Good Router With Bad Software

The Samsung Connect Home Pro is a router with great potential, the fact that it has a smart hub built which gives it home automation abilities put this router above all the others.
There is just one issue and that is the "Samsung Connect" app. You are required to use this app to set up the router, and normally this is not a problem but the app is so bad and buggy it took me no less than 45 minutes to get the app to work so I could log in to set up my router.
I have not had any issues once I was able to get the router all set but it was such a pain dealing with the app that I almost wanted to stop using the router.
Everything else with the router is great from the size and look to the performance, It is honestly surprising the range this very small device gives you. My internet has been a bit more consistent and stable since switching over to the new router.
The router is great but it is hard to recommend to someone when the set up software in this case Samsung's app is so buggy. I was able to log in to my Samsung account but when I would try to give permission for the app to use my account the app would not accept. I reset my phone several times, deleted and re installed the app several times. I tried the app on multiple phones and kept getting the same issue. then finally after restarting my phone for the 3rd time it finally took the permission and everything after that was incredibly easy.
I consider myself some one that is pretty familiar with tech and setting up routers, so If someone like me is having issues getting this app set up how is someone that does not have any experience going to feel.

Excellent Home Theater Projector For 4K Content

"I might not ever want to go to the movies again." was what my wife told me after we finished watching a movie with this projector.
I have a pretty decent 4K tv with HDR that honestly looks pretty darn good, but nothing beats watching a movie on a big screen, I have a protable screen I can set up in my living room to use a projector on. fully extended it is about 100 inches.
Setup was incredibly simple and the instructions it came with are great. took me about 15 minutes to set up get into focus and start watching movies.
I put in a couple of 4K movies and was wowed by what I saw the colors and details were magnificent. black levels were very good and the bright highlights also looked great. I am very happy with the picture quality.
If you are looking for an excellent projector to watch movies at home but dont want to spend 5 or 6k for a higher end model, this Epson projector will work great.

Good Soundbar That could be better

I think soundbars are great solutions when you dont want to nor cant have a full home theater system. My only issue which seems to be inherent on most soundbars is dialogue when watching movies. This sony soundbar does a pretty good job with dialogue but it can still be difficult to hear and I have to constantly fiddle with the volume.
I thought the soundbar worked and sounded great with music and was surprise how punchy the small subwoofer was.
overall i thought The soundbar was good but I would still recommend someone buy a full 5.1 system over a soundbar if they can.

Good Headphones For Kids

We recently took a trip out of town so it was the perfect time for my 6 year old son to use these headphones.
He loved them, I tried them on and they sound pretty good for how small they are. He thought they were very comfortable and really liked the fact that he could choose what sticker to put on the side of the headphones.
my only gripe with the headphones is they feel really flimsy. For being a product made to be used and abused by kids they do not feel like they will withstand much. so far so good and would recommend to anyone looking for a pair for their kids.

Magnificent Headphones!

I cannot say enough good things about these headphones, from the moment I opened the box to the moment I started to listen to music I was grinning from ear to ear.
The sound quality on these headphones is awesome I know it sounds cliche but I was able to hear things on certain tracks I had never heard before with my old pair of headphones.
The build quality on them is very good, even though it is mainly made of plastic the headphones feel of high quality and very sturdy. my one and only gripe is that I do not like the play/pause touch button, it is a bit difficult to find and press and I would often time end up double tapping it and stopping and starting a song when I just wanted to stop it.
The sound quality is excellent a very clear clean sound, These are not bass heavy headphones, they have a good amount of bass that is not over done. If you are a person that likes a lot of bass these are not for you.
If you want a great sounding, great feeling quality pair of bluetooth heaphones then these are the ones for you.

Very Good Hair Trimmer

Overall I really like the trimmer, it works really well has a nice design, and is light and very easy to use. I really enjoy the fact that it has the adjustment dial instead of having different size clips you would have to put on. But i wish it had at least a smaller blade size you could trade out. certain times I just need a smaller sized blade that isn't as wide.
But besides that everything else works great, it has a great feel the materials they use make it easy to hold and i really like the fact you can just hold it rinse it off to clean off any excessive hair.
overall I would recommend this to someone looking for a hair trimmer

Great Headset!

I have used many gaming headset over time and can never quite find one that works well for everything I need.
I mainly play games on consoles but do occasionally use my PC. I also occasionally use headphone while watching movies and listening to music.
I had used a pair of the Kraken Pro before this newest revision, and did not like them, the headset wasnt very comfortable and the sound was too muddy and bass heavy. So I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and saw the new design.
Immediately I could feel the difference in comfort level.
I was still a bit worried that the sound would be the same and too bassy with the mids and high being very muddy.
So I was pleasantly surprised when I started listening to some music and it sounded much clearer than the previous ones.

I will say they still are a bit bass heavy and the mids and highs are not as clear as I would like them to be, but they are a huge improvement over what I had heard on the previous version of these headphones.
If your looking for a good pair of headphones that wont break the bank in terms of cost I would check these out.

Better Than Expected

I am always one of those people that when you hear everyone talking about how good something is I think there has to be some flaw or it cant be that good.
I can easily say I was wrong about the quality and performance from this Dyson.
it easily has more power and better suction than any other vacuum I have ever owned.
while is does have some quirks. I can easily say that this is the best vacuum i have ever had. Its surprising how much this vacuum picks up of my ground even when I vacuum everyday.
I highly recommend anyone looking for a vacuum to seriously give Dyson a shot.

Good but Not Great Wi-Fi Network

To say i was excited to set up the Linksys Velop system would be a bit of an understatment. I have a two story Townhouse and The internet upstairs can be a bit shoddy, using an extender doesnt do much help as the best area to plug it in are areas that I dont have plugs.
So needless to say mesh networks seemed to be the best way for me.

Setting up the routers and getting them online is a very easy process using the app on my smartphone. The only problem was as i was setting up the node that would connect to my modem, I received a phone and a text while the app was running and the app hardlocked on me.
Once i restarted the app I noticed my network was setup and working, I was getting the internet on my phone. problem was if i tried to add another node it would fail constantly. So I had to completely reset the original node (which is a bit too easy and makes me worry of someone accidently resetting it all back)
after that I re ran the app to set up the network. this time no crashes and was able to add all of the other nodes.

Now to actual network performance, so far I have seen some good and bad. yes my network range has increased tremendously, but in my downstairs area where everything was much closer to my old router I have seen a bit of dip in performance. When i first start up streams it takes a little bit of time to get stable and move up to HD. once it starts I do not have any issues, but I never had issues like this with my old router.
Now upstairs I am definitely getting better service. the speeds and connection up there are much better than they were before.
I only have one device that I use upstairs often that we need the internet, and my router took a bit longer upstairs but still got the job done.
The fact that my speed seem to be a bit slower downstairs where most of my stuff is kinda bugs me. not to mention each node only has to ethernet ports. makes it difficult to hardwire anything without buying a switch.

Depending on your situation and how your internet is being used you might not see a big difference switching to routers like these, but if your someone that has a pretty big space and needs the internet to reach as much of it as possible this would be a good buy.

Excellent Cameras That Are Easy To Set Up

I thought Netgear claim that these cameras are easy to set up and use was not going to be true. I am glad to admit that i was very wrong.
Compared to most tech products these are one of the easiest things I have ever had to set up.
I plugged everything in started the app and within minutes had a live feed of the camera.
Near our doorway of our front entrance and it was perfect. we do not have many people come by besides the mail man or us and every time someone passed by and the camera activated I would get a message and be able to log on and immediately see what was going on.
All around from the ease of use to quality of the video I am really impressed with the cameras.
Anyone looking for some cameras I would tell them to purchase these.

They will work on PS5 but the volume wheel does not work to control the volume you have to use PS5's digital control to change it.

I am interested in the new LG UP970 4K Blu-ray player. the limited info out now indicates it has two HDMI ports out. one is 2.0 and the other is 1.4. my question has to do with the slower one. is this full spectrum, both audio and video?
The First Port Is For Video and Audio and the Second Port IS for Audio only as I understand. The Point of the feature is so you can connect your 4K tv to get all of the features and benefits of 4K UHD but if you have a receiver that cannot pass that through you can still send Audio to your receiver.

If this works with Nest system will it work with Ecobee* system? I We decided against the Nest system due to the class action suits regarding house fires. I would love to add this to our home.
Only options for other devices in the Menu is Nest, Smarthings, and Hue

Can google home speak or answer to foreign languages. Google now does speaks multi languages, but I don't know about google home can do this. I know Alexa can't speak foreign languages.
In the Options menu I only see option for the assistant language to be in english
