Huge crystal clear picture. Bright and sharp. Bought this to replace an old tv I had in my bedroom. Fills my room with picture and sound. The smart function works perfectly. Now I have no need for any other machines in order to watch Netflix or Amazon. Nice feature. Very happy with this product.

This is another in the Assassin's Creed line of games. It's rated M (Mature) and made for older audiences. Overall it's a pretty fun game, but definitely not something that held my interest all that long. I'm not a huge fan of 1 player games that don't have online play, but I thought I'd give this one a chance. The graphics are great, the game itself is well-made and people who love the Assassin's Creed line or love one person games will find a great one here.

The first glimpse we get of Jake Gyllenhaal in “Southpaw” consists of his character preparing for a pivotal boxing match at one of the biggest venues in the United States: Madison Square Garden. His trainer is wrapping his hands as he blares hip-hop from his headphones, all of this part of his process when getting ready for a fight. We’re quickly swept into the ring, where the blows are harsh and the blood flows. These scenes - the ones that are uncompromising and relentless - are the best in the film. And particularly, when Gyllenhaal is at his most remarkable.
However, the movie is considerably more about a tragic event and how his character is forced to deal with the aftermath. This incident involves the death of his wife, and occurs only a few scenes after the ones I just described. This leads Billy Hope, the undefeated prize-fighter who Gyllenhaal plays, to lose his child to protective services and seek a new trainer after reaching the lowest point in his career. More than anything, it’s about his character trying to redeem himself (both in his daughter’s eyes and in boxing). And his new mentor and coach Tick Willis (Forest Whitaker) is helping him to achieve that.
For the most part, I found the movie to be an enjoyable ride. It certainly has a dark tone, that to be expected, but it’s up close and personal in a way that few studio-made films have been as of late. Gyllenhaal, as usual, puts his all into the performance. By all means, he IS this character. But as good as he is, some of the supporting cast (namely 50 Cent) aren’t able to keep up. There’s also a slight pacing problem, with several scenes that go on just a few minutes too long, this resulting in a movie that feels sluggish at times and certainly could’ve been tighter. But it’s definitely a solid drama worth seeing, and Jake Gyllenhaal’s strong performance will help you overlook the majority of its issues.

Pitch Perfect 2 stuck with what they were good at in the original. We weren't looking for deep and thought provoking. We wanted fun and entertaining and we got that.

Maybe the best Melissa McCarthy movie!! Although I love the "lovably gruff" persona she has played in her other movies, she hits all the right notes in Spy. She can be hilariously over the top but it is in moderation. Truly excellent movie!

Loved this movie. Most movies now a days are polished clean sci fi/ action films. This movie is gritty well written and has visuals rarely seen in any movie. I think this was on par or maybe even better than the Road Warrior. The blu ray has great extras that cover everything you may want to know about the making of this masterpiece.

So many movies struggle to find a fine line between action and closure and this movie did just that extremely well. I was entertained the entire time and thought the ending was a perfect send off for Paul Walker. What was great about the ending is it still allowed them to continue on with the series without Paul. This movie felt more in line with those that were earlier in the series as it had the emotion and action all together. I would recommend this to anyone who has enjoyed these movies in the past or was a fan of Paul Walker.

What a ride! This was entertainment at it's best, a kind of James Bond meets Kill Bill meets Harry Potter. The premise is simple: Eggsy, the main younger character, and a talented yet troubled youth of sorts is invited to try out for the Kingsmen. The first part of the movie is primarily training, interaction with the inevitable entitled bullies, etc. Of course, there is a mentor, played by Colin Firth, who is absolutely amazing in this role - stiff upper lip and all, but who does let his emotional side come through occasionally in his interactions with young Eggsy as he learns and grows.
No spy movie is complete without a super villain intent on world domination, and Samuel L Jackson plays this to the hilt, along with being quite squeamish about blood and violence. His outfits alone are worth watching.
This entire movie feels like an homage to the spy movies of the past, with top notch acting, believable character interactions, and some incredible frolicking fight scenes.
This set serves up the first seven episodes from the seventh and final season of Mad Men, the Emmy-award winning AMC drama series that focuses on the exploits of people who work on Madison Avenue in the 1960s.

Mad Men remains one of the best television shows of all time, and even though it's frustrating that I'm going to have to buy two box sets for the final season, these 7 episodes are well worth owning.
