highway to heaven is a multiple dvd set that has over twenty five season one episodes and the picture of Michael landon and victor French. Please understand that I only mean harm-free intent to fans and/or anyone else touched by their work, it is just that out of curiosity, I felt compelled to check out Wikipedia entries and eerily found that both men were only fifty four years old when they died. Victor French is listed to have passed away eight weeks before highway to heaven was cancelled while mike landon passed away just 23 months after the show was cancelled. Highway to heaven the complete first season comes with multiple discs and is perfect for those who like healing shows. The first episode of the show opened with their unbelievable strong connection to get along with each other because Michael landon’s jonathan character is shown being accepting of mark’s personality even as he admits to recovering from being prone to getting into fights.

Rob Reiner's Best Picture Oscar nominee A Few Good Men comes to DVD with a widescreen anamorphic 2.35:1 transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio. An English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital Surround, while Spanish and French soundtracks are recorded in Dolby Digital Mono. Spanish and Korean subtitles are accessible. There are no substantial extra materials, which is something of a surprise considering the film's popular and critical success. Fans of the film will appreciate the great picture, but those that were underwhelmed by the film in the theater will find nothing to change their minds on this release.

A Few Good men stars Tom Cruise as united states navy lieutenant Daniel kaffee, jack Nicholson as marine Colonel Nathan R. Jessup, and Demi moore as navy lieutenant commander joanne Galloway, and j.t walsh as jessup’s assistant and executive officer. Kevin bacon, keith Sutherland, cuba gooding jr., and Joshua malina are among the multiple actors/actress featured in this movie. The trouble begans when a young marine by the name of William santiago is found dead in his barracks at Guantanamo naval base cuba. Santiago was wanting to transfer out of his workplace but Jessup felt that it was unnecessary. The character of Jessup is shown quoting that he goes by the needs of the marines. This belief is not wrong, it is something else that I must avoid saying out of courtesy for those who have yet to see the movie that makes a person with a conscience shake their head at the Jekyll and hyde nature of colonel Nathan r jessup . Although a dramatic movie, my favorite scene of the movie was when the character of Nathan r Jessup was called to the court room stand because Nicholson’s shrewd portrayal of colonel Nathan r. Jessup also brought out the best in the character portrayals that came from Tom Cruise, Demi moore, and kevin bacon. There are multiple military references in A Few Good men such as the judge advocate general corps and it depicted in the movie that the setting was meant to portray the Washington navy yard.

This set serves up the first seven episodes from the seventh and final season of Mad Men, the Emmy-award winning AMC drama series that focuses on the exploits of people who work on Madison Avenue in the 1960s.

mad men the final season part 1 is a three disc dvd set that features gay rights, gay power, the trial of Chicago, and the best things in life are free. Disc one has a picture of the don draper (jon hamm) character, while the other two discs have visuals of don draper’s current wife megan draper (Jessica pare) and peggy olson (Elisabeth moss). However, I did notice that there was a picture of the betty francis character once I placed the first dvd in the divd player. The characters of betty francis (January jones), joan harris (Christina Hendricks), pete Campbell (Vincent cartheiser), sally draper (Kiernan shipka), bert copper (Robert morse), roger sterling (john slattery) along with other actors/actresses return to the show. One thing that I do like about the show is that the writing was done in a way to show the reality of what the characters were dealing with during the time period that the series is set in while trying to think outside of the box in how to treat their employees with respect and dignity. For instance, there is a scene where Don Draper is speaking to one of his female employees at his home regarding work related concerns and he insists on compensating her despite her reluctance to ask. There is then the character of joan harris who is called to deal with how to treat one of her employees with dignity when she is asked by bert cooper to move the employee to a less controversial spot. Joan harris is shown being naturally uncertain as to the best way to deal with the situation at first while taking care to treat the employee affected with dignity. The trailers that accompany this dvd set are for the following shoes; orange is the new black, weeds, Hannibal season 2, nurse Jackie, anger management, Houdini, manhattan, and epixdotcom. I plan to eventually purchase the boxed set version containing all of the mad men season series.

This twin-pack of Ben Stiller-directed pop-culture spoofs includes his satire of the modeling world, Zoolander, and his Oscar-nominated skewering of modern Hollywood, Tropic Thunder.

It was an easy choice for me to purchase this double feature of Tropic Thunder and Zoolander at my job because of the five dollar price for two movies. Additionally, I’m lucky to be able to report that my husband and I previously had the chance to see the film Tropic Thunder back in 2008 when we were living in Norfolk Virginia (we had Seen Tropic Thunder together at a theater inside the macarthur center mall in Norfolk Virginia). Anyhow, this double feature set of Tropic Thunder and Zoolander comes with the movie trailers of The Soloist, Eagle Eye, National Lampoon’s Van Wilder, Van Wilder Freshman year, and Ghost Town. There are multiple funny things in Tropic Thunder such as the parody movie trailers for movies such as Skorchers and Satan’s Alley. Jack Black, Ben Stiller, Robert Downey jr. are some of the actors featured in Tropic Thunder. Tom Cruise is also one of the celebrities who makes an appearance in the movie as Les Grossman, an abrasive character who also happens to greatly love music (such as the chucklesome moments where he is shown doing his dances for the songs low by Flo Rida and Get Back by ludacrais). Zoolander stars Ben Stiller and Will Ferrell, with the accompanying bonus features; 5 deleted scenes with commentary by Ben Stiller, Extended Scenes with Commentary by Ben Stiller, Outtakes, 2 Original Skits from the VH1 Vogue Fashion Awards of 1996/1997, music Video of Start the Commotion by the Wiseguys, promotional spots, photo galleries, and end title

I admit to have initially discovering ultra 2015 on itunes around early December, but I was still undecided on whether or not to purchase the cd. I went ahead and purchased ultra 2015 on Sunday December 28th 2014 and I would have to say that this two cd set that has twelve songs on each cd turned out to be a fun purchase and I got the feeling akin to being at a lively party/energetic public event when I was playing these cds. Many of the songs have a club and trance beat to them yet come together brilliantly as an eclectic mix. There are multiple songs for many people who enjoy club music on these two cds and I obviously understand that the favorites may be completely different depending on the reviewer. However, I would have to say that my current favorites from ultra 2015 are; delirious (boneless) by steve aoki, chris lake,& tujamo feat. kid ink, blue sky action by above & beyond, five hours by deorro, our story (club mix) by mako, pulse by daddy’s groove feat. teammate, and shooting helicopters by benny benassi feat. serj tankian. Some of my favorite songs on cd two are my head is a jungle by wankelmut & emma louise, I’m your sacrifice by Ozark henry, cut your teeth by kyla grange, and worlds apart by seven lions feat. kerli.

Thrilling Future Trance Set

As mentioned in an earlier review, I’m lucky to be able to publicly write that I have been a collector of some of the future trance series cds since December 9, 2008. My first copy was future trance 45, which I discovered through the swisscharts website, and that website I discovered after seeing it featured inside a cd jacket of a greatest hits collection I purchased by Switzerland based musician DJ Bobo. Anyhow, Future Trance 68 is a very thrilling three cd set with 21 songs on cd one, 21 songs displayed on cd 2, and 22 songs gathered on cd three. Cd three is listed to be mixed by Brooklyn bounce & giorno. This is one of my favorite cd sets from the future trance series, but I respectfully disagree with the current pricing on amazon of 58 dollars and 98 cents. I’m lucky to have purchased this three cd set for under thirty dollars in brand new condition and would say that between 15 to 30 dollars in today’s money adjusted for inflation (depending on the condition of the cd sets from the seller) would be more of a fair price for this three cd set. Future Trance 68 is fantastic for those who enjoy trance, dance, and electronic music because of the wide range of DJs, music groups etc featured on this cd such as; afrojack feat. wrabel and david Guetta,avicii, tiesto, cash cash feat. bebe rexha, armin van buuren, cascada, urban cookie collective vs. cj stone, harwell, far east movement feat. riffraff, dash berlin & rigby, gareth emery feat. bo bruce, matthew koma and many more musicians/DJs/artists are featured within this three cd set of Future Trance 68.

Yes, I purchased 4 Kid Favorites Cartoon network hall of fame #2 knowing full well that the target audience was for children. However, as an adult female married to a loving and superb husband who enjoys some of these cartoons, I bought these as a perfect way to stimulate my visionary and imaginative side and simultaneously as a way to bond even more with my husband as we eat dinner together. The 4 kid favorites The hall of fame collection vol. 2 by various (Cartoon network) feature the following cartoons; samurai jack, courage the cowardly dog, codename kids next door sooper hugest missions, and foster’s home for imaginary friends. The back of the dvd lists a summary for those who may not have watched one and/or any of these shows previously. Additionally, shows such as fosters home for imaginary friends and codename kids have special features. Samurai Jack has creator commentary while courage the cowardly dog part two (one of my husband’s favorite cartoons on this dvd) is listed without special features, but has at least 5 episodes.

dragon ball z battle of the gods is an animation movie that deals with the god beerus wanting to challenge goku in a duel that would help decide whether earth is spared. This happens to be serious because beerus is the god of destruction. Beerus even goes as far to crash a party in order to meet an opponent who he feels would give him a healthy challenge. The celebration happens to be for a 38th birthday party and most of the partygoers are at first unaware of who beerus is.

I admit that it was eerily fascinating to me when I unintentionally saw on the website her campus an article titled that’s so throwback Disney stars then and now by alex amato on January 1, 2015 at 12;30 pm. The story had a link that showed halloweentown being screened on the Disney channel on January 2, 2015. Mind you, I stumbled across this Disney affiliated article sometime around late night January 1/early of January 2, 2015 after I previously ordered this halloweentown/Halloween II dvd from amazon on Thursday December 18, 2014. Currently this dvd set sells for twelve dollars and 96 centsf but I am lucky to purchase a great copy of halloweentown/halloweentown II at just eight dollars and 93 cents. Halloweentown is a movie that deals with the plot of gwen (Judith hoag) doing her best as a single mother to her children marnie Cromwell (kimberley j. brown), Dylan (joey zimmerman), however she is also shielding her children from their magical heritages. Gwen Cromwell’s mother Aggie Cromwell (Debbie Reynolds) wants to train her grandchildren in the magickal arts and take them to halloweentown. Gwen tries in vain to stop marnie from following Aggie, but marnie successfully finds a way especially after hearing and being intrigued by halloweentown. The second movie Halloween town; kalabar’s revenge was completely different from the plot of the first halloweentown movie but deals with a family member who was related to the villain from the first halloweentown. The halloweentown and the halloweentown 2 dvd set comes with these bonus features; trailer promotionals for the greatest game ever played, shaggy dog, that’s so raven disguise the limit, phil of the future gadgets and gizmos, kronks new groove, the magic of the halloweentown movies, twitches, and backstage disney. Both Halloweentown and halloweentown 2 are good for those who like family friendly fantasy films.

Yes, take me to church and from eden are great songs. I wouldn’t be surprised as to any of these songs on the hozier cd playing on the radio, although I admit that track five where he is singing about spending quality time with a person that moves him is pretty good.
