandoned his life as a CIA assassin and has been traveling beneath the agency's radar, eventually reconnecting with Marie Kreutz (Franka Potente), the woman he loves. But Bourne is haunted by vivid dreams and troubling memories of his days as a killer, and he's not certain how much really happened and how much is a product of his imagination. When Bourne is led out of hiding by circumstances beyond his control, he must reconcile his past and present as he struggles to keep Marie out of harm's way and foil an international incident with dangerous consequences. The Bourne Supremacy also features Joan Allen as one of Webb's superiors, while Julia Stiles and Brian Cox reprise their roles as intelligence agents from the first film.

The ever-growing fan base for WB's teen-Superman saga can relive the best moments of their show's first season with this handsomely presented box set. Comprising all 21 episodes, Smallville: The Complete First Season offers a crisp transfer of every segment, each presented as it was originally aired, in letterboxed format with Dolby stereo sound. Beyond that, commentary and deleted scenes are provided for two episodes: the pilot, which has comments from director David Nutter as well as the show's executive producers, Alfred Gough and Miles Millar; and "Metamorphosis," which is analyzed by Nutter and Gough. Rounding out the disc are a complement of promotional ads, an "interactive" look at the town of Smallville, a DVD-ROM link for online bonus access, and a storyboard-to-screen analysis of the pilot episode.

After using this product for 8 months, here is my quick pros and cons:
Pros: provides buttons for media player, assignable buttons for different programs, it typed fine.
Cons: Wrist is aligned at unnatural angle, software slows down my Mac, takes up a lot of room on my desk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

View files or videos in custom positions with this HP Envy x360 laptop. The hinge lets you lay the computer flat, fold it for use as a tablet or prop the screen at angles to enhance your viewing experience. When you aren't streaming videos on this HP Envy x360 laptop, convert it to a traditional position for standard keyboarding action.

Can you tell me what type and size the screws in the bottom of the case are? The manual from HP references phillips at these locations but mine clearly are not phillips. I would guess nut, torx or star but I tried very small allen heads with no luck.

You will need DDR3L chips. The system has 2 slots, but very difficult to access them. Don't try unless you know what you are doing.

WEI Index

Hello, I was curious on the Windows Experience Index scores were on the Acer. I tried to find out at the store, but they didn't have any on display for me to check.
Windows 8.1 seem to have removed this feature.

Memory

How many ram slot are currently used by the system ?

There are two 2gb ram in two slot ?
According to the videos that I have seen on the internet, it has 2 slots. However, they are difficult to get at. You will have to remove 18 screws at the bottom of the laptop, pry open the keyboard area, take out the logic board to get access to the memory slots which is on the underneath side of the logic board.
