Easy to use and works well

Nothing beats a good hot pack on sore or aching muscles, so the idea of something I could use for a hot and cold pack forever was really interesting and I will say this doesn't disappoint.
Therbody makes really high quality products and that includes this hot cold pack. It feels sturdy and really well made. All of my other therbody products have lasted a long time and I have no doubt this will too.
In the box you get the device, two straps of different sizes for your back vs arm or leg and the charging cable. Overall there isn't too much to the product, which is actually a good thing.
Using the device is dead simple. Hold the hot or cold button to turn it on and then adjust to one of three intensity settings. I was shocked when the device heated up or cooled off almost immediately. It can get pretty hot and icy cold as well. The blue metal pad is fairly large and provides nice even heat or cold to where ever you place the device.
The fan is kind of loud. I'd compare it to a laptop fan on full blast. So don't expect to be silent while using this thing. But that's really the only negative I see to this product.
Overall it works perfectly. Heats up and stays hot. Cools down and stays cold. It fits comfortably on my arms and back and does so without being overly complicated. In a world of complex gadgets, it's nice to find something that works simply, feels high tech, without needing an app or all kinds of craziness to use.

I've always loved my DJI mavic for its ability to take amazing footage and float through the air at perspectives I've never seen before so I figured I'd really like the Avata, but wow I had no idea what an fpv drone could do and just how much fun they could be.
The drone itself is incredibly small and light weight. It feels sturdy and the built in propeller gaurds have already saved me a few times. This thing is made to go fast and can take a little beating along the way.
The battery life is ok. 18 minutes of flight time. Definitely less than my bigger drone but I guess this might be on par with other fpv drones.
The goggle V2 are really cool and such a fun way to pilot a drone. The quality is not quite as good as some of the vr googles you may have tried, but they are easily enough to get going and provide a completely different way of experiencing flight. It really is the coolest way to pilot a drone.
The motion controller is interesting, I'm not sure if I love it or not. It's somewhat difficult to get the hang of and for so.e reason I feel like I'd have more control with a traditional controller. Though I'm not sure how much of that has to do with what I expect the drone to be able to maneuver vs what is actually possible.
Overall it's a great package to get into the world of fpv without needing to build your own drone. It flys really well and is able to get really cool fpv shots along the way.

LInksys is the master of Wifi and this setup proves it. The Velop Pro 7 is a Wifi powerhouse. I offers everything you could ask for in a router; The newest Wifi standard, blazing fast speeds, rock solid connectivity, and great coverage.
What you get:
In the box you get 3 satellites and an ethernet cable, dead simple. These nodes feel very solid and aren't too big or obtrusive. They have a very sleek profile that wouldn't stand out on a table like some of the more antenna heavy routers. The white cylinder design does well to blend into the background.

Each node has a WAN port for connecting to the internet (only needed for which ever node you use as the parent) and then 4 LAN ports to connect devices directly to the nodes. I really like having LAN ports on every node. It means I can connect hardwired devices at various places in my home and don't have to have a giant cabinet full of ethernet switches and devices.
Setup:
Setup is relatively simple. The Linksys App walks you through naming your network and does the rest of the work for you. All you have to do is plug in the parent node, connect it to the modem via ethernet and then plug in the child nodes. Linksys will automatically detect the devices and set up your mesh network for you. There is very little if any configuring that needs to be done.

In Practice:
I live in a 2900 square foot home and with two nodes downstairs and one node upstairs I have had no trouble getting lightning fast speeds anywhere in my house or even in my backyard. The coverage is amazing.

Overall, if you are willing to drop the cash on a high end wifi setup, this is the way to go. You'll get all the coverage and speed you need along with a future proof wifi standard.

There are a lot of different options now when it comes to infant vitals monitoring. I’ve tried most at this point and this one does rank somewhere close to the top. It provides some of the best vitals monitoring that’s available for babies, but there are some short comings that you should consider before buying.
Setting the boot and camera up wasn’t super easy, figuring out where to mount the camera, finding a relatively unknown app in the App Store and getting everything together did take some time. But once it was all done, all I needed to do was strap the boot on for a nights sleep.
If your main focus here is on the vitals boot, then I think you’ll like it. It has all the vitals sensors you’d want, pulse ox, temp, air quality, etc. from practice all seem to work pretty well. Though remember this is a first gen product so there were some quirks with connections and odd notifications during my use. But overall I was able to see all my babies vitals any time I wanted to see them.
Now the camera… it’s not great. At this price range there are a lot of other cameras that work way better than this one. Both baby monitors and normal security cameras that can be repurposed. The video quality is not good and the night vision is unreliable. If the camera is a big need I’d consider a supplemental device for that.
Overall I do really like the setup and think I’ll continue to use it and how that the camera can be improved with future software updates.

Great Self Monitoring with no monthly fee

The home security camera market has become flooded with so many options that it really is hard to find which one will work the best for you. There are tons of things to consider, does it require a monthly fee? Is there an app accessible outside the home network, does it integrate with other products, and above all does it record video well. These Night Owl cameras might not check every box but they do provide some great features that may make it perfect for you.
The main selling point here is the local storage and wireless setup. So right off the bat, no monthly fee! all your video can be stored locally on the included hard drive, which you just don't get with some of the other wifi based cameras. On top of that this is one of the only hard drive based camera setups I've seen that doesn't require you to run ethernet cables all over your house to reach each camera. This really made the set up a breeze. All I needed to worry about was finding a power outlet close by so I could power the camera.
So the main focus, video quality. It is great. Using the app I can see that it recorded video very clearly in both day and night and since 6 cameras were included I had plenty of sight into all areas around my house. The light on each camera also doubled in lighting up the video and acting as a security light.
Now the software side of the house is a bit lacking. The app and integrations aren't as built out as you may see from some of the big name tech names in the camera space. But given the focus here on self monitoring and easy of use, I can see where that might not be the biggest focus for the target market for these cameras.
Overall I'm very impressed with how well these cameras perform and the ability to self monitor my video feed without worrying about paying a monthly fee to get the full use of the product. Would recommend.

I've owned several Anker headphones and can say I've never really been disappointed. At any price point they always seem to hit the spot on great quality headphones.
These Anker buds are no exception. Right from opening the box these buds come in a really well built case that fits great in your pocket. The cases spring loaded lid opens great to easily get to the two solid feeling buds.
The buds themselves feel great. The different sized rubber tips make the buds a perfect fit for just about any ear. I wore these for extended periods and never felt any ear fatigue. Being extremely light and ergonomic make these great for almost any scenario.
He sound quality too is great. While no means an audiophile listening device, when used for every day listening to music and podcasts they present an extremely clear sound with great eq.
Finally the battery life exceos too. It can easily get several hours of listening with an additional charge in the case.i would put the battery life of these buds on par with any buds in this category.
Overall, I'd say these buds check almost every box for a really good quality listening device for anyone that needs one.

Over complicated and difficult setup

I've used a few gimbles for smartphone cameras and really think they add a great amount of quality to the overall videos shot on a smartphone. This gimbles as well adds stability, the ability to get amazing angles and perform shots that just aren't possible with a smartphone in hand. This gimbles though doesn't compare as well to others out there. With an awkward design and extremely confusing setup I really can't recommend this product to anyone.
Setting up the gimble for the first time makes very little sense, the instructions walk you through it, but with all the separate locks to release and slides to adjust it's very hard to get it right. I had an even stranger problem where the gimble would just decide to shut off shortly after turning on. I still can't get it right and often leave one or more locks locked on accident.
The next confusing thing 8s the button layout. When setting up there is an app you're told to download, but the problem is this app doesn't have any function for half the buttons on the gimble. Instead there is a separate "pro" app that isn't mentioned anywhere that utilizes the entire feature set of the gimble. Very confusing.
Overall there are better options out there and for similar price points I can't think of a reason to get this gimble other than it does have a zoom knob that works really well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best combo device on the market

I've been looking for a great combo Radar detector and dash cam device for some time. What I've found is that usually you end up sacrificing in one or the other in any combo unit you buy. Either a really good camera and a mediocre detector or vice versa. I think the MAXcam 360c really is the closest thing to a top of the line device in both categories.
Right off the bat the radar detection is outstanding. The antennas have done a great job picking up signals at what feels like a pretty significant distance. On top of that I'm a huge fan of the arrow indicators that tell you the direction the radar is coming from. Its really interesting to watch the arrows change as you drive by the police car. As n extra bonus the noises this thing makes are way less annoying than some of the other devies.
On top of that it features all the other radar settings you'd expect, lockout, band filtering, modes for in town freeway or auto. All seem to work really well.
The camera also works really well. The picture and audio are super clear and easy to see and hear in the accompanied app. Which brings me to my biggest surprise with this device, the app. In the past I've been very underwhelmed with the bluetooth and app support of radar detectors. So much so that it was so difficult I never used it. That isn't the case at all for this device. The companion app works great and bluetooth connects without fail almost every time. I did have one time where the whole device froze, but a quick reboot fixed it. (very well could have been that I left it on the dash in 108 degree heat). The ease of use here makes it way more likely that I will use the app with the device. Being able to check video, see the current speed limit and be notified of submitted speed traps and traffic cams is very useful.
Overall I really like this device and think if you are looking for a top level combo device you can't go wrong here.

This All-in-One is the whole package and works great for fast and high quality prints and scans. This printer has been incredible and fairly easy to use.
Setting up wasn't super difficult. While setting up any printer can be somewhat of a pain, but ultimately getting this printer on my network and running was fairly straight forward by following the included instructions.
Using the printer is great. I am able to print wirelessly from any device on my network and the builtin control panel works great for copies right at the device.
The print quality is next level. Whether printing out documents/photos or making copies the printer delivers very high quality prints in lightning fast time. I'm very impressed with the overall quality.
As with any professional level machine know that the toner cartridges aren't cheap. This is very much an enterprise geared device and the toner prices reflect that. I wouldn't recommend this for a home office or an everyday printer.
Overall this is a great option if your looking for a small or medium size business printer as it can be easily integrated into your network and provides easy fast high quality prints.

I love Carplay, but I hate cords. I tried a van that had wireless Carplay and thought this is the way to go! This adapter delivers wireless Carplay on older cars and works like a charm.
There really is not a lot to this adapter. It's very much a plug it in and forget it device. You just plug into your USB port in your car and it's good to go.
Setting it up is pretty easy, you just connect your phone to the adapter via Bluetooth and select it as your Carplay device. After that the magic happens. As long as the car is on and the phone is in the car you can have Carplay without having your phone tethered to the car.
Overall the end product is great. I've had no problems with dropped Carplay or trouble connecting. After the initial setup, every time I start my car it will connect and work just like Carplay did with a wire. Only now I can lay my phone on the wireless charger in my truck, and don't have tons of cords all over my truck.
Overall I'd say this adapter does exactly what it says. It does one thing and does it really well!

how do i use a flashdrive
Just plug it into the USB port, then go to "file explorer". In the left hand column of icons you should see your flashdrive. It will be near the "c:" drive on the list. Just drag and drop files to that icon to add things to the flash drive.
